Attempted to purchase a Lively phone but it was defective. We said we would look elsewhere to take this charge off the debit card. They did not and now Lively has made a$69.70 charge for a phone we never got. We dont know if the phone was charged as well, we have to drive back out to the store. Very unhappy with this service, should be a minus star rating.

Prices are not competitive with the internet but you can usually find what you need and not have to wait. The last electronic store left. Always fun to go in and look around. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Hope they survive.

Very disappointed. Wanted to buy an 85” TV and a refrigerator for my newly finished basement. I try to buy large items from brick and mortar stores to help keep them in business. I had a few questions and called. Apparently, they’re not accepting phone calls. My call was transferred to a national call center where they told me a manager from the store would call me. It’s been three days, no call. Today, I bought the TV from Amazon and the refrigerator from Home Depot. Good job, BestBuy! Don’t cry to me when you go out of business. I tried to help but I’m not going to beg for you to take my money. You might want to rethink the “no phone call” process.

The people here are always really helpful, but wont push recommendations or anything if you already know what you want. They have a good selection of laptops, monitors, TVs... Only complaint is that they dont have a very large stock of miscellaneous PC parts, but they sell those online so it isnt a huge deal. The warranty system is great, and definitely worth paying extra for- they will fix or replace your parts, no questions asked, and if you lose something they will honor it once (they keep track on your account). They also had a good selection of phones, and will help you set it up and everything. Awesome staff.

This location would do better if the staff greeted you and asked if they could assist you. Before you spent 5 frustating minutes in a department looking for a phone or tablet debating what you needed. It just seemed like the staff was waiting for their shift to be over.

Decent location didnt spend a terrible amount of time in the store to be fair but the employees were friendly and helpful. My normal location is alot closer I went to this one for a particular item that wasnt in mine and rather than wait I just drove the extra twenty minutes. The location is a little tricky if you dont know where your going. Overall good experience.

I called about an in particular home theater system and the person I spoke to you on the phone said they did have a display I got there within 10 minutes of my phone call and it was not there and the guy said that it was sold over a few weeks ago so why is it online saying you still have the display I feel like I was like two because I drove all the way from Youngstown Ohio to Akron Ohio Ill never shop at Best Buy ever again the amount that I was about to be spending on my home theater system was about $27,000 so I will never go to Best Buy again ever Im very disappointed in Best Buy

Wow...best buy in Fairlawn has really stepped up their game. Josh in electronics walked me through options for upgraded wifi equipment for my house. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me info that would otherwise taken me 5-6 hours of research. Totally impressed. Obviously best buy gets it and is investing in knowledgeable staff. Not sure how long they can run their staff at this level but have definitely earned my future purchases. Thanks Josh!

Best Buy customer service is excellent. There is always someone close by to help. Even when its not their department, the employees make sure to get you what you need. Best Buy also has great deals and the Geek Squad protection is a must have for every product. Seriously, spend the extra money and get the 3 year protection. It literally does not matter what happens to the product, they will fix it or replace it.The one thing I will say though is that Best Buy is for seeing a product physically. I never go to Best Buy to browse for a product that Im interested in. I always do my research on what it is Im looking for and once I have narrowed my decision down to 2 or 3 brands, I go to Best Buy to see and feel the products in person. Do not go to Best Buy without any knowledge of what youre looking for. You will be upselled. But thats understandable because they are sales associates.

Wish I can give a 1000 star review!!! We had purchased a tv that failed after two weeks, returned it to this location and purchased an upgrade as they were out of our TV. After getting home we realized the screen was damaged. Not only did your manager help he went above and beyond for us. Way better experience than your Strongsville location. Was very clean and orderly. My kids were excited to look at what toys they had, even though I told them its a small selection because theyre not in the childhood toy business. My daughter did find a baby alive grow doll. It was cheaper than Amazon and Target. Walmart didnt even have that make of doll. Great job Best Buy, and it was even on sale!!

Horrible.waited 35 minutes for help to buy a TV. I asked for help and the other guy helped someone else. It was like they didnt want my money. I was literally leaving and seen a team member stocking printer Ink. I told him what happened. Showed him tv I wanted which I had on phone ( not a single curved TV on display on floor or in boxes ). He got it, rang me up and helped load it. Awesome Guy. Also I had so much time on my hands I noticed the cart I had was very dirty. Looked like rock salt all over it. Shelves not stocked and plenty people doing nothing there. Worst best buy Ive ever been to. Very disappointed

The latest trip, the brand new phone, which the sales person said they just got this week, wasnt charged because the power bank was broken.Look, its a nice store with nice people, but its not perfect.

Store was very sloppy! Product was sparsely stocked and the product was laying around with no pricing and mislabeled. Not a single person offered assistance. What happened to the well run machine that use to be Best buy. I guess this store figuratively got covid-19. I wish I would have taken a picture. The place looked awful employees seemed depressed. Not their fault. It is up to management to keep the spirits up. BB try harder. I used to look forward to visiting with you.

First the bad: how can it be that I phone the number for the branch and then hold for an hour without being able to talk to anyone? I eventually put the phone down and drove the 46 miles to the store that I needed to talk to so that I could get some answersThe good: the prices are very reasonable and stock holding is fair. The staff are always helpful and if I dont want to wait for Amazon delivery I always just go to Best Buy so that I can have my items today.

Never met a store who never answered the phone.!!! I had called about a repair issue and was on hold for 40 minutes. i tried every department and nobody picked up. I ended up driving up there to see everyone casually there but nobody to answer the phone huh. that sucks for people who live over 30 minutes away. Geek squad gave me false information and wont pick up the phone and they have my products!!!! will NEVER do a repair here ever again.

Ive never been to this best buy but it was amazing. They have so much to offer in that store in terms of brands. I was looking for a security system and the gentleman (Luke) that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite. He provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on which to get. I will be back to purchase the cameras just because of Luke.

Do NOT buy anything from Best Buy that needs installed!!!! You will NEVER get a human on the phone to schedule an appointment. I had mine for a very long time before finally calling HQ to talk to 3 people in other countries. Transferred to the wrong dept, denied a refund, nearly in tears trying to figure this out. I had to give one star because zero was not an option. This company deserves zero stars. God help them stay in business.

Okay so not to be to bothered by this, but when you go into a store they have 1 out of the 5 things I was wanting. Everything was on display, but time and time again. I was told they dont have it in stock. But they could order it for me and could get it within 10 to 15 days. So 20 minute drive for nothing. This is why in person shopping is falling through. I can order on Amazon and have it in 2 days worst case. Work on it Best Buy or you will be closing your stores like a lot of others have had to do.

I have to hand it to these guys, Best Buy has your tech covered. And the Montrose location is the best one Ive visited. My wife bought a Nintendo Switch, but was really concerned about having a screen protector. We found what we wanted, but installing those things can be a nightmare. You know what Im talking about, where you have to look at that hair and that speck of dirt for the next three years? Well, upon request the cell phone guy put it on for us. Totally great service.

The Akron/Fairlawn Best Buy location has a Magnolia Store inside. The Magnolia Store carries the higher end TVs, Stereo, Home Theater, and Electronics that are usually only available online at most other locations. A well-trained and knowledgeable staff is on hand and waiting to help.

Best Buy Akron/Montrose missed my 7-1pm delivery window. I mean 6 hours! They never called or communicated on the day of delivery. I had to reach out to them. I did get a dozen texts to confirm in days prior. I sat on hold with store for over 40minutes and nothing no answer. Best Buy.com chat didnt work either. Called 800 number and the rep received no answer from store or delivery service. Absolutely, horrid customer service. And dont blame covid or the holiday.

Dont waste your time going to Best Buy. They do not stand behind their products or service. I recently took my computer to them because it wouldnt come on. Took two weeks to get in. They had the computer for a month and charged me $216 even though I had a contract with Geek Squad. When I picked it up it gives me an error message. Took it back they said they would need to have it again for 2 to 4 weeks. Top everything off they will not answer their phones.
