Went is for some pricing on a freezer. We were greater politely and shown the selection they had. We found out they do price match. We did not buy anything but we had a good experience. We also got some information that will be useful to us in the future.

Kelly’s Appliance in Augusta, GA was fabulous to deal with. They searched to find what I needed in the warehouse and my new refrigerator was in my house within a week. Everyone was very kind including those who delivered it. They also moved my old refrigerator to the garage and removed the freezer that was no longer working. A great experience!

I was very pleased with the entire purchase process at Kelley Appliance in Aiken. Although I had a special financing offer from one of the chain stores, a friend recommended I shop Kelley Appliance first. I compared the model dishwasher I was considering and Kelley had the same model for $40 less than the chain store. Also, I was happy Kelley uses a single contractor for the installation; it was very easy to schedule, and I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely return to Kelley Appliance for future purchases.

Best of all, they have an inventory of top quality products on display. The salesman offered his personal opinions rather than simply the manufacturer’s propaganda, but he was only moderately attentive in response to questions about products that we weren’t buying immediately.

Kelly Appliances in Aiken, SC really epitomized great customer service! I am at risk for COVID19 due to illness, so Andree Wallgren came to my home, masked, gloves and distancing to measure my difficult space to fit a new washer. I got a Maytag Commercial, neatly installed, and it fits perfectly!

I had made the mistake of trying to purchase appliances at a big box store previously. After nearly a month of wasted time, hassle and damage to my home, they still had not been able to get me a working dishwasher or a leveled refrigerator. Andree at Kelley Appliance was as inexpensive and offered far superior service. She was able to find me a replacement dishwasher that I love and have it installed much quicker and without all the difficulty. The installer was professional and showed care when working in my home and resolved my appliance issues. I now have a working high quality dishwasher with the features I desired that looks good in my home and is an overall good value. When there was an issue with the first dishwasher delivered, there were no run arounds, no passing blame, no hassles nor weeks long delay. It was cleanly resolved that day! Amen! What a caring store. We had some problems with our new refrigerator, but Race was on it right away. Stayed with us till the problems were resolved.
