This isn’t my first time being approached by the rude cashier, Stephanie. She doesn’t acknowledge her guest, she refused to tell me where a specific item was located. Whenever she did tell me, she told me loud and pointed with her fingers. It was kind of like she was trying to embarrass me. I spoke to a manager about her actions and the manager didn’t address the situation. So i will not be shopping there again if Stephanie is at the register. Very bad customer service.

Very helpful staff. However, very limited in what they offer. Had to go to the other store, 30 miles away to get what I needed.

My trip was great. The ladies helped me with the problem. They were eager to solve it. I really like this store.

Needed additional pieces for a bedroom package. Informed I needed to call vendor myself. Wow

No baby sheet sets here. Have to go to Augusta or on line.

Busy, which is good except they do not enforce the sign on the door, which everyone that has any sense knows about-WEARING A MASK OR FACIAL COVERING. When asked why they are not enforcing this, because there were several people not wearing a mask, it was simply stated well some people just domt want to (wear one). I guess this is to appease people and keep them coming back. Someone needs to look at the amount of people that will NOT return because that is a clear statement of caring about money not the PEOPLE coming in your store.Whats crazy is they would enforce no shoes, no shirt, no service.... wouldnt they!

I was so impressed today with my experience today to order a shower curtain online before the store opened and have the shower curtain available for store pickup 2 hours later with no shipping costs. Excellent customer service, especially with curb side pick up. Well done Aikens Bed Bath & Beyond!

Love BB&B! Its the only place I can find Whip-It, an outstanding cleaner. Easy to maneuver around the store and many good pop up sales. Love the 20% coupons!

Its not as good as Bath and Body, or Home Depot, which is what this place is a mixture of. Also, their social distancing policies were not enforced at all

Store associate was very helpful. She gave me a cart. Was very helpful about quickly getting a price check. Very short wait in line to check out. Cashier said that coupons do not expire. That was very nice to hear. And I was pleased with the items I purchased.

Well this particular location was supposed to be holding an item for us that was a limited stock item, and when we drove all the way to Aiken to get it, they apparently sold it out from under us. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and theyre not sure if they can get another one. Thusly, I am going to rate this establishment poorly.

Very clean and organized. They have just about anything you need for the inside of your home. Even have a few outdoor items. I highly recommend this Aiken location. Only down side is it feels a little cramped inside. They need a larger location or knock down a wall or two.

Good found what I went for.

This is one of the good BB&Bs, but they dont have everything the bigger ones have. That being said, they are happy to have it shipped to store for you so no worries there. All in all, a clean well organized store with helpful staff

A great shop to visit if you are looking for something for the home. With a huge inventory, it is more often than not, its my first port of call rather than searching the internet.

We had a lot of help from Abby and Maggie, we got so much in a very short time, and we still managed to save some money! We were very impressed and will come back.☺☺

I went in this location to purchase a roomba 960 (not a cheap purchase), and the young lady who was at the register brought me a box that had holes and tears in it, and appeared as if it had already been opened. I nicely asked if I could get a different one because that one appeared opened and possibly damaged. She begrudgingly did. When I showed her my 20% off coupon to scan, she said she couldnt take it because it was expired. Now I know for a fact that I have given expired coupons to BBB with no issue. I did not argue this because she had already annoyed me by trying to give me a busted up box. They just lost a 700 dollar sale.

This store feels a little cluttered, things are organized, but items are just everywhere you turn. Staff was friendly, store was clean and stocked well.
