Great business! Bought a washer and dryer from them, it was a painless process and they were helpful and professional. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

This repair company was unresponsive after speaking with them regarding our stove repair confining they could repair then when trying to schedule it they say it’s going to be several months before they can come out and do the repair. That’s the craziest this we have ever heard who can wait several months for a repair? It’s to bad because they used to be able to provide good service!

Call Davis Applicance Repair * FIRST !! I had another company come to repair my dryer. They told me it could not be fixed. I purchased a new washer/dryer set and came across Davis when I searched to sell my existing washer and the broken dryer to offset the expense of the new pair. New set was installed and Davis came to pick up my old set. Well, Davis called the next day to tell me my dryer COULD be repaired. I returned the new set and Davis brought back my own original washer and totally fixed dryer - which now works wonderfully. Cost a lot less for a repair vs replacement. Through the entrie process, Davis was truthful, forthright, professional . . . a truly exceptional experience and Davis now has my loyalty for any appliance repair !!

I cant in good faith rate this business because I work here. That being said, I believe its a good company otherwise I would work elsewhere.

Ive purchased appliances from the store, had repairs on appliances at my home, and had unwanted appliances picked up. Ive always had great experiences with Davis Appliances in Aiken. All of the associates that Ive encountered have been courteous and professional. Ive never had a complaint. As a single woman, its not always easy to get a trustworthy repair. Not only have I received repairs but Ive gotten honest advice about whether or not my appliance was worth repairing or if a repair was feasible. I definitely recommend them.

Tried to buy parts to fix my refrigerator. Told them I need either an ice maker or inlet water valve. The person asked me in a pretty smart mouthed way, you dont know what part you need? Rude as they could be. Hello? Im trying to spend money at your place of business!

Our service was excellent during the pandemic. Every precautions was taken.

Called for a small dryer part. Knew what I needed and asked if they had the part in stock. The man who answered told me to call back with the dryer model number and hung up on me. If he had waited 2 secs I could have given it to him. Called right back with the number and spoke to a lady. She was polite and looked up the part and quoted me $15 and some change. I found the part online for $5 but needed the part asap. When we arrived 10 mins later the guy working there told us $20 rather than the $15 previously quoted. He didnt look up prices or anything he just spit out $20 which leads me to believe he made up the price. He also preceded to ask how we knew it was the right part despite already explaining how we knew it was right over the phone. For a quick part the transaction and price was ok but the overall experience wasnt great and we wont be using them again.

I give them 5 plus stars, we thought we were going to have to trash our 22 yr old Microwave that went out in our RV and couldnt find a replacement to fit our cabinet. It was going to cost us hundreds to make one workable. Since we were planning to stay in the area for awhile and on the good reviews given on Davis Appliance repair we decided to take a chance. They were very kind, such unexpected speed, we took it to them one day, the next day when I was thinking about calling them ( to see about how long it would take to know something) when my phone rang telling me it was fixed. The cost was so fair I couldnt believe it. The $65 repair cost included their service charge. What a blessing these people were to us. Thank You ever so much The Beattys

My landlord bought a refrigerator from yall on Saturday . I bought groceries Saturday . Monday it still was not cold. Not fridge or freezer . Today, Teusday they took it back. Davis would not give her a discount because of their mistake. Said fan was stuck, not running . This caused me to lose about 100 dollars in groceries . I have been her tenant for 4 yrs. I have leukemia and take several medications, for which I have to eat. I have to make myself to eat, keep from getting sick, and be able to take medicine. Today is the 5th, Jack, another guy came out . They got it working, coming back in the morning to put new thermostat in . Also phoned me to check on it, just now. And apology for for I was put through . Thanks much appreciated .

I called them at 9:00 am on a Saturday and someone was at my house by 11:30. The technician was very polite and eventually found the problem. Their estimate for the part and labor seemed fair. I opted to replace the part myself. I paid $48.00 for the service call.
