We just bought an Air-Pedic bed from this place. The salesman Max was fantastic, very personable. I never felt like I was being sold on anything, just getting the pertinent info. They actually encourage you to try other mattresses. Thats how confident they are in their product. The bed is made in California, so the standards for being non-toxic are pretty high. Were really excited to get a blissful nights sleep in our new made to order comfy, no pressure points bed.

I purchased the Eastern King Size Split-Top Design Air-Pedic 850 Mattress with Airflow Transfer System from Relief Mart. This was my first experience sleeping on an air pedic mattress. It took me a week to determine that an air pedic mattress was not for me. The staff at Relief Mart were very helpful in trying to adjust the bed to my comfort level.I live in the Mid-West; I did have some concerns about purchasing a bed from a company that I never heard of on the West Coast, but Aaron, Brian and Shawn made me very comfortable with my purchase. When I returned the bed, I did not experience any hassles, I receive my refund within a week of returning the equipment.Relief Mart has professional, knowledgeable and courteous people working for them, I wish other businesses would their business model.

Great showroom, very knowledgeable and non-pushy salespeople, and they actually manufacture the mattresses at that location. High quality for a fair price. I wont buy a mattress anywhere else.

Brian, the sales rep, was extremely helpful, in answering our questions! We called several times before finally placing our order, and he was always helpful and patient with us. We were going to be away from home for a few weeks after we ordered our Air-Pedic mattress, so they delayed shipment to accomodate our schedule. The mattress is very high quality, and the adjustable component of the mattress works very well. Were sleeping much better at night than before, when we had our former mattress! We highly recommend ordering from Relief-Mart!

Great customer service and backing of their mattresses( which are extremely comfortable)I had a problem with my foundation not being up to snuff, relief mart came thru for my wife and I and shipped out a new foundation that was made to order.The folks their a very concerned that you are satisfied and extremely happy with the fine product they sell.

Customer Service couldnt have been better! and we are Still Loving our Mattresses we bought at Relief Mart in May after sleeping on them for 2 months now. I was the one to hang on to the idea of finding an inner spring mattress that was as good as the one we bought 20 yrs ago. My hubby won me over by doing a lot of online reading about diff types of matresses and then taking me to try out innersprings at other stores and finally the foam based mattresses at Relief Mart. Lets just say we did NOT make a quick decision. Gerald was our sales rep and he was beyond patient with all my questions and hesitation. We also bought a mattress for our teenage daughter that has more memory foam, her choice, and she loves it! Delivery was on time, David was very courteous & professional while he and his colleague maneuvered the new, & later the old mattress up and down stairs with no scratches or bumps. They made sure everything fit in exactly like I wanted it and were not at all pushy to just give me the minimum time required so they could get to their next stop. (Wish all deliveries were like that!) But back to the Mattresses. We bought a King with very little memory foam, and none at the top. I think it was a bit on the high end but just a king, not a massive oversized family bed. It has the bamboo outer protective covering which somehow keeps the mattress from getting hot & making you sweat. We have had lots of warm sticky nights here in Thousand Oaks so our mattresses have certainly had plenty of opportunities to make us sweat. Neither has! I think ours was more on their high end, and it is so good that we have not enjoyed any of the mattresses at hotels weve stayed at since getting our new ones. I highly recommend Relief Mart for your next matress(es). You wont be disappointed!
