Was a very enjoyable experience with lots of great prices and the food in the cafe was amazing.

Excellent cafe very comfortable. Good coffee with soya milk option. Ham and pineapple toastie which came with gluten free bread as an option. Highly recommended

Smashing shop with some great furniture. Unfortunately, the two things I wanted could not be delivered for 10 weeks. That was of no use to me. Then told all items of furniture were for ten weeks. No earlier guarantees from sales assistant. It was as though the shop did not really want to sell anything. 🤔

Reeds will undoubtedly be in the top 5 of my regrets in leaving Downham Market a generation ago. Nearly all my furniture were purchased from this store where the qualities of service and goods stood side by side. Looking for a return soon and will reconnect with this wonderful and traditional store.

Staff are excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Bought a new suite and the salesman John was patient and kind. The charge for taking your old furniture away is very high but then I dont think other firms will even entertain this. Because Reeds offer this service I will buy all my new furniture from them. Very high quality goods. Lovely store.

Staff friendly and all go above and beyond to find what you need (checking back room stock, providing various options from upcoming sale) as well as being knowledgeable about the products. Easy returns process. Do not feel pressured to make a purchase. No parking on site, but car park near by. The delivery staff also were friendly, quick, respectable of my home, and helpful to get the item in as well as set up/positioned to my liking. Only marked down as was not told that there was another Reeds closer to my home which if I had ordered from I would have been eligibile for free delivery.

We are just moving to a house in Norfolk and needed to buy new furniture, this has to be the best store i have had the pleasure of shopping in for many years. A real pleasure the staff are so helpful without being pushy, so friendly even welcomed both our dogs into the shop.We will definitely be going back to explore the other departments, by the way I normally hate shopping with a passion.

I go here every week . The cafe is a must .. friendly staff great food. Glutenfree options .. best decafe coffee around . The shop itself caters for most of your wants be it furniture for your home bedding . Electrical and the toy shop situated near boots .. I love going to reeds. Im happy even on days Im just looking .

I would highly recommend this store an excellent manager and great service they go to great lengths to make sure you are happy with your purchase I have not found this in many stores for a long time .........
