We went in to the store to find a comfortable chaise lounge and the friendly and helpful saleswoman directed us to exactly the right lounge, which we purchased (unfortunately, I dont remember her name). She was attentive while we checked out the options without being intrusive or pushy. Well definitely return when we need new patio furniture.

Excellent experience! The staff are polite and respectful. Everyone is deeply knowledgeable. By far the best selection and options in the area (we live 15 miles from here). Prices are excellent and in keeping with the high quality of the products, but not overpriced. The floor space is covered with awesome options in many styles. We had such a good experience here! This place has the best selection of outdoor furniture. They have such a variety in stock and are able to special order so much more. We had so much fun picking out our set and working with their team there.

I recently graduated from college and was decorating my first backyard. I went into pacific patio furniture on a whim and was thrilled with the selection. I was looking for a cute teak seating set and found the perfect one. Also found a coordinating fire pit to go with it and an adorable umbrella for shade. When you receive excellent customer service like I have with Dori, the salesperson I have dealt with at Pacific Patio, its important to write a review! Too often people only write when they are upset. This is never the case with my dealings with Dori. She is super friendly and helpful but not pushy. Ive worked with her with many of my clients and we all couldnt be happier with our dealings with her and with the selections weve made. Keep up the great work!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We bought our patio sofa, chairs and firepit table here and LOVE it! Great service, great price, great quality! Now, after realizing how bad our old patio dining set had really gotten with the bad weather this year, we returned with limited time and a firm budget. Noelle was AMAZING! With no time wasted, she listened to what WE wanted and led us to the perfect choice. She worked to get us a price that fit our budget and a rushed delivery date for Mothers Day! LOVE THIS STORE!!

I really liked the furniture here, they have really unique items that i havent seen in another stores. The only complaint i have is the prices. I really believe that they are way to over priced for their furniture. I have been to many furniture stores and although they had the nicest options, the prices was the only thing that kept me from purchasing the couch.

When I first walked in I was ignored by one of the sales representatives, probably because of my age. I was helped by one of the senior sales representatives and she was very helpful.I walked away spending $14,000 on patio furniture. I later learned that the table I purchased was defective. They replaced it in a timely manner with another defective table.......awesome.I talked to David, the manager, and he said he would personally inspect and have a new table delivered. I received another defective table.So that only leads me to believe that I was lied to and it was never inspected.Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place obviously cant deliver a table that works even when it cost $5,000.

Store very clean plus they have wonderful customer service.I was looking for coffee table they did not have in store and they find on there catalog after check there inventory next day was on store without obligation . Table was exact the one we like and show us on catalog and we bought.without any extra charge.
