I’m very happy with the service I received from Arizona Leather from the first encounter with John, Store Manager and owner to the delivery staff. I went to the store in Agoura Hills in January looking for a couch for my living room. John helped me choose the right size and color that would coordinate with what I already have. It was nice because he explained everything and he is knowledgeable on what I was looking for. I decided right away to go with his suggestion and my order was delivered today. It did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful couch. I love the color. Perfect match with my color scheme. I recommend Arizona Leather to anyone looking for a quality product. This is long overdue. John took great care of us over the years. We moved out of state and bought a second couch and chair from him. He has always gone above and beyond to explain everything to us. I have a recliner and a sofa with a recliner on each end. Both the chair and sofa are leather. They are 6 years old and look like new, though they are enjoyed daily. I have had two service calls that were well tended. No problems.I look forward to buying from Arizona Leather again.

After years of visiting Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, West Elm and the other big box stores and never feeling happy with the products, thinking everything was too expensive and having mediocre customer service we visited Arizona Leather on the recommendation of a friend and never looked back.
