This place has no PROPANE

Advertises “propane” refills, has a dedicated refill station, yet the station does exchange only. Attendant informed on a Sunday that refills are only M-F. So I checked back Monday...turns out, the attendant was wrong!! Some accountability and proper customer service would go a lot further. I’m m a local, I’ll go out of my way to never visit this Shell ever again.

Went to go buy gas, and pump #11 keep starting and stopping, at least 15 times+ to get $25. worth of gas. When I went in to ask about my concern of was the underground gas tank almost empty. The manager keep pumping out other receipts from around the pump and not addressing my concern.I has talked to a person pumping the same grade as I was on Pump #12 she was having the same problems. Bad customer service, could have been nicer and investigated. He was like insinuating I was not right, instead of checking it out at the pump.

Easy exit from the freeway and back on. Have a good amount of pumps so there is usually no wait. Little store has a nice variety of snacks and drinks. People are always nice and helpful should you need help. Always very clean ever time Ive been there.

Clean, functional, and has a car wash. Modern gas tank stations.

Good price. Lots of pumps. Bad drivers blocking you. Hard to get out. They need to do better with moving people who park, stay in store for 10minutes, then coma back to pump. Meanwhile, you are stuck in the middle. Cant back out or go forward.

This place is a complete rip off. The day the air and water for your car doesnt work. Try to print a receipt and you cant even read it. The gas station on other side of highway has lower priced gas and there equipment actually works

The car wash doesn’t work. It got up to my Hood then shut down. Plus the “soap foam” has no foam. Don’t waste your time.

Nasty, unsanitary bathrooms. Plural, because my wife and I both used them and both exited disgusted. Sick.

It is a good option and it’s propane that you need it.Good quality good gas service, this is a lot of space for you RV travel to RV and a good option is already a propane station, which you can make your propane tank us good price
