Hey Chevron people!!!I havent bought gas from you since you started asking for the zip code for my debit card.I tried to buy gas tonight from the pump because I didnt want to walk inside the store but I guess Im gonna drive down to shell to fill up.Thanks for nothing!

Everytime i come here late at night the employee with the brown accord has the store closed for an hour and a half every single time he works the night shift. I dont know what this guy does.

This morning I drove my car into this gas station for a fill up and car wash, as Ive done numerous times in the past. Over three years Ive noticed that they frequently shut down their car wash for repairs, but today it apparently was working. It washed my car, but as I pulled forward for the drying portion of the car wash, the power went off! I then pulled my completely wet car out of the wash and decided to walk into the mini-mart to inform them, and to hopefully get at least a partial refund, as the wet car would dry off in the sun with numerous spotting all over my car. My request fell on deaf ears, however, since the car wash did wash my car, even though I paid for both the wash and the very important drying component. Bottom line is: Im never returning and my daughter will never return either. We live a few miles from this station, so theyve now lost two peoples business, all because they didnt honor their promise of a wash and dry, when they could have chosen customer service by offering something for their broken machine!

If I could give this gas station 0 stars I would. I pass through here every week for gas on my way from Santa Barbara to Woodland Hills. The Mini-mart is great, the employees have always been friendly, and its clean. I tried filling up on February 20 @7:15pm and noticed my pump, as well as multiple other customers pumps were malfunctioning. As I was walking into the store a young man asked if I was also have pump troubles and I confirmed I did. He said please come in with me, the man thinks Im lying and wont give my money back. He was owed $12. The man yelled at both of us when we asked for help, called us liars and stormed outside to begrudgingly investigate the pump trouble. He smacked the pump saying I didnt select it properly, started to pump my gas and acost me for not doing it properly. It continued to malfunction and he left me there with no solution. I persuaded the young man to get his refund which he finally got. I spent ten minutes dealing with the faulty pump until I finally got all the gas I paid for. This man needs to be fired or put on probation. There is NEVER a time when this type of behavior is ok. You have lost me as a customer. I have reported this station to the BBB. I would consider hiring employees that dont verbally abuse their customers.

Great mini mart, bathrooms tend to be very clean for a petrol station, staff friendly. Near food and shops and freeway.
