My favorite Starbucks to go to!!! The crew is so unbelievably nice and sweet. My drinks are always made perfectly. It’s definitely the one Starbucks I can trust when it comes to quality. They always get it right.

Its a nice environment and usually has some music I enjoy playing. My favorite things there are the London fog and Hot chocolate with sweet cream mixed it. The hot chocolate taste like dark chocolate and its so good. They have some nice snacks to go along with your drink too.

Big shot out to the Grasso team. Out of the 5 locations near me this is the only one that has been able to bring, the Starbucks Brand. Not only in quality but hours of operation and most of the fantastic personalities and work ethic of the staff. Hands down the best store.

I ordered a carmel crumble frap with carmel crumbles in and out and decaf espresso shots. Got the espresso but nothing else. NO crumbles. NO whip or carmel in the bottom??!! It just sucked. I didnt know I had to tell them exactly how to make it! Why are Starbucks not consistent nation wide? And why not get what you ask for? If you cant tell, this is not my first issue with Starbucks.

Quick take out iced coffee today. Walked in and got my order in no time at all. Even with the super busy drive thru. Place was well staffed and running well.

My cup was filled about 80%. I asked to be given 100% of the product that I paid 100% of the price, the guy remade it and kept saying that he can’t accept my returned one and that I can have it…no apology at all! I had to tell him that all I want is what I paid for, no less, no more! Never got a “sorry” and made me look like a difficult customer!

This is a great Starbucks location. The drive thru is very convenient and fast despite being busy. The coffee and teas are good. The staff is fast, friendly, and so forth. The outdoor area is very nice and smoke-free. Plus, the restrooms are clean! What more could you ask for?

This is by far the best Starbucks ever! Everyone is so nice. I drive 45 minutes to work, and skip 2 other Starbucks on my way just to go to this one.

I was having a really bad day. So I ordered a pike coffee and a pumpkin bread warmed up. And I ended up with two pumpkin breads and it honestly made my day I know it was a mistake but I very much appreciate it it made my day to the tea. All right love the store it’s the stores that I come to all the time I just realized I had never wrote in the review and I am so excited about my pumpkin bread!!!!

Theres always friendly and helpful staff here, and they have an awesome bacon & egg croissant sandwich.

I come here often in the afternoon and this store looks very understaffed and the workers seem very stressed out. My drink is always great though.

Every time I order the dragon fruit drink at this location they never add as much dragon fruit as any other Starbucks. I avoid ordering here for this reason because I don’t have time for them they remake it because it’s not right. I ordered one last night and they didn’t even add any dragon fruit. It was just lemonade and nothing else. Never have an issue at any other location.

Hot, quick and fast just the way it was meant. Ample seating inside and when the weather is better space outside. The staff has always been friendly and all our favorites are there. When in town we always look forward to stopping in.

Very good Starbucks! They are friendly and usually never mess up your order. Even when the line is long, the drive through moves quickly, despite the occasional smoothie armada! Why do those people order 8 Frappuccinos at 9 AM? I have never had trouble with an order! Of course accidents can happen, but don’t believe angry people that right reviews, this is a quality Starbucks!

This Starbucks was so full of joy!! I was greeted with an angelic good morning when I first walked through the door. I am not a regular Starbucks customer. The cashier listened to me and helped me figure of the best drink ever! The process was not rushed and I thank you!

Ordered the Dragon drink. I always get 1 scoop of dragon fruit and 1 scoop of strawberry puree. They made me a trenta mango dragon refresher by mistake, but promptly corrected their error when I let them know. They were very apologetic for something that was just a moment of poor communication on both our parts. The drink was delicious as always!

Weird hours currently. I went on a Tuesday at 9 am and they were closed which is disappointing when you’re in need of coffee

Extremely nice friendly people here, but not the place to go when in a hurry during peak times. It has taken over 30 minutes in AM before work. But the staff are some of the nicest!

This location is really great. Overall the parking is easy to get around, the drive thru is quick and efficient and the service was great. In a plaza that is pretty tight and hard to maneuver, this Starbucks did a good job with their location to maximize space and easy of getting around. Minus the prices in general being at least a dollar too high, they have killer coffee and it is nice for a splurge.

Starbucks is awesome if youre okay with spending 5 to $8 for one drink. It seems like maybe theyve changed a little bit of their flavoring as it seems that my favorite venti white chocolate mocha taste different. I have now switched to the mocha mint that wondering why the change.

The employees at store # 23826 are Fantastic! They always greet you with a Hello and a smile. The service is extremely fast and very friendly. My wife always comes here and is never let down. Keep hiring people like these and you cant go wrong!

I don’t know if anyone will read this but the worker Jeffery from the Affton Starbucks in Saint Louis Missouri should earn a raise, or his own store, or something to show how much he made my day... I see him a lot... and he has always been sweet... but today... was one of the worst days I’ve ever had... I came to Starbucks to work on my computer and let me tell you ... Jeffery went way above and way beyond ..... first he called me “love” and “sunshine” which literally made my day brighter... then he made it a point to learn my name so he could call me by it... he moved two tables together and cleaned them off just for me... I didn’t even ask him ❤️ Jeffery from Starbucks you made a difference in my life today... thank you so much!

People where nice and service was great!

I just had the WORST experience at this Starbucks location. As I was receiving my order I asked for 2 pupichinos for my two beautiful puppers at home. The man at the window turned around and said kinda weird in the snootiest voice. Horrible experience will never come back to this establishment.

Hands down my favorite location. Always greeted with a smile and by name when I walk in. All of the employees are so friendly which is a huge plus. Joey is my favorite! He makes my morning for sure, always complimenting me. I love him!!

Hands down & by far the BEST Starbucks in St. Louis. The staff are ALL amazing & friendly! They welcome & treat everyone like family! Always with a cheerful hello & genuine smile. The drive-thru is very quick with easy to read menu. At this store, there are no preferred customers that get special attention or special treatment. EVERYONE is a VIP customer at this location. KUDOS to the management team on an outstanding job!

Worst experience at this location employees were more interested in having conversations with each other, giving/getting hug. When I walked in a customer was bringing back their drink that was incorrectly made. Placed my order, another customer was having issue with her purchase, the “ barista “ didn’t appear to know how to make another customers coffee and I watched her dump it out and tell another employee to make it. I’m waiting for my espresso shots to be added and she walked over to some guy to give hug and carry on conversation and finally another employee says something and I finally get my coffee. If the option was available I wouldn’t give this location any star.

This used to be my favorite location to stop at on my way home from work. So feed up with getting a venti cup of milk even after requesting an extra shot of espresso. It doesnt matter what drink I get, the result is the same....way tooooo much milk. I want to taste coffee, hence the request for an extra shot of espresso. That I gladly pay for. I know it does no good to complain.....I am just done. The people working there are super nice but my coffee just sucks!! :-(

Great store. I frequent it often. Hands down best service in the area. I like darker coffees and their brew quality is notch above than several other stores. Clean, spacious area to sit and great outdoor patio. They have a Clover Machine too!

Great Starbucks thats much less busy than others in the area. Some of the best service I have received at a Starbucks in years. If its on your way, this is the place to grab your coffee. If its not on your way, make it on your way and enjoy the ample seating, very nice and updated location, and staff who clearly love what they are doing and enjoy caring for the customers they serve.

The Starbucks on Gravois in Affton is really good, consistent in their cold drinks, my grande iced mocha is great every time. Cant say the same for Starbucks on Gravois Bluffs in Fenton. I can just look at it when they hand it to me and know its going to taste like cold milky coffee with no mocha flavor at all. And yes, I have returned the product to the store and asked them to remake it, but they turn it into a thing and make me feel like Im super picky customer. At almost $5.00 a pop, I think I should get what I ordered and paid for. Affton yes, Fenton no.

Parking is tight and limited. Outdoor seating but lacking some ambience and music too loud. Clean tables and store. Employees are friendly. Great for drive through. Glad there is a Starbucks in the neighborhood.

The service is amazing however the quality of the drinks have gone way down! Went thia morning and got a refresher and all i was sucking up was strawberry seeds. It was the most disgusting thing I ever tried to drink. I had to throw it out. Ill stick to my store bought mocha.
