I went in for the Amazon locker which was very convenient, and had helpful staff. Then I decided to get lunch, and did I ever get an amazing lunch. The prepared food choices are vast, from soups to salads to light desserts, fresh juices and all. Add to that fruit and vegetables, and all manner of items including many healthy options. Very nice layout, wide spaces and aisles, and someone is always nearby to give you a hand if needed. Great experience!

So this was the first time that I was buying meat from them and it was a complete disappointment for me. I don’t know if it supposed to be like this but that ground beef was too dark inside and just a layer of fresh meat was covering it which fooled me as the whole parts are the same. I am not that kind of person to return products at all so I just decided to throw it away since I was not sure about its safety at all! This is not appropriate to fool customers in this way!

There are a lot of good choices at Whole Foods and they have good sales. The organic or conventional produce is always fresh. The butcher department is great because the bulk sausage is made in store with no preservative, fresh protein products are placed daily and the employees can tell you where everything was sourced Good variety of fresh and frozen fish.They have recycling bins in and outside the store. Amazon Prime members can enjoy an in store service area as well as deeper discounts on certain grocery items.

Being from abroad (South Africa) can say I have been in a couple stores similar to Whole Foods and was pleasantly surprised on the quality of food, services and the pricing was market related.I would for surely recommend Whole foods Market in Village on the Parkway. Great stuff. Keep it up!

Deceptively huge! For some reason this store looked small to me on the outside, but its very impressive on the inside. Outside of WFs over priced produce, you can find so many great sales here. Stopped by just for a couple of sale items. Very clean store.

Called the Baking Department and Brian was incredibly helpful and kind and got me everything I needed to make my dessert form gathering perfect. Super grateful and very impressed with the service!

Great place for grocery shopping for the family. They had all I needed. Mask is required here but was cool with that. They have good parking and wheelchair parking too. Came to get some fruits and veggies and got them all. Also got some bread.

Whole foods has really gown down hill since Amazon took over. They almost never have prime beef.I bought chillian sea bass last week for 21.00Its was completely filled with stringy garbage And finally the customer service is terrible. They think they really cool kids.I will drive a little further to central market to get my groceries !

Disappointed today. Purchased prepared food and it tasted old. Bought corn on the cob in a package and it was already rotting. I expect more from Whole Foods.

I only come here because it’s closer but I will drive the additional 10 minutes to Preston. If they ever get self-checkout I may reconsider. I’ve had some of the worse customer experience here. Cashiers barely greet you at the register, or even give a simple thank you. I’m tired of telling cashiers thank you as if I work there. The juice bar is never open when I go. I decided to give it a try again because I don’t like Smoothie King smoothies. So I call ahead and ask them if the smoothie bar was open I was told yes. I get there and the person said she is working on her last order and she’s closing but yet she is currently working on an order. I drove I drove a bit to get there on my lunch break, called ahead and I’m still regretting it. Next time it’s no question I’m definitely going to Preston. I can’t take it anymore. Totally ruined my entire lunch break, the Alyssa’s cookies I got are hard and stale 😡

One of the greats, this Whole Foods fires on all cylinders. Clean and comfy, you can find what youre looking for at this location of the luxury grocery dealer. The location is great, the service is usually friendly (some great cashiers, some unfriendly ones, too), the environs are cozy and clean, and the hot food area is fantastic.

Awful experience here this morning. This location does not carry the same stuff as most of the other locations and on top of that I had one of the employees that was stocking food on the shelf with his headphones in and wouldnt move out of the way. Very rude and unpleasant experience

Found what I was looking for in fresh fruit and graded cheeses. I find prices higher than competition for standard items carried by other grocery stores, they tend to go more organic and can charge higher prices! In their fresh food areas their fish, chicken, vegetables and fruits are better quality than other stores, but slightly higher prices, which I think are worth it!

Whole foods is one of the original health food supermarkets that made eating healthy, organic foods a mainstream thing. It was known for having a hipster vibe and a large selection of foods that were hard to find in your local grocery store. Vegan, non GMO, and dairy free are just some of the varieties of products they stock here. Of course, they were bought out by Amazon online and has become a bit more corporate and less hippy. But, they still are a good store for alternative diet and healthy choice foods. They also have an Amazon orders station in store for pickups and returns.

Whole Foods always has a clean and open atmosphere. We found the last pack of cotton candy grapes. We were so excited. We went in just for a few items. Then we got to the register and the cashier ignored us. It was busy in there so I don’t fault her one but!

Over inflated prices for stuff that you can find at half price at grocery store down the street including organic items. I mean these guys know how to milk away your entire paycheck.Service is ok but not to justify the prices. You dont go in a grocery store to get service.

This new Amazon locker tag activation and closing hours is counterintuitive. Lockers being closed while the shop is open is ridiculous. The whole allure of lockers is convenience. Had to leave my order to be returned cause cant access lockers. Also now due to the new tag activation protocol cant even ask someone else to pick it up on my behalf. Annoying to no end.

I mainly go to whole foods to eat snacks out of the bins and possibly meet my future wife. They actually have some decent prices on wine which is very nice. My income level has finally allowed me to eat mango cut by someone with a bachelor of arts degree. I would say Whole Foods and central market has some of the best steak in the city. I also like their fresh tuna it’s always on point.

I go here before I go to school on the weekends and am always impressed.

I previously had a bad experience at Tom Thumb, when trying to buy chicken shish kebabs! Going to the deli here was amazing I’m forever grateful! I was on a mission to acquire some Firestone Parabola, and this was the only place left with any in stock. They have abundant parking, and are within very close walking distance of other shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

Amazon is making it easier to take your $$😃 If you’re like me sometimes the price is so good and you can’t decide so you buy both. Then it’s like best the clock when I need to ship things back but we have a solution. At several Whole Foods has kiosks to pick up as well and make returns. You just have the item. No problem. They’ll provide you with packing pods. I still had my box so I gladly used their tape and ship away. I previously went through Amazon to notify I would return items. It gave me options to the nearest drop off station. So, when I put in my info it automatically printed my label. I love the store. Always a good selection of products I need. But! Yesterday I bought premade entry plate - “Honey Dijon chicken”, and couldnt eat it at all. The chicken was smelling very bad and the potato had some white and purple stuff on it, and it smelled bad too. I tried one bite of it and realized something wrong with this dish. To be honest I had a bad stomach heart this morning. This is my experience with their premade dishes and Im not going to buy it again.

Came here for National Pie Day and I could not be more disappointed. They had a limited selection of pies (only Apple and peach). Also the pizza pies were unavailable. It was almost noon. I was read the pizza pie menu when the lady barked at me that the pizzas wont be ready until later. I inquired for more details and she just responded that pizza would be ready later. Not a time estimate or a specific time, just later.Another employee came up to sort of apologize and shrugged his shoulders that he didnt know when they would be ready. I just left disappointed and annoyed.

I went to whole foods to get groceries i got thru Amazon. I just think they need a sign saying Amazon grocery pock up or something i ended up seeing 2 destinations and went to the one near the back. Being a black man going to WHOLE FOODS is already a borderline tramatic experience bc my subconscious is already BLARING all types of alarms. I sticl out like a sore thumb, people stare(is this 1950) plus with all the killings my so called Privilege Americans are committing thats all i need is something to stop my flow of going from point A to B quickly efficiently without hold ups. Next time have some type of Amazon check out sign

DONT GET ME WRONG ... I LIKE Whole Foods ... BUT, you need a small loan to actually buy something. I know they cater to the rich and famous, but cmon. Creamer may cost $1.50 at Wal-Mart, but at WF it costs nearly $4.00. So before you go to Whole Foods, go to your bank and empty out your savings first. AND they arent exactly friendly there either 😡

Due to the pandemic, the drinking bar is shut down, also the salad bar is closed two main reasons I shop there.I bought some cookies from the bakery they were hard as a rock and the checkout lady was not happy to be working. Not the best experience Ive had there, but they all cant be great days, lol. I hope its better next time I shop there . . .

Decent enough store... Parking is always crowded though, due to the close proximity of various restaurants etc within the same shopping center. Whole Foods is somewhat overpriced in comparison to their main competition, Central Market. In my opinion, anyway. Still, a fun selection of domestic and exotic produce, as well as a top tier bakery and butcher shop.

Went to get sea bass and potatoes and pork roast and bananas and pork filets and chicken and pineapple. And my side dishes are tomatoes mardi gras salad mushroom surprise and broccoli salad with creole vinaigrette. Deserts are a fruit puff pastry flamed bananas apples with apricots and sauteed bread with apricots

When I travel, to a city, the first place I look for is a Whole Foods. My last few local trips, I have not been let down. I can grab a quick meal, a snack, and anything I may have left at the house without worrying what I just consumed because I was in a rush to get to my meeting.

I actually had a poor review that I deleted because this Whole Foods location has improved so much in the last few years. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful, and I think the selection is great. The prices are pretty reasonable for the quality you receive, and they frequently have sales (especially with Amazon Prime). Not a huge fan of the smoothies - the last two times I had one there were huge chunks of frozen spinach left so half of my smoothie ended up needing to be chewed or thrown out. The hot bar can be hit or miss. However, it’s always very clean, organized, and a pleasant shopping experience in general.

A good stock up of organic stuff. Found most of what was missing in other stores here after the winter storm.

Decent store and prices. The products and product selection is great, and customer service is top notch. Highly recommend shopping here for an amazing shopping experience.

Love this store! The staff are friendly, the produce is so fresh and delicious. Some items are a bit pricey as you can get the exact same thing in Walmart but also some good prices for what you get. You get some good discounts with Prime and it is also a Hub for the lockers meaning you can get different items delivered to your standard locker deliveries from Amazon. You can also use this place to return unwanted items.

Very nice place to shop...always loved WFM...just dont care for them telling you you have to wear a mask....

The meat counter is the only reason I come here. Sometimes you get lucky and they will use their slicer to prepare meat to your specifications, and sometimes they will directly complain to you that if they have to use it, they’ll need to clean it. Sometimes they just say it’s broken instead of admitting they don’t want to go through the hassle.

Great value on some of the foods.

Excellent grocery store. I tend to go here to drink beer, eat sushi, and read a book. This is where I go when I buy seafood.

This seems to be a great store, but what I think is really great is that in the guys restroom they have a changing table. I cant tell you how annoying it is when you need to change a diaper when youre in the store and there is no changing table in the mens restroom. So thank you for having one in this location.

Great experience but a little on the pricey side. For example, its very easy to spend $15 or more just on their salad bar and get a relatively small meal. It is really nice having the Amazon kicker there though. Makes it easy to stop by and securely get my packages.

We used to shop regularly at Whole Foods on McKinney Avenue. We were shocked to find out how poorly the Belt line road branch is run. The meat spoils very quickly, the quality is not good and the staff is not friendly at all. Will have to look into alternatives, because Whole Food prices don’t allow for mediocrity.

Im not even sure why I come here anymore. If youre a vegan or vegetarian this is not the place for you. The selections are next to nothing and if youre wanting an already prepared meal, good luck, everything is meat based. Theyve completely disregard the vegan and vegetarian community.

I go to whole foods mostly every week. This specific one is very swanky, and some of them have little play kitchen areas where I can let my kids play while I finish some work and enjoy a cup of coffee. Great store!

I work down the street and I love being able to run over here and grab a quick lunch. The salad and food bars are fantastic and being able to make up a quick meal and head out, is completely perfect for me. The only issue I have is the 7 or 8 times I have been, the food bars have all been a bit of a mess. Nothing crazy, but, there are containers with food on them, bits of other food mixed with the stuff beside it. I would think, yeah this is normal, but I have never witnessed a staff member going around to clean it up and that is a bit of an issue.

Whole foods does a great job in cleaning due to COVID and providing excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and more than willing to assist the customer.

Also, Amazon hub conveniently located here - easy pick ups and returns, as well.I do wish their hot food bar had a little more variety like more vegetarian/vegan options though. My only complaint is that the food left out is sometimes messy and/or dry. Otherwise, I do like this location overall.

I visited this Whole Foods on a Sunday afternoon right before closing. It’s been so crazy since the COVID-19 pandemic that no longer going to the store at 9:30pm is an adjustment on top of wearing a mask and standing a hockey stick away from people. Anyway, Nick at this location was so helpful and sweet!! Employees like Nick are why I spend at one store over the competition. This trip to the store was the most positive grocery shopping experience I’ve had in months! Visit Whole Foods on Beltline- remember your mask :), but I guarantee it will be the least stressful grocery shopping trip in a long time!

Fast checkout, clean store and amazing staff. Carlos checked me out and he helped me with a coupon! He also advised the person in front of me to get ice (and went to get it for them) if they were traveling far to keep their beverages cold. This kind of service is why I keep coming back!

Its nice being in a place thats nice and you dont feel like youre in a third world country but it is pretty dang expensive.Also, the checkout lady asked if the asparagus were organic or no. I did pause and said no. She said, are you not sure? Basically accusing me of lying. I said yes Im sure, I looked. Which I did cos they were expensive. Kinda rubbed me the wrong way but I didnt say anything. They need to mark their stuff better.

I havent visited since the pandemic but it was great to see a manned covid station at the door with wipes, masks and sanitizer. KUDOS!

Ive never been in a whole foods until this one. It was kind blowing. Since I have to be gluten free and dairy free is hard to find foods that are good. I actually found a grain free tortilla chip and tortilla shells. They were awesome. The dairy free cheese made with coconut milk was the best dairy free cheese Ive found. I even found a sugar free, dairy free, gluten free chocolate bar. I was in heaven. The food is expensive, but what can you expect when you cant eat hardly any ingredients
