Management needs to empower staff and they also need to be smart. Of all the time I forget my wallet guy wants to see my ID, but he was nice and I understand but you got to use some common sense which is not very common.

Been living in Addison for about 6 years. This place always had the nicest staff, always pleasant. Now it seems every year that goes by the staff is angrier and more unhappy. Management is really slipping. Its not hard to find people that are friendly and want to work. Your here to provide customer service not sit in the middle station socializing with the other employees, than give attitude cause your interrupted.

You need to push a lot of buttons and answer questions just to pump gas at the pump. No one is coming around and wiping down the buttons during COVID.

Work station today issue was pumps not working, other issue are cards not accepted yet work elsewhere, air pump not working, or out of tape for receipts!

Bunch of scared rabbits, going to this store is like like meeting the SS.Thank you. for nothing.

Good price on fountain drinks and gas prices are good

Guy behind the counter had a terrible unprofessional attitude . Gave me the finger in my way out.

I’m on job, landscaping, and I just wanted to refill my water bottle, with this covid I can’t go into any fast food or drive thru with my truck. Well turns out this is the only Thornton’s I’ve ever gone to where you can’t refill your water bottle with water at the fountain drink machine. And you have to buy it. Also they have next to nothing inside. Do not recommend. I’ve never had issues refilling a water bottle in my life! Gas stations, McDonald’s. Never ! Going to charge me for something you get for free like they don’t make enough money as it is.

I always liked coming here, until last Saturday the 3rd of August, at 3:09 pm. The man was very rude and put my money on the wrong pump and refused to put it on the right one after I stood outside waiting because he was too busy making personal calls on his cell phone while people waited in line. He misheard me and made the mistake in the first place. He told me at the end he didnt care if I was their customer for 20 years, he wasnt giving me gas or money. He told me to call whoever I want. Great customer service, thank you. Ill never get gas there again even though the other staff are always nice, this was the first and only horrible experience I had there. And no, he didnt give me gas or MY money back, a customer paid for it. My card was blocked until Monday because someone breached my account, otherwise I would have never went inside.It was my last cash before I could go to the bank on Monday. So I appreciate the fact that he just stressed me out even more, stole my last gas money and degraded me in front of other customers.

I live in Cook County, but travel to this location (DuPage) on a regular basis, and take the opportunity to fill up here. Well lit station, with plenty of pumps, and is often the lowest price in area.

Most often the lowest price in the area. Everything else is average. Ice is sold here.

Most inconsiderate and rude staff ever. Would not have any of the employees that were there at noon today work for me ever.

This places is not open 24hr like it states here. I made a decision to come here last night while running out of gas because of this ad saying open 24hrs. I was stranded here having to call a cab service and the police didnt serve me either.

Brandon was incredibly rude.
