Huh! It’s just coffee. Owner should show up and take charge. Saturday morning and they are sold out of drip Coffee. No joke. Sold out of coffee. Not so proudly selling Starbucks today.

Poor service! Weve left without a coffee as the lady behind the counter wasnt able to help us with our order and payment. Ridiculous!

I absolutely love Starbucks. Yes it can be on the expensive side for one small cup of coffee but it has the best flavor around. I got these cinnamon Coffee and it tasted really good.My only funny comment it is I have a service dog and to requested to get him a pup a Chino and the barista had no idea what I was asking for.

Been staying at this renaissance Marriott for 4 days now and this Starbucks has been out of Carmel the entire time !! Wow that’s just laziness on management side and shows they really don’t care anymore and not trying to make profit for the company... so sad how the hospitality industry has gone down hill and not very hospitable.... all we wanted was some Carmel frappes lol and I’m sure lots of other people

Worst coffee ever. Got our order wrong, two drinks. My drink was half empty. When I asked about it, they added more to it. When I asked about the taste of my drink, they stated it was not the same recipe as Starbucks. They do not accept Starbucks giftcards.

The menu apparently needs to be updated because when you order an item at the size you want, they tell you they don’t have that size, AND they don’t have that kind of drink available. Plus, the price on the menu is incorrect. Seriously?! I was told corporate needed to update the menu to match the system. I would think they should just take the menu down. Super disappointing experience. 👎🏼

Barista made the best triple shot venti vanilla latte! Great sitting area with TV. Outdoor seating also. Nice pastries with fresh fruits available. Located inside the Renaissance Hotel.

Extremely limited selection of food. There were literally two different sandwiches to choose from. I had the turkey which was quite dry. Limited seating area. No real tables to speak of just a counter and some Bistro type tables. Dont go here expecting a real Cafe, its just an extension of Starbucks in the hotel lobby.

Its a decent place. I always get my coffee from here, as it is a closest location. I do like the experience so far, even though my orders were messed up couple of times# nobigdeal #accountablestaff

Been coming here for a few years as I’m often staying in the hotel for work! Have to say this is the worst starbucks experience I ever had. You show up for a quick coffee and surprise nobody is in the shop! You have to wait!! And on top of that always charged to my room but one day they decided not too!! Really Starbucks change the staff here!

Staff got order wrong and when we told them, they started yelling at us. Told us they would call security to get us kicked out of the hotel. When told him him to stopped and he keeped on told him to shut up and not talked to us like that. He keeped on yelling and called security and told us we could not have our drinks. Finally got them and we left.

Coffee shop that is unfortunately not open before 6am, and thats when they START making coffee, so good luck even getting a drip coffee. Over priced food, little attention paid to the condiments counter and frequently-full trash.

Coffee is hot but is weak watered down version my Starbucks at home.

She put our danishes in a plain plastic bag and then microwaved our Danishes WITH the plastic bag.

The dark roast this morning was terrible. I put this down to brew time. Later Gloria had her usual coffee frappacino - also terrible. Tomorrow morning we are going to a real Starbucks.

Customer service not high on the agenda and nothing resembling the Starbucks product apart from the branding....disappointing
