At the beginning this was a great place. However, what I thought was suppose to be a good experience turned into a nightmare. I was told my bill was going to be a certain amount and ended up turning into being so much more than expected. I got a few promotional offers and one of them did not fall through correctly. I was told my account would be credited the difference and I have to call and nag every single month becuase said credit is never applied. Trying to get the representative to actually get back to you or even the manager is ridiculous. I also had issues with my phones I had paid them off and was given an amount only to be told it was not paid off. That all I simply did was lessen the installment payments. It was the buy one get one promotion. Still dont get why they force you into installments if I had the funds to pay in full right then and there.... This issue I would say is more of a T-MOBILE issue. It sucks because you feel like just a number as with any big company.

I was at the store to upgrade my hotspot and assisted by Maggie. This team member REALLY impressed me, she was very knowledgeable, she most certainly knew how to operate and navigate through T-Mobile software to get all my questions answered right away. Honestly, I had to come right a review for her and the store because every step of the way she was on point. Maggie, thank you so much for everything - you are wonderful.

Switched from AT&T to T-mobile was the best thing I did this year! The staff is ALL friendly and helpful. since the moment I walked in I was greeted by them all. The wait time was not long, I was able to switch with no hassle. They also helped me get the T-mobile Tuesdays :) in conclusion I will definitely continue to refer all my friends and family to the Addison location.

Basically the girl set up my phone the wrong way, told me to put in information and it ended up messing up the whole process. It wasted my time and now I have to reset the entire phone all over again. So yeah, not a great experience at all. Please educate your staff a little better. It would have been done much quicker and more effectively otherwise.

Today I had one of the most refreshing mobile store visits I have ever had. All of the employees greeted me upon entering the store. The entire team worked together to help me resolve my activation issues. Once they determined the issue Irene G. went above and beyond to help me completely solve my problem by taking the time to call the customer support so I wouldnt have to. I have been to several mobile stores and never been treated with such kindness and without someone basically telling me I need to go home and do something myself to resolve the issue because they cant. Our Sprint contract ends in a few days and we were unsure if we wanted to sign on with T-Mobile since we have had so many issues with Sprint and they are now merged. After this experience we will definitely be sticking with T-Mobile. It seems as though good Customer Service is hard to come by these days so I am EXTREMELY appreciative when I receive such good service and I am so happy to be able to leave a review to reflect on the service I received ☺

A guy named Victor helped me out perfectly and gave me new sim cards for my phones. He properly communicated and explained everything to me so I was never confused. Out of the 4 years of being a T-Mobile customer, this location is probably the best service I have received!

Came to this third party store since the usual corporate store down the street was closed, but the service I received from the rep was horrible. They did not want to help me since I purchased the phone from the other store. I asked them if they knew when the other store would open back up, and they told me it was shut down permanently. I switched to AT&T same day. I did not want to deal with them since they had no customer service skills. And now I just found out that my store that I usually go to is open again. I cannot believe they lied to me about it being permanently closed.

Unfortunately had Vanessa help me out, & she didnt know much or just didnt want to work. Reluctantly I left with the Linkzone Hotspot since I needed emergency wifi. 3 days later I go to return the product & all of a sudden theres extra charges. According to her when I bought my device Id lose $ for restocking fees, I was ok with that. Now she wants to CHARGE me more then what she promised, because she made a mistake. Not the customers fault when the employee makes a mistake, but lets charge the customer? Unbelievable. Took her about 10 mins & a bunch of typing to tell me I owe more. What a waste of time. Ill definitely be going in to speak to the manager.

I really like this T Mobile location. Victor was especially helpful. Went in there for an issue and wasnt expecting to have to upgrade my phone that day. My other phone was not working properly. Victor made the process so smooth and easy for me. He was also very understanding about how I was feeling. He made sure I felt comfortable with the phone and the pricepoint. He is ordering a battery for me to make sure I can get all my information back. He is going to help me with that when it comes in. That is great customer service. I have been in customer service myself for a long time. I like to recognize people like Victor that go above and beyond. I am happy to be a T Mobile customer for over 13 yrs. The store and company should be proud to have a wonderful employee like Victor doing a great job.

Let me start by saying this is not the original store I signed up with but I wish I had. I came to this T mobile store after the one I signed up at wouldnt help me with my device tranfer credits. The store is very nice with a great staff. Aziz M was so helpful that I chose to buy a new device ( LGV60 Thin)from him which was not available at the other store. After that he offered to help me with the tedious process of getting T mobile to pay for my Verizon cancellation fees. I could not figure it out on my own so he took his time to help me thru the process. He also helped me with billing issues that once again the other store couldnt. All in all a totally great experience and even though this store is further from my house I will definitely return in the future for all my cell needs! Also a special thanks to Victor, Kelsy, Vanessa and Irene for all their help in setting up all my new devices!! A++++!

Big Shout-out to Victor for helping us out today!!! Had traded four iPhone 7s at a different T-Mobile. New phones were shipped to my house but no return label. After the run around for 4 days calling customer service three times and going to the T-Mobile I actually purchased my phones only to find out they couldn’t help me I went to the T-Mobile in Addison and met Victor. Victor explained the process, actually boxed and labeled our old phones up and answered all our questions. Thank you Victor for showing me great customer service and turning such a horrible experience into a great one!

Visiting the Addison store and making the switch back to T-mobile in April of 2015 was the best decision Ive made as far as finding the right cell phone provider. It has been a year and I couldnt be happier with the phones and the service! Both my husband and I are loyal customers and we have purchased a total of 4 phones total (2 originally and have done 2 upgrades just recently). The manager, Diana Martinez, has always been GREAT to us since day one!!! She is always pleasant, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her team is always helpful too, especially when it comes to answering questions and helping with accessories. Im sticking with T-mobile and this location will always be my go to location!! Highly recommend this location, Diana and her team!

I went into T-Mobile to purchase a new phone with my jump program. Off the bat the staff was friendly, i had Cesar help me out and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Ive been coming to this location for 3 years and have never had a problem! They do train at this location so sometimes it gets busy but always worth the wait! I have seen some looney people be extremely rude for stupid reasons, probably the same people leaving nasty reviews. Awesome store!

Horrible store to go to. Terrible customer service. Carlos one of the reps that helped me last week ended up resetting my phone when i clearly told him i didnt remember my password he still did it. All he did while i was there was have his whatsapp open and text. My google account got deleted and i cant now access any of my apps or recover my account. Please dont go to this story awful customer service. Tmobile used to have amazing customer service, now they just want you to buy a new phone like this representative repeatedly recommended even when I said I didnt want to. Please stay away from this store.

She even refused to call tmobile to try a d fix the issue. But I got out of there and went to the Schaumburg store. Went in to purchase a SIM card (Activation Kit) - On website, its $6.99, currently on sale for $0.99. I wanted it quick, so I went into this store. Id gladly pay the full $6.99 price +tax if I had to. They wanted $20! I could have just bought a 4G Monthly Prepaid phone for that price at Walmart, activate the SIM, and sell the unneeded phone!$20 for a SIM card... a $13 markup. Also, this store does not sell refill cards.

Went there 3 times spoke with different people each time from Corey Emilio and the manager. Corey does not know anything had to continually ask other people for help manager talked to me had a huge attitude. She did not care. Emilio wasnt terrible he Was decent guy I assume. the 3 times I went they tried to scam me out of 250$ gave me false information about my account tried to change information behide my back. They strongly encouraged me to go to flee market (five star) to have their boy fix my phone.(sketchy) Very dishonest and fishy store. (Franchised owned) then i went to corporate store and they saved me over $200 for a brand new phone got me better service better options. I could spent 5$ to resolve my problem at corporate store but this store wanted 200... Biggest scam highly recommend you go to corporate store to get 2 opinions you will not regret it.

I was very unhappy too, Paty tricked us into getting accessories for our phones saying it was mail in rebate however it was not. We were in a hurry, the baby was crying and she took advantage of us. I came back do she can explain how the accessories are mail in rebate, she explained she did not charge us taxes for the phones we got and they were $100 cheaper. I did my calculation and try to guess not true. Phones were only cents cheaper which at the end comes to like $10 if you did not upgrade. Very disappointed of how people misslead you and take advantage when they see people are busy and in a hurry.

The person I worked with was very nice (except the manager, he was rude) but I guess since its not corporate, they can do what ever they want with the prices.I have a program that is called JUMP that I can get a new phone and not pay the rest of the phone if I return it to them. I went with them and they said I had to pay them $180 for whatever reason. Also there is 2 promotions going on and they said I cant combine.Now I called Tmobile directly and the one on Bensenville (to confirm) which I normally go to (which is corporate) and they told me they are able to do both promotions and that There is no reason that I have to pay the $180.ok so seems like the Addison location scam people (look at the reviews) by having them pay money that isnt suppose to. So seems like they are scamming customer and ripping them off. Spent 2+ hours (Addison location) there just to get nothing resolved and them wanting to charge me $180 and not accepting the promotion that was going on.Went to Bensenville and got everything I was suppose to get and more. I was able to get 3 promotions combined and didnt have to pay to return a phone for the jump programGO TO THE BENSENVILLE LOCATION ON YORK STYOU WILL BE HELPED BETTER THAN THIS LOCATION!

I should check this store before we went there. Everything is true. My boyfriend bought lg oltimus lg 90 and they told him he can take 3 accessories, charger, screen protector and case for free. they didnt have cases so they told him he can take 2 chargers and screen and they charged him 180$. I went to different store and this phone was for 99.60$ and I didnt have to take accessories. Im so angry. Theyre cheating. Dont go there.

Random charges showed up on our account when we went in to get our phone serviced under warranty. The company itself removed the charged for us but the workers there claimed they had no idea what they were when they werent on the account until we walked in and was getting served. I think they were trying to make a commission off of our already paid warantee service.
