Hit or miss coming here. Waited inside for over half an hour and no one was able to assist me despite there being 3 people and only 2 people (Myself included) in the store. They do have a pay with cash option with a machine but otherwise just pay online.

Worst Verizon store experience weve ever had. We have been loyal customers for several years. My dad was told he would receive a Hum package for free (device and service). Only problem is that promotion does not exist. I called Verizon customer service and they confirmed that the promotion does not exist and confirmed that the service is $20/monthly and $5/monthly for the device for a 2-year contract. I called the store to discuss and initially spoke to a nice and helpful associate. He then transfer me to his manager who was rude from the start and told me the only person that would know the promotion was the sales associate involved Cesar. How is this possible?? One person in the entire company knows? I told him to check the account. He said no because Cesar is the only one that knows and that there is also some sort of password on the account to see it. Are you kidding me?! Bottom line, these guys are willing to say and do anything to make an extra buck. Unbelievable.

Unbelievable See managers Ahad Daniel and Steve.. I had an issue with at&t Comcast all lies.One stop into Verizon, problem solved for 80% less then them.Go to Verizon Addison. Addison is better then the other stores around. Ask for the 2 managers. NO ONE COULD SOLVE THIS!They did in 3 minutes.

I went in to this Verizon location with my mom on Monday 11/30/15 to get my phone upgraded. I expected to be there a long time because in the past these types of things have taken over an hour or two.We were greeted right away by an associate named Juan. He was very nice and professional and started working on my upgrade right away. I traded in my iPhone 5S for the rose gold iPhone 6S. It took Juan 20 minutes to transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new one. He also let me trade in my $100 life proof case that I purchased a few months ago for my 5S to get a new case/cover for my 6S.My mom and I were so impressed by his work ethic. We actually asked him how long he had been working at Verizon because of how good his customer service skills were. When he told me only 3 weeks I was shocked because I thought he had been there at least a few years.This Verizon location is great. It is nice and clean which is always a plus. The only thing I dislike is the way the parking lot is set up but that has nothing to do with the store itself.If you plan on going here make sure you ask for Juan to help you. Hes an A +++ associate! Great work!!!

Hi Store owner, I am a long time customer of Verizon since this store was built... I was at your store yesterday 9-17-19 at 11:48-50 am. I couldnt understand why I only saw 2 employees in the store helping customers. I needed help with moving files to the memory card that this store installed for me. A female store employee finally approached me to offer her assistance regarding my memory card because my phone is out of storage. She turned around and referred me to Jose or Hector whom she stated was tech support. He came over and said that he didnt know how to move files to the memory, because Verizon didnt want them to know any about tech support to fix any phones. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I told him that I had been on the phone for a few days trying to get someone to help me on the phone and finally the 5th day I spoke to a human being and they told me to come to this store, so you can fix my phone. He then says I dont know how to fix your phone, like a salesman dont know how to fix cars at a car dealership. I then said Okay, so youre saying that I need to find another provider?!!! Ok, I will do that!!! He says Make sure you have your account numbers when you go!!! REALLY!! He didnt even try to satisfy my problem nor KEEP me as a CUSTOMER of Verizon 😡!! HOW DARE HIM!!!! ITS A SHAME THAT YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT GIRL AND THIS GUY WORKING FOR YOU!!!! I AM ASHAMED FOR YOU AND DISAPPOINTED 😞 THAT WE HAVE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IN MY COMMUNITY. Why is having a phone so expensive? I have no idea. But I’ve been w Verizon for a long time and every time I think about switching I stay because I .... well I really don’t know why I stay. Maybe it’s just easier than switching? Nobody has made me an incredible offer to switch so I stay and pay a ton of cash.

I have visited this store several times in the past few years, and they have been helpful each time. Most recently I added an Galaxy S9 to my account and had a billing issue. After making a call to VZ they notated my account and suggested I visit the closest corporate store for help. Here I was introduced to Jenna, the store General Manager. Jenna was very helpful and quickly, and painlessly, got everything resolved and on our way.

I’d just like to thank Natalie for everything she did. Delivered excellent customer service. I went in wanting the new Iphone and she helped me out in every way. There was an issue with the last Iphone left in stock so I wasn’t able to leave the store with it and I had to leave the city for work the next day. She made sure that it got delivered to me across the country with no issues at all in a timely manner. I just received it and I am ecstatic about it so I felt the need to let the store know their employees worth. Thanks again.

Fantastic group of people there. As reasonable as I guess you can expect from a cell phone company. Prices are inline, but there customer care is the best Ive ever experienced. Rashid is one great salesman. Went super far out of his way to make things go as smoothly as you could ever want.He kept WORKING on getting things ironed out even after the place closed for the night, until about midnight, and was right back on it by 8am the next morning. You can not expect more than that.Who knew that they would actually care.

If there was a zero star I would give it. Just bought a new phone today from Juan. Asked him at least 3 times if my pictures were being backed up. Answered yes all times. He was busy with other customers even though we had texted over weekend and I said what time I would be in. Take the phone home go look for a pic and guess what no pics. Called Verizon main number she had me on hold for 23 minutes trying to get Juan at the store. Get him and he says go to Apple. I said I’m not going to Apple I was literally just in there. Then Josh the so called manager gets on phone and says they are not trained for that. They only know to hit one button and if it works it works!! Are they kidding me??? When I’m done with everyone this phone better be free!!! Forgot to say I have been a customer for over 25 years back to when it was Ameritech. Too bad customer service went out of style.

I have been for service several times, and I purchased my phones there. Each time there is no waiting, if at all, and they were able to solve my problems. Jesus waited on me, and besides solving my problems, he was very patient with me. He took the time to go through all of my applications, and deleted the ones that he could delete. The only thing, which is true of most computer stores, is that they dont teach you how to solve the problem. They solve it for you.

Not good. Made a 6:30-7:00pm appt. window online ahead of time. Received 2 appt. confirmation emails. We arrived at 6:41. At 6:51, Verizon associate checked us in and stated he did not see our appt. in system but it would only be a few minutes. We left at 7:25 after waiting 34 minutes without assistance.

What a joke! I went here with my parents yesterday to get new phones and we left the store being told we just needed to transfer the content of their old phones to the new phones because the stores WiFi sucked. We got home to find the phone were not even activated. I called the store and was on hold so long it transferred me to the corporate office who then put me on hold for a grand total of 20 mins. Off to a great start. Then I go with my mom to another Verizon store in Schaumburg to be greeted by cheerful faces until they realized we needed help and werent buying anything. Their resolution was to wait another hour and then they left to help other customers. What a horrible time spent with Verizon!

So I have a hotspot and two Gizmo gadgets from Verizon. (My cell phone service has been with tmobile for years including all 20 of my business lines)so, Horrible experience. been a customer with them for a while, someone hacked into my mobile hotspot and drove up over a $1,000 bill now mind you my normal monthly bill has always been about $50. To notify me, Verizon is sending text messages to three devices that are not even capable of receiving text messages, you think they would know this since they have it on their computer system. Obviously, I thought that the company would do something to rectify the situation since they know the devices cannot receive text messages on any of them. Call customer service, get no where, the Im sorry, but weve been sending texts, not our fault you cant get them..seriously!? So then I Come to the store where they tell me I have no choice, Im to pay the $1,150 phone bill.What!?HORRIBLE customer service and NASTY way to treat a loyal customer. They dont help when its their own product and account that has been hacked.Do yourself a huge favor and save money, dont use Verizon, go to TMobile, no overage charges, unlimited service and pleasant customer service. Or go to another carrier. Because verizon doesnt care about their customers.
