I bought a Ram truck from Midway recently. What a GREAT experience! Jason Martinez was our sales rep and he bent over backwards to help us with everything from financing to vehicle warranty.The facility was very clean and all of the trucks were in excellent condition.If youre looking for a good vehicle, honest salesmanship, and excellent service, Midway is the place to go. We drove 1.5 hours to shop there and it was worth every minute.

Just recently bought a Toyota Camry from Midway Auto Group. Had a phenomenal experience. Sean Amir was our sales person and even stayed past closing so we could come see the vehicle! He made the process easy and answered all of our questions. 10/10 experience and if I ever need another car will definitely be buying it from here.

This was the most pain free purchase of a vehicle in my life.I have purchased over half a dozen vehicles and this was by far the best overall experience.My biggest surprise was finding a whole set of brand new tires on the truck I purchased. Do not trust this company! I went in to buy a 2017 F150 which I was told had no problems and was in great shape. After running a Carfax I found out that the vehicle had been in 2 collisions with frame damage reported. My salesman Jason tried to tell me that it had been listed as frame damage because it had a lift kit which is just not true. After letting them know I was taking my business elsewhere I found a $500 charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. Stay far away from this company!!!

Im from up north and wanted a southern vehicle, I found a 2019 chevy 2500 HD on there website. I called and talked to Gary he answered all my questions then I decided I was interested in this vehicle, I called and asked more questions he answered them all and if he didnt know the answer he found out and called me back! Bought a 2015 F-150 about a month ago. Price was great, didnt have to haggle, Ryan didnt play any of those let me talk to my manager games or try to nickel and dime me for upgrades/add-ons. Ryan was fun to talk to and buy from. Gary did not even want my husband to do a application in their office he told us to go online and apply or wait 60 days until the market goes down to get the vehicle we wanted..... Was looking at a truck and wanted the CAR FAX and the sales person said they use a different website but it is the same thing. Truck has no accidents. Sales person said No accidents. Went home and put it on the CAR FAX and sure enough it has a theft notice and an accident notice. I wish I could give 0 stars, stop trying to scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM/Ryan!!!

Been looking for a Wrangler unlimited and had it narrowed down between Midway and another dealer for basically the same vehicle. Went to Midway Auto Group after seeing a truck we liked online with low mileage and a great price. We showed up about 45 minutes prior to closing, but Ryan was great and never rushed us. After the test drive, he even stayed late to make sure we got approved for financing and to thank us. They had us in and out with our new truck in under 2 hours! It was such a great experience. Two stars only because I cant confirm that they were dishonest with their listing. AutoCheck report was sent to me today (1/2/2021) that was dated (8/27/2020) for a Yukon Denali I was looking at. There were no issues with the vehicle on the report. I got suspicious because of the date on the report and also that this vehicle went to auction almost 6 months ago. The CarFax report had a seller disclosed accident in 2019 that included frame damage. This would have been a $54k mistake.Update: Sean contacted me back and essentially gave me confirmation through his text that this was hidden on purpose. In no way would I trust this dealership!Issue with the financing was because the vehicle had frame damage. After I asked for a current AutoCheck report it had the same issue of frame damage that was disclosed by the auction house.My vehicle is a northern one and I was looking into getting into a clean southern vehicle with no rust. Sean knew of all issues with my Yukon and tried to slander me by insinuating that I’d not disclose this information. This is where I know they have been deceitful.

Drove all the way from Northwestern Fort Worth yesterday to get here because I know a good price when I see it. When we got there, we saw our Jeep and asked to test drive it. We were actually given the key to go test drive it alone, never had that happen before....thought that was awesome. When everything was said and done, my wife and I were just amazed how how easy the process was and loved the fact that the price was right from the get go and didnt require the annoying back and forth haggling. Seriously no-pressure sales tactics. First time we ever bought a new used vehicle. Would definitely go back if we need another vehicle.

I called about a dodge dart that they had advertised on Tuesday, test drove it Wednesday and closed on Thursday. Everyone was low pressure and extremely easy to work with. I would buy from them again if I ever needed another vehicle. Ryan was a pleasure to work with while looking at the vehicle, I test drove with Moe and closed the financing with Martiza, they were all extremely helpful in making the experience a good one for me.

Went online looking at vehicles and never once received one call. I however received many text but no call. All the text were very rude then when I went to call to speak to a manager was told he wouldnt be in till 4pm. Then the man who started laughing when asking what my name and problem was began to state he is the manager. He went on to tell me to take my business elsewhere because he didnt want it anyhow and hung up on me. I will never do business here since this is how things are conducted and will be submitting info higher up.

Great indoor dealership with very nice automobiles. We were searching for a late model Escalade and have looked at probably 50 in person. We bought a 2017 Escalade ESV with low miles and great condition from Midway Auto Group. We were concerned the smaller car lot would not offer us a fair trade in on our 2011 Titan but they impressed there as well. Bob Moore Cadillac offered us $7,000, Sewell Cadillac offered us $6,000, and Midway Auto Group gave us $7,200 with zero hassle. I highly recommend checking them out.

Good dealership, Great Prices. I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge through them. The vehicle is great and they got me an amazing deal on it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful at. They werent pushy about purchasing the same day I went in which I really appreciated. I was a little disappointed that the vehicle had 2,000 more miles on it than listed and they wouldnt go down even a little on price to compensate for that, but overall I am very happy with my experience here.

My experience with Ryan and Sean was very good experience. I spoke with Ryan on Friday, 7/12 about a 2013 Hyundai Tucson I had seen on CarGurus and he had it waiting for me out in front of the building, and took it for a ride, excellent car, but then he told me about another one that they had in the back, and I loved the Silver one which was just a year older, and had less miles, and after the test drive, knew I wanted it. Ryan told me that both Hyundais were the same price. I asked for the price to stay at 10k, the paperwork ended up to be a bit more, but I did speak with Sean about it and they are willing to make this right for me, and do what is good for their business as above and beyond service for me. I am very happy with my Tucson and would highly recommend coming her and working with these folks as they have your best interests at heart, and care about their customers and have ethics which most sales people in car dealerships certainly do not. Come here and buy your next vehicle, you wont be sorry, and get a great deal from some very good people.

We didnt sit for hours in the office doing paperwork either. We had left to do some thinking/talking and when we called with the final answer, we showed up and sat with Mark to sign the paperwork and were out in less than 30 minutes. I had a great experience. I completed most of the looking online. My salesperson, Sean, did not overwhelm and let me take my time. I test drove the vehicle without him. Once I made the purchase he took car of any other minor issues such as getting it to the dealership for oil changes and minor clean up. He also delivered the vehicle to my place of employment. Once my co-workers saw the vehicle they were impressed and asked about the Midway.

I found the car I was looking for my son on the internet. I dropped in just a few minutes before the close but Ryan was kind enough to stay back and let my family test drive the car. He was patient in answering all the questions we had, the ownership history and also sharing the Carfax report etc. My son wanted Bluetooth audio which was lacking in the old car and Ryan was kind enough to immediately call car toys and check if a blue tooth audio can be setup for this car, what it would cost us and also was kind enough to negotiate a dealer price for setting up the Bluetooth audio.
