I have visited the dealership about 3 weeks ago to look at the Audi q7s they had in stock. They were accommodating, courteous and somewhat informative. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The buyer for their company had told me that they will be receiving a White one with the mileage and price that was affordable for me. I was happy to give them my contact info so as to call me as soon as it arrived. I am semi retired and I am able usually be able to come back at a moments notice. I waited 5 days and I had called the dealership back to check on the status of the arriving q7. I was told there is a bit of a delay and it would be a few more days. I was concerned that it was going to be sold underneath me, so again, I told them to call me when it arrives. After another 5 days past, I called again. They assured me that it is near by and that I would be the 1st call on their waiting list. They had also said that as soon as it was ready that it would be posted on their web sight. So I would check several times a day for about a week. There was nothing posted and now 3 weeks have passed. It took me a while, unfortunately my conclusion at this point is that the car either never existed, was sold underneath me or the condition of it wasn’t good enough to sell. Either way....NOT ONCE DID I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL or any other form of communication to let me know status.

Great show room but lots of cars with high mileage. Theyre not really negotiable with their prices. Had some unresolved issues with their salespeople and kept getting the run around to contact the sales managers for months. Managers never returned my emails or calls because they owe me money so I had to report them to BBB. 2 thumbs down, very unprofessional, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Worst experience ever! Don’t go there! They sell junk cars! We bought a BMW and after six months transmission on car died!! Repair is $7000, and car was &11000! They sell trash!

The staff seem very nice but they’re are the worst people to trust with your money. Bought a genesis coupe, 2 days after the 15 day warranty they supposedly give, check light comes on. Next thing I know battery dies, next thing the car won’t start cause apparently the engine is bad. They sold me a car with a messed up engine, so now I have no car and I can’t sell it cause it’s not driving plus I still have a huge amount in car note I need to pay. Well done guys, great job scamming a student for money.

Great dealership with an overall great buying experience! The salesman helped us pick a car by describing each vehicle they had in there inventory and when we had asked if they finance they said they have multiple banks that can help us. We had chosen to finance our 2014 Volkswagen Jetta through State Farm and couldnt be happier!

Great staff with good prices on vehicles, we had a little bit of a hard time finding the location as it is in a warehouse, but were impressed by the size of the facility.Gytis helped us pick out the right vehicle, and helped get it financed as well, unfortunately we werent able to get everything done in one day due to the bank needing verification, however we are happy that everything is finished now!

The Volkswagen CC 2013 that I bought about two years ago was the best deal for the money as well as the most cleanest from the 5 different ones that I saw. Customer service was great. The CC that I bought had no porblems up until couple months ago about 30k miles later where I needed to change the water pump where on the forums everyone complains that they break way too early anyway. Overall to sum it up this dealership was a hidden gem saved over 3000$ on the purchase 👌👍

Yeah, youre going to get the lowest prices in the area, but your car will die before getting it home and when they fix the problem they pretend they take it to a mechanic, but in reality, they just rigged the starter to start until we got it home again. They cant refund us or make the situation right because their mechanic didnt do anything.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR EVEN SET FOOT IN THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER.
