I bought a 2006 Mustang GT from Chicago Cars Direct on Wed., January 11th, 2017 and it was the best car buying experience ever. I waited a week before leaving this review so I could give an honest review of my experience including after the sale.The dealership is anything but normal... no used car lot. They are located in an industrial park with a huge, comfortable lobby. All the vehicles are indoors in the warehouse area, out of the elements and cold.Mark Kanter was my salesperson and did everything he could to accommodate me and answer all my questions. I took the vehicle on an extended road test, including to my bank to get the cash to buy it.There was never any pressure to make the purchase and there were no pricing games or haggling, just an overall enjoyable car purchase. I will definately consider buying another car from them in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Chicago Cars Direct had an outstanding vehicle, that fit exactly what I was looking for. They gave me a reasonable deal and were very professional with no high-pressure sale. Chicago Cars Direct is a casual yet professional atmosphere. Mark and Earl made my experience very easy and facilitated my out-of-state transaction. No worries. They have an outstanding inventory and are obviously very selective in choosing quality used vehicles that will satisfy their clients. Their inventory is in a clean climate controlled facility, which makes it nice to view vehicles and is also reassuring to know that the vehicles are not exposed to the elements. If the right car came along, I would definitely do business with Chicago Cars Direct again.

I had been looking for a short time for a nice, clean and well taken care of Trailblazer SS. It turns out they just arent very easy to find. Long story short I ended up seeing one from Chicago Direct. I quickly emailed Tom about it and had nearly immediate response! Called and talked with him for a while and there were a couple things that I didnt like cosmetically with the truck. Tom had them taken care of before we even hit the road to go and look at it. Upon arrival he met us with a firm handshake and introduction.They have a very nice office/waiting area and its a very inviting atmosphere. Went in the back to look at the vehicle and it was just as described to me over the phone. No surprises or hidden/covered up issues. ZERO dealer pressure. Just an amazing experience. Paper work was fast and painless and the entire thing took us less then an hour from start to finish.If anyone is looking for amazing service, very nice higher end cars, and excellent up front prices then Chicago Cars Direct is the place to go. I will definitely be buying more in the future!!

I purchased my Benz from this dealership two years ago. It was a great experience. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and everyone was very friendly, patient, and over-the-top helpful. The salesman helped me pick out a perfect car that matched my sensibilities and budget. The finance guy helped me find a lender that gave me half the interest rate of my bank. They even hooked me up with a great shop that performs all of my maintenance at a reasonable cost and with results. Ive not had a single problem or complaint with the car. No high pressure sales tactics, good selection, and great customer service from picking the car to after leaving the lot. If I had to buy a car again, this dealership would be the place I buy from.

I called earlier to let them know I was looking at a specific car. Showed up, did the walk around, and asked to take it for a drive. The salesman said well were not really a regular dealership, and we need to agree on a price before we actually let you test drive the vehicle. This was the first phrase after Here is the vehicle! (Who does that?) I asked if the price was negotiable at all, and he said no. (On a used car - really?) Here is the kicker - its up on eBay with a SUBMIT BEST OFFER button. Anyway - after asking over and over as I wasted a ton of time driving over there - I was given the opportunity to test drive car but only in the parking lot! Was told specifically - only in parking lot - I kid you not! A tiny lot, full of curbs and cars... How dangerous is that! What can you tell about a car going 10mph? - this actually happened! - Based on how the first five minutes went, I wasnt interested in doing business with them. Overall it was a very odd experience.

Outstanding service – great car – great price – very honest and a real person. Mark was very patient, responsive and forthcoming. Earl was so efficient with the deal paperwork, he made it all so easy. I bought a 2014 MB E350W4 over the Internet and had it shipped to Texas. Ive purchased plenty of cars before and know when someone is trying to make it a good customer experience, they are trustworthy and I would do business with them again.

I worked with my son to help him buy his first car. He found his dream car in Chicago (we are in Portland, OR.). Working with Tom and Earl was a great experience for us. They took a couple of neophyte car buyers who were worried about buying something sight unseen and made the process easy and as stress free as possible. They bent over backwards for my son who kept wanting more and more confirmation about the car.We received the car when they said we would, it was exactly as described and my son is delighted.I will give Chicago Cars Direct my highest recommendation.

We found the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Ryan was easy to work with and fast at emailing back when we had queries before we test drove the car we bought. A week later, we are very happy with our Saturn Outlook and the buying experience. There was no high pressure sales talk and a clean all indoor sales room was great. This will be the first place we look for future car needs.

This was the smoothest buying experience we have ever had when it comes to buying a car. The information on the website was very complete including a large number of photos of the car. Even a small scratch on the drivers door was called out and photographed. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mark and then shown the car -- which was exactly as advertised. Mark told us in advance that the car had been serviced and that several mechanical repairs were done. Mark readily shared with us the invoice for those repairs. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and we had a chance to watch a few minutes of Gold Finger while we waited. The owners manual and navigation disk were missing from the car but Mark obtained these items and sent them to us just as he promised he would. Car buying is not always pleasant, but purchasing this car was a very enjoyable experience.

Easiest car buying experience ever.These guys are professional. Mark texted me a video so I could see car inside and out before going out there. Quick no haggle price, no sales pressure, took less than 10 minutes to agree on price for the purchase and the trade-in (no sales manager to go check with etc.).Give these guys a shot.

I normally dont write reviews, but I had a great experience here. I worked with Mark Kanter. He was friendly, accommodating and I never felt pressured. I dont enjoy buying cars, this is the only dealership I will go to in the future. Car was in great condition just as described. I was picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership for a hassle free experience. Once I got my 911 home I had a post purchase inspection done which revealed no significant issues. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Overall a very good and painless buying experience. I found the car i was looking for( Porsche Boxter) on their web site and called regarding it. Tom was very helpful talking about the car and I decided to have it inspected by an inspection service, which gave me a very good to excellent report. I gave them a deposit for the car over the phone and picked it up a few days later. Earl Mitka was very good to deal with and even arranged for me to be picked up at the airport. I thought their price was mid range for similar cars and fair considering the condition and very low mileage. I would buy from them again if they had what I was looking for in a used high quality vehicle. Oh and I love the car!!!!!!.

I purchased an Audi Q7 6 months ago now. I wanted to keep the car for a little while to ensure it wasnt a lemon or anything before I posted any kind of review. I have had the vehicle inspected twice now. Once from a friend and once from Audi. Chicago Cars Direct sold me a great car for a great price. Best of all was not having to sit at dealership for hours while the saleperson goes back and forth with the General Manager. I dealt with Mark who may not have been the easiest person to get a hold of, but was very friendly and made the whole car buying experience extremely quick and painless. Thanks Mark. I just purchased a beautiful cherry red Audi S5 from CCD. As promised (and displayed in the 10 minute video provided by Mark) it was in pristine condition. Buying a car sight unseen can be a nerve racking endeavor, but the team at CCD really made it effortless. They took care of all the logistics, and were fantastic to deal with. A+

Car was absolutely as represented, price reasonable and customer service excellent. Had car independently inspected which confirmed CCD representations. CCD arranged shipping which went very smoothly.

The worst dealership around, terrible customer service doesnt even begin to point it. For a small dealership that has maybe 30 cars tucked in a garage in the middle of nowhere, you would think they would highly depend on being courteous to potential buyers. Made an appt. to see a car we were very interested in purchasing, had the employee that was using it bring it to the building for us, and started our 2 hour journey. When we got there, Christine told us she just sold it to someone else. Dont believe them when they say they are different and are honest. They are just like the rest. No respect or loyalty, just money hungry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I have always Kept their emails in my inbox over the years and thought maybe one day I would feel comfortable buying a car over the internet. That was nine years ago. I received an email from Mark on a Thursday night, reviewed the inventory and found exactly what I felt comfortable easing into as an internet purchase. Friday afternoon I spent 90 minutes finding financing for 1.99% (with Marks suggestion], made a down payment, bought insurance coverage and plane ticket to Chicago, again, all in less than 90 minutes. Least I mention the financial institution Mark suggested also offered warranty coverage and gap coverage! As a added bonus the warranty coverage was not some sketchy hunt and peck at what might and might not be covered. From one side of the keyboard and before flying to Chicago, it was a no brainier! When I arrived at the airport I was treated with luxury service pick up in a wonderfully beautiful Mercedes V12 sedan, A magnificent car also! I arrived at the dealership where I found not only my chosen vehicle waiting in pristine cleaned condition inside the facility but found all of their inventory was kept indoors at all times as well. Before I even opened the doors on my vehicle I was enamored with just walking around and looking at their entire inventory. I was amazed as I sat in several vehicles and looked them over and to some degree regretted making the choice I did, I mean after all, their luxury line up was amazing and I though I just had to upgrade in the quality of my current purchase. I collected my thoughts and realized that shinny things can always look good but do they perform as well also, I subsequently was returned to my senses and went over to check out my purchase. My Infinity was in perfect condition, inside and out, including under the hood. I pulled the the cap off the radiator and found nothing floating or corrosion around any where! Same with the overflow bottle fore the radiator, it was perfectly clean! Pulled the dipstick for the oil and made a quick check and of course it too was perfect. All new fluids everywhere! I signed the paperwork and stood in amazement thinking there still has to be a catch! I looked at Mark in bewilderment and said there has to be a catch. He smiled and said we have a philosophy of buying cars cheap with premium package upgrades and keeping our overhead extremely low, sell them via through the internet and do our very best to just give the customer the best experience of buying quality cars cheap. I was still bewildered as I shook my head and said to Mark, I just dont get it. This whole process was way too easy. Continued by saying, Mark, I will believe this is true after I put the keys into the ignition and drive it back home to southwest Missouri. The car performed flawlessly, I parked it in the garage and called Mark to thank him once again. I am 45 years old and never had a car burying experience like this anywhere in the US or even in at my local neighborhood dealership. Zero hassle, perfect service. 1000 miles latter and I could not be happier! Thank Mark!

These guys are the best, 100% satissfied!

These people wont allow you to actually test drive their cars. The anal sales guy I dealt with while shopping for a BMW only allowed me to drive a BMW 550i around a 100 foot loop in their parking lot. He ran up and told me to exit the car because I gassed it and chirped the tires. Needless to say, I would never buy a vehicle at this place of business.
