Mark and David are a class act!! My wife had three vehicles repaired from hail damage flawlessly. I had issues with my insurance and they were straight and candid about it. When I received my car back the upper console was missing. Upon contacting them, they replaced the upper console within 5 minutes. If you appreciate “old school” extraordinary customer service this is the place for you. Wonderful people and experience!!!

We just put our cars in to get service in, David Hollan was so great to keep checking in with dad over a few months as he wasnt ready quiet yet... After the persistence paid off we finally got the cars in to start the repairs.. we had Bret and JD swap out our 3 vehicles over time.. we are doing in phases..they were also great! Talk about great crew! And needles to say 1st car down and it looks great!

My car was damaged from the hail storm a few weeks ago and I didn’t even know it! 🥴It was all down the passenger side and parked at the airport during the storm, I thought I glanced but I was quite wrong. David happen to be riding down my street and noticed the damage, I was outside so he was able to point it all out. I had seen there signs up around my neighborhood so I put my trust in him. They took my car on a Saturday, gave me a rental car to use and had it back in 10 days looking great!! They took care of dealing with the insurance company so everything was completely painless. Great company and employees to deal with .

They let me use their car while they get the dents out of Bessy. Everything took place in the front yard. Simple.

Not only do they knock on your door a 7am but they state you only have 60 days to file a claim. That is a completely lie. In texas you have two years to file. I wouldn’t trust a company that lies about something like this.

We had damage to our RAV4 from the hail storm in late April and David made the repair process easy. They brought a rental car to the house, picked up my car and insurance information, started the claims process with my insurance company, and once approved by insurance, completed the repairs. The insurance company was slow in getting out to examine the car and approve the repairs, but once they did, things moved quickly. My car was returned to me looking great! Highly recommend.

My husband and I were so pleased with The Dent Center. After my insurance approved the repairs the turnaround was fast. I was given a rental the whole time with no expense to me. The office staff, salesman, and shop manager made the process very easy, hassle free, and made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. My car looks BRAND NEW!!!

I had hail damage on my car, and like many in my neighborhood had many people knock on my door selling their business. Bryan at the Dent Center was very nice and walked me through the process and how they could help, and he thoroughly answered my questions. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, and provided a rental car for me and take my car without me having to actually come to their location. The process was very smooth with my insurance and I was able to get my repairs done in a satisfactory time and my car looks great. They were able to drop the car off at my house once finished which was great as well. Highly recommend to anyone around the DFW area.

I’m not one to complain on a company, but this has been a very unprofessional experience. So I decided to use the dent center against my better judgment. Door to door salesman for a hail repair company has never seemed like a good idea, but David sold me. I use my car for work so I asked how long it would take he said a week. I figured cool that isn’t to bad I can swing that. We are on week 3 and it still isn’t back. When you say it will be done in a week you should make sure that it’s done in a timely manner. Or at least have a better line of communication. Which there hasn’t been. I have been the one making call after call trying to get an update and that’s finally when I get a little bit of an update. I should have known better especially when the rental they provided had way more hail damage then my car in the first place, Definitely a red flag the worst part about their rental car is the thing literally had little black ants in it. So if you want a car to take longer than it should use the dent center. If you want a lack of communication within a company use the dent center. If you want to be sold on a service and then be totally let down use the dent center. Maybe I’m being knit picky but I’ve worked a collision center with Harley Davidson, and the level of service that has been received with the dent center is unacceptable. I get it things happen, but at least have a line of communication with the customer telling them what is going on, not make the customer call to get the updates. Mind you I still do not have my car, so I’ll probably be leaving another review on the quality of work. Hopefully it’s better then every other aspect of my experience with the dent center. If I could rate zero stars I would definitely be doing so.

They did a great job repairing the hail dents on my car. The process was truly hastle free. They picked up my car, dropped off a loaner. When it was ready they brought it back to my home and took the loan car away. I would highly recommend The Dent Center. Ask for David he did a great job setting everything up.

Totally smooth and seamless from the estimate, dealing with our insurance company and completing the repair. (I couldnt tell the Tesla had ever been struck by hail.)Extremely happy with the entire process.

It appears they only attentive to your need when getting your business. However, I received one of my vehicle and found discrepancies that they missed and/or damage. I tried to call them several time to no avail. But when I do get in touch with them different instruction that they want me to do in order for them to repair what they damaged.David was a smooth talker at first however, when I asked about the issues that Ive found, he claimed some par fetched idea of i.e. bird poop LOL. However, I did seek another opinion from paint shop near me and they said this is some kind of glue. He then explain to me any dent services use glue in their process removing the dents and perhaps that the glue Ive found engrave on my vehicle.As mentioned, I called several times and never received a call-back and this morning I was able to get in touch with them and was instructed a different instruction that I need to do to get my vehicle process or fix.They keep asking about pictures of the discrepancies. Matter in fact several pictures of the discrepancies already either me forwarding them and their employee also had taken pictures when they dropped the vehicle off. When I asked what happen to those pictures they replied they dont know. My impression on this very poor system how they handling the customer claims or another strategy to deflect any responsibility in repairing my vehicle.At this time I am still waiting when my car will get fix and I am crossing my fingers in hope they will honor the service repairing my vehicle. I will write another review again on the outcomes. But certainly, in the future I will not use their service.

I heard a knock at the door one day and to my surprise it was a guy from The Dent Center offering me to lend me the truck he was driving while The Dent Center fixed my hail damaged truck. I never knew this existed, and I thought it was SUPER CONVENIENT! My wife thought I was crazy, but I like door-to-sales folks, and the idea of not having to go anywhere to get my truck fixed. My truck is a 2018 Nissan Titan Pro-4x, and the salesman had a 2018 Nissan Titan(same color) that he let me drive while they fixed my truck. When my truck was done, they called me, and I went to pick it up and inspect it. Everything was so easy, smooth, and $0.00. THANK YOU to THE DENT CENTER.Excellent work and customer service!!!Once I did this I saw many of my neighbors do the same thing, I guess I had to break the ice. I am an icebreaker.I see so many folks driving around with dents all over their cars, and I know they have insurance too. It doesnt make sense to not use your insurance when you pay for the coverage.

These guys came to the house a few days after the hail storm. Two days later, they picked my car up and brought it back once it was finished. Great customer service.

I just got my car back from The Dent Center, and I am thrilled. The work they performed on my car was flawless, but beyond that the level of service that I received was over the top. David F. was my first point of contact. I can promise you that from start to finish this guy treated me like family. I know was a little high maintenance, but his kindness never wavered. He put me in an incredible rental car and made himself available to me constantly; he was beyond accommodating. Also, the young man who delivered my vehicle to me (J.D.) was super kind. And I literally had to do nothing with my insurance company as they handled everything. I cant say enough positive things about this business. They really know how to treat people, and I would choose them again and again. I highly recommend that you do to! :)

The Dent Center repaired my mothers car after it sustained hail damage from a really bad storm. It had significant damage to every panel on the car. They provided her with a free rental delivered to her location, waived the deductible, and the turn around time was quick. The car looked immaculate after the repairs. I highly recommend The Dent Center for any auto hail repair. Best in the region hands down.

Came to my house to promote their services after a hail storm and we decided to use them for two of out vehicles. We got one back after two weeks but they have had the second one now for over a month. I cant get a straight answer from anyone on where my car is and when or if I am ever going to get it back. Calls to company go to voicemail. Beware.

A rental car from their company was provided and delivered to my home throughout the repair process. They kept in contact with me on a regular basis to update me on theprogress being made. I was very slow to start the process with James because I had no experience with pdr dent repair service before. James was super patient with me though. He spent time (multiple visits) to address my questions. Ultimately, things went just as explained. Process was very convenient. Our car looks great.So far I recommend.

Quick, easy and hassle free! They literally do all the leg work for you and my car was returned in great shape. No complaints on the repairs at all. My husband and I both had our vehicles repaired with them and were pleased with everything. They keep you updated throughout the process as well.

We were a tad skeptical at first. Typically we avoid “door to door” type businesses, but I am so glad we met David and decided to allow The Dent Center to repair our vehicles after a recent hail storm. We had a lot of questions for David when he came home by to talk with us, and he assured us we were asking all the right things. After listening to his answers we felt like there really was no risk in allowing The Dent Center to take our cars and work with insurance to get them repaired. No risk turned into big reward! Two days later two very nice rentals were delivered to our house and they took our cars to their facility. We contacted insurance to let them know where they could send an adjuster to do the estimates and the rest was so easy. When our vehicles were ready they were delivered back to us not only completely repaired on the outside, but so clean and nice on the inside. David’s team really went above and beyond. They even delivered our cars to our work because we weren’t home. If David or another Dent Center rep finds you and offers to help repair your hail damaged car, I truly believe that you can trust them to hold true to their word, and give you amazing service!

So the dent center guys came to knock on my door while I was away and left a card with my husband, a few weeks later I noticed I had gotten hail damage on my car & that’s why they had stopped by! That night I was panicking not knowing what I was going to do since this was the first time I would have to file a claim but,. From the very first call that was made I felt very comfortable & everybody was so helpful! Everything was so easy & effortless, they made it seem like nothing ever happened! Extremely impressive service given the amount of vehicles they turnover.I waited about a whole month (during COVID-19 pandemic, to be fair) but because I didnt use a rental car, they covered my $1,000 deductible.Although it took a long time, I am happy with the fact that there was $0 out-of-pocket expense.Edit: I went to get a part installed after receiving my vehicle. My car battery died and got a jump from one of the mechanics. Very good people. 5-stars.

My husband and I both had our cars repaired from hail damage at the Dent Center. I was very impressed with my husbands truck, thats why I decided to get mines done. I was going to live with mine and trade it, but after seeing his I took mine. They picked up my car, left a rental and bought my car back to me before even receiving the check from insurance. Very good job!! Phone calls or text returned every time we called. A big factor for me! I read some other companies reviews. They did not like returning or answering the phone after they get your car. David was the guy we worked with. I can truly say, his Customer Service is A+..

I had my vehicle repaired at The Dent Center in July. It came out perfect. It was my first time having PDR done and was a bit skeptical. Every panel had been damaged by hail and there were literally THOUSANDS of dents. Being 3rd generation body shop worker I thought I’d be able to find something wrong but I was wrong. I am amazed and I never use that word. Also need to mention that I worked with David and found him to be very easy to work with. The staff there was also very professional and caring. I’m rating my experience an 11 out of a possible 10.

Had my brand new, all black truck dinged up by a hail storm in October 2019. A Dent Center representative stopped by my house and pitched me their services- I took and chance on them and was not disappointed. They picked my vehicle up at my house, dropped off my rental (also a full size pickup) and had my truck back to me shiny and looking new within about 10 days. I paid nothing out of pocket. All around excellent experience!

We were very happy with the service from Dent Center. James was so great at getting us all set up with rental cars (which our insurance did cover and we had no issues with) all damage was repaired, the even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of mine and my husbands cars. When we went to pick up our cars the lady in the office was so sweet. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. My father in law also had his truck repaired through them and had a great experience as well!

04/19/2020,hail storm attacked arlington area, like a lot of car,my car get at least 30 dents. The follow day, I find out this flyer on my car, that flyer is from The Dent Center,I called them and they came afternoon, they cover all my dedication fee 1000dollars, and bring rental can for me and took my car away to fix, after 5 days, they bring my car back. I check my car from head to the end, NO DENT at all, they clear all dent away, they doing perfect job!!!!also I left my wallet in the rental car, they drive all the back to return it to me. What a good service!!!!

When Michael ( sales associate) first showed up at my door step I was hesitant about contracting services . My car had pretty significant hail damage😩I thought wow too good to be true no hassle with insurance or deductible? However after doing a background search on the company I found many people were pleased with the service . Needless to say I went ahead contracted their service and I mean it was literally a walk in the park from that point moving forward they dealt with insurance, provided a loaner car very suitable I might add😃 plus a driver picked up my car and delivered it to my work place . These guys are worse than telemarketers. They solicit in my neighborhood even though all the entrances are marked No Solicitors. They write down addresses then send mail solicitations too. They are predatory and the very last place I would go to for hail damage repairs.

Great Service and Great customer service. The storm hit on Feb 7th all 3 vehicles were damaged. They came to the house picked up all 3 vehicles and provided rental vehicles. They even covered the deductibles up to $500. They handled all of the paperwork including filing the claims. The turnaround was was fast and the results were awesome. The vehicles looked brand new. Would definitely recommend and would use them again if needed.

Our new SUV got hail damage on every panel except the back door. David and The Dent Center dropped off a loaner car at our house and took ours to their shop. They handled the insurance claims adjuster, and about a week later we had our car back looking as good as new. Great service from great people. We could not be happier.

We have not taken our cars in but we’ve been bothered probably about three times this month (mid-quarantine) about hail damage on my fiancé’s car. My fiancé even spoke to a rep at our door about it one of the times and they’re still stopping by, telling us our neighbors are using their services and trying to get us to use them. I’ve picked up at least three flyers, if not more, on my door or in my yard, which is really wasteful. My fiancé’s car is white and quite lifted off the ground, I’d only probably see the hail damage if I really tried to look for it. Really tired of seeing these flyers and being solicited.

They left my truck like new and also lent me their own loaner truck with no extra cost.

The sales people and front desk or friendly enough. However, it ends there. They left my SUV dirty with grease stains and pen marks all over the inside. They also stole my handicap parking placard and a flashlight. STOLE IT. Which means they went through my car looking for stuff. Do not trust this company. They will steal from you too!!!Update! Well, the handicap suddenly appeared. Apparently it disappeared while my vehicle was being washed at the carwash the company takes completed cars to. This is a great company to do business with! Thanks to the recent hail storm we had damage on two cars. They explained the whole process in advance---with no pressure. They brought us two rental cars, and then fixed both cars in about a week. One car was picked up at the shop...the other was delivered to a work location. Both looked great! If another hail storm damages my cars I know I can call The Dent Center and they will make my car look great again.

Dent Center fixed the hail damage on my wife’s brand new Ford Escape, which had a pretty bad crack in the paint as well from the hail storm. You could never tell it had any hail damage. I paid nothing out of pocket, they gave my wife a clean new rental to drive. Also, they dealt with all the insurance process for us, which was super helpful. Very painless process, and the car looks great!

Dropped my truck off at their shop. They gave me a rental truck which was nice instead of some little car. Work looked great once it was finished cant tell there was ever hail on it before. Only complaint is that it took a little bit of time to get my truck back. Would recommend.

I received timely updates from the Dent Center and my insurance company. I loved the experience. I felt like a VIP. They dropped off my car and picked up the loaner and the insurance check. The Dent Center kept their word (Hassle-free) at the beginning, they drop the rental at my apartment, and took my vehicle (obviously paper work was done) My insurance contact me within a day or two and they had the job done within a week. They do want you to drive to Addison to look at your vehicle, this is the only reason why they didnt get a 5, I was under the impression that I was not going to be driving an hour away, but it was all good. I got there took my car no hassle, and did not have pay the deductible. Legit company though overall.

It was definitely a hassle free experience as advertised. They gave me a free rent car and I had zero out of pocket expenses. They fixed all the hail damage and even repaired some previous dents that were on my doors. Couldn’t be happier.

The work was good, the only thing was when they took my vehicle for repairs the car run fine and I was also told they would delivered my car once the repairs where completed, when I picked up my car the battery was dead. I end up getting a brand new battery and ofcourse it came out of pocket.

Dont use these people. Salesman was pushy, like 5 months worth of being pushy. I finally gave in and let them do it. They picked up my car the lady (only one available that could drive a stick) was super nice. That is the ONLY pleasant part of my ordeal. The rental had issues with a tire. I had to fix it myself. They said 7 days and Id get my car back. Take in mind we were in a non storm season when I finally agreed to let them take it. after the 8th I began calling asking where my car is, and why no one has talked to me about it. I truly felt by the end of the ordeal which was a solid two weeks that they were simply holding my car for ransom from my insurance company. Now that its back, and I only have 8k miles on my car. Its got front end issues, it pulls to the right side and I have a tire that continually deflates. Not to mention all the scratches that magically popped up on my drivers side door.. *after the fact that it was just painted* Communication was next to nothing and their attitude once they got possession of my car was truly a who cares lady type of thing. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! EVER.

I really don’t want to rate it good. Because everyone doesn’t have the same good experience with them. I gave my BMW car for dent repair, they cleared all the hail dents, but they have put a new big dent on my front bumper and said “we didn’t do that, it might have happened before you handed to us”. I am definitely not a foolish guy to argue with them. I showed them the pictures of my car before repair and after repair for comparison. They just bluffed at me and said “its not so clear that new dent happened our location”. Anyways I am going to loose money at another repair center...! Waste of time. Waste of trust. If you have luxury car, Please be careful when you are giving car for dent repair. Take good pictures of your car before handover.

They did an incredible job!!There was no evidence at all, that my car had been through a heavy hail storm, after they had finished their work.

Truly professional team! Great communication and quality work completed in a timely manner. I couldnt have asked for better service.

If you have a good insurance I recommend to go to another place. They did good with the hail damage repair however they didnt do everything they said they would do when they came knocking on my door and begging for my business.
