My Used BMW 323i was a hot mess before I took it to Alex and Hans to fix it! I am so glad I did, because they fixed it right the first time. Highly professional. Attentive to the symptoms encountered and described. I was called back 2 hours after dropoff and they were able to pinpoint the issues right away. This after bringing my VW to a VW dealership for inspection where I was told no issues were found... After years of taking my BMW to the dealer, I tried Auto Hans. Service has been very good with good turnaround. The shop runs lean, so it can take a couple of minutes to get someones attention in the shop that you are waiting at the counter. Ive used them twice now for mechanical issues and been very pleased.

Fair price especially on labor when it came to having my power steering pump replaced on my 04 e46. They went with the BMW factory parts which are much more expensive than some of the OEM ones out there. I moved to Texas more recently and living in an Apartment without a garage and limited on what I can do with regards to putting my car on ramps or jacking it up; so I paid up. That is one of the things that comes with owning a 16 year old BMW. Overall, understanding business in general. I really recommend this shop. Alex was awesome no b.s. about changing parts that they didnt feel was necessary. I happen to be very knowledgable about these cars so it was very refreshing.

When my wifes Mercedes 550 ML developed a coolant leak I took it to Alex for him to fix. He said he could fix it but recommended I take it to the dealer who would fix it under warranty!
