I came in for a wheel alignment on a vehicle I had recently purchased, unfortunately the tires on my vehicle were summer tires and not tires that you would have on your car for living in the Midwest. They were very helpful in helping me choose the correct tire for my vehicle and installed it immediately, at a price less than Costco. Would definitely go back.

These guys do a really nice job and deal with you straightforward and honestly. It is hard to find a good mechanic you can trust, and these folks are the real deal. Everyone is very friendly, the place is clean and tidy, and they dont waste any time getting to your repair. I had them do an alignment on my Lexus, and then brought it back for a complete brake job! Quick and fair!!! Emilio and his crew are awesome!!! Glad I found them! Thank you very much!!!

I have always found Chicagoland Tire to be not only competent, but very ethical. I have been going with 2 cars for 6 years now. On one repair, I received a call days later to let me know that I was accidentally overcharged. More recently I found an issue with my vehicle that appeared to occur during maintenance; an honest mistake;. The issue was resolved promptly and amicably.

I love coming here I have brought many cars to him and he always tell me whats going on with them VS other people saying everything is wrong with them he going straight to telling me to the T. Honest people are hard to come across thank you so much for all the help you have done!

Best prices around. Have been looking for someone I could trust because most shops try and upsell everything. This shop is straight up honest. And again you cant beat their prices. Ive been taking my cars for service to Emilio / Chicagoland Tire for over 5 years. I found Emilio to be honest and fair. Chicagoland Tire is a full service shop so I have all the maintenance work and/or any problems work done here. If something wasnt done right with his work, he has worked to fix it. He runs a clean and organized shop/garage. Additionally, I have bought two used cars through his car sales service. Buying it through him I know I would be getting a car that has been inspected, fixed as needed and tested. I highly recommend Emilio and Chicagoland Tire for both car service and his car sales service.

Best place for tire needs, they also offer free check ups and has the best customer service I have ever seen. The manager is super nice and helpful. I got my car allignment done here and it was done perfectly. No complaints.

I just had a flat tire on 355 and had the tow take me here. They were awesome and had me back on the road for work in no time with a used tire at a very reasonable price! Before I left I had him quote me on a new set of tires and all of the pricing was very good! I will be going back to them :-)

Very friendly people very knowledgeable got me on the road before the snow came with my new tires. Also did a little maintenance check and an oil change. Also made sure that all my fluids were topped off even check the windshield wipers. Very honest I put on a new set of windshield wipers 2 weeks ago and he said these were perfectly fine. Not like the average place you would go to and they would try to sell you on a new set. I give them an A+ rating .Was there on Friday late got me back on the road by the end of workday shouldnt have to worry about the snow on The Weeknd.

Incredibly fast and friendly service. My oil change was less than $30. I usually pay close to $100 at Jiffy Lube. No upsells, no guilt trips, just simple reliable service. We bring our cars here every chance we get because the owner is incredibly honest and helpful. I heard other customers ahead of me thanking him profusely for whatever help he had offered them.

You can align your car with 2 pieces of string and do a better job than these thieves. Brought my red Odyssey there for an alignment and the car was pulling just as HARD to the right when I picked it up. The right rear wheel was clearly in need of adjustment, but they didnt even touch the control arm bolts or tie rod jam nuts! I have proof a socket or wrench did not even touch the bolts/jam nuts. Criminals! They obviously didnt even rack the car. No wonder why the owner acted weird on the phone while making the appointment when I told him i needed to have the print puts. Then guess what? They FAILED to provide the print outs, saying their machine is off and the numbers would show negative anyway..umm what? BULL! The owner even had the balls to say its definitely not pulling to the right any more. Well that was the end of the day just before the weekend, and we were going on a long trip so I was forced to spend the whole night aligning it myself, just to bring it to a different alignment shop when we got back.

Their service has gotten much better and more pro.

As I told the guy, I dont know what type of tire shop you are, getting me out in 35 minutes. Good price too. Check them out.

Took in for alignment, was told they performed the alignment was quoted $50-100, was told they do a lot of vipers like mine. Then after begrudgingly leaving my car overnight. was told its pulling to the right and its not an alignment issue, to check other suspension parts. I get home and look under the car. To my surprise the rear toe links were never touched, rear right wheel toe is visabaly off. I do not understand why or what this was about, also did not get a printout. To top it all off guy said he spend 30 mins trying to get the car in reverse. Pretty sure I need new shift linkage. Couldve just turned it off and put it reverse then turned it on. Instead of beating the stick for 30 mins. I have to say incredibly disappointed by the service, the knowledge, and the misguidence. Other reviews on here mirror my experience, after reading those I knew for sure it was not a miscommunication. Shady stuff had occuerd. Thanks I guess for wasting my time.

Ive had 7 cars in my life. Ive dealt with a fair amount of mechanics, shops, etc... So Ive learned to do my research, after getting ripped off many times. I came to this place because they were close to home and most places I researched around the area didnt seem like the best option after I researched. Chicagoland Tire, does have some negative reviews when it comes to wheel alignment services, I still decided to take my chances because if worst comes to worst, I did see the owner respond saying they back all their work up. They also have many good reviews too. So Im going to test drive for a few days, have a friend check it out and see what happens. Id also like mention that the gentleman at front desk is very polite and from what I experienced, also honest. I had a coupon for $59.99 wheel alignment and when getting ready to pay he told me they have it on special for $50.00, so that impressed me. Ill come back and edit this review if need so.

Never have I had such horrible service. My wheels were left with grease all over the white walls whivh took some time to get off. All my tires were inflated to different pressures ranging from 26-52 psi. That is just wrong to do on my wifes minivan. My advice stay away.

Bad place to get wheel alignment. Went therefor a alignment 2 times first time they left the steering wheel sideway and second time my car now pulling sideways. So im just going to take my car to firestone to get the job done right.

Wait so what the Parkin lot for ? I didn’t drive my car inside the place I parked next to the place and thx for saying u were gonna replace my tire and just patching it instead of doing what I paid for I was in the road and the air was coming out so had to get it properly replace sorry but this place sucks the only good employee was this man who put the tire on y’all just scammer if y’all can’t do a job right then don’t do it. I didn’t want to write this review but your answer back was just bs. If other ppl had better experience then great but this place was junk to me.
