I used to love this particular store. The service was always so good. But not anymore! And its not from one incident. There has been several over the last few months. Especially in the Print shop. And dont bother trying to talk to the manager if you do have an issue. He will blame it on everything but what it really is. Poor training.
This store have the most amazing employees. Every time I go in I get amazing service. Vernon and Brooks are so amazing they need tips. Really great knowledgeable employees.
I have used this location for 5 years without issues until this year. The print area copy machines are always down. 2 idle employees in the back who dont help and you end up having to troubleshoot the copiers themselves. When the customer use machines break, they wont copy them in the store copy area, even though they have 4+ copy machines available all sitting idle.
I think his name was Jose, today in the self em service printing area I had trouble printing a certificate to size my daughter had earned at school.When I asked the representative to come over and help me I was absolutely blown away at how easy he has made everything. 100% went out of his way and took care of me while I was holding onto your old and the best part was because I was unhappy with the original print I did, there was no additional cost. Thank you guys so much, I would have been lost resizing this thing!
They act like since you can self service they don’t have to help you out at all. Customer service is below a one star bc they don’t want to help and you will feel it

Twice in the last month I’ve gone to the printing center to have some works bound. Both times Bambi helped me and I must say I’ve never had such impeccable customer service anywhere like I’ve had with her. She’s super friendly, patient, confident and knows exactly what she is doing. She also goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. If you need printing services make sure you ask for her!
I love Staples office supplies in a variety of colors and styles. Makes my office look so pretty while being able to get things done.
I am giving a shout out to the cashier, Michelle. Not only does she have a pleasant face, her smile lit up the store as soon I walked in. Eye contact, warm greeting, quick checkout and a “Merry Christmas” as I was leaving the store. The only suggestion I have is that Michelle wears a name tag so other customers know who she is. She did write down her name on my receipt below a link to take a survey, which is important. I will let my manager know about my wonderful customer service experience I had last night with Michelle, and the district manager at the Acworth Staples store. As a mystery shopper, I am not just looking for poor customer service. I am also looking for talent and one-of-a-kind customer service representatives. Everyone at the store last night was great. Keep up the outstanding customer service!
Clean store, knowledgeable staff and efficient. My business cards look amazing! Bambi, Chris and Sarah worked with me and 4 other customers in line like a multitasker does. I am also thrilled to have found an underwater pen at this Staples location. I’ll be back next week to have my advertising flyers printed.
The printing staff totally rules. Hosea is the number person that runs things the way you want them run in printing. He is quick and nicely explained things. Bambi please stop sending people to print on the machines without understanding what they need. Chris, I’m not sure why you are considered to be a manager. It’s scary when you you bash your employees because you can work the printing area.
Kept bothering me about a mask. Left and went to Walmart saved money was not aware they were cheaper on everything staples has.
Convenient location, but the wait is way to long here! Need better/more help, no one is going to shop where they have to wait this long and beg for service. Looking elsewhere from now on
Very organized store. I was looking for printer ink and could not remember the number. Staff came to my aid and helped me out and I left the store in time before my break at work was over. Very courteous staff. Keep it up.
My friend and I came in to shop last Saturday evening at about 15 minutes till closing. We had a coupon that expired that day and wanted to take advantage of it. The manager and the 3 employees that were in the store were beyond helpful.... taking our supply lists and helping us gather the items we needed as quickly as possible. They were friendly and helpful and never rushed us, even though it was past closing time by the time we checked out.I will definitely be returning to this location for all my school and office needs. The friendly staff made it a pleasant shopping experience.
Wow incredible! Only One, lone, (very friendly and efficient), cashier with a customer on the phone and 5 in line! Meanwhile right behind us were 3 guys, 2 with black shirts and one with red, just standing around chatting with each other!!! If she wasnt so nice and apologetic for the wait, I would have walked out. WTHeck?
Very professional. I had two calling cards I was going to transfer to a another format for myself. And the representative informed me,it was Illegal for any printer to print any portion of another companys work. I was most appreciative of their honesty,and agreed. Thanks Staples!
Purchased a desk and chair on July 3 . Salesman stated both items we in stock and could be delivered today . Only 1 item arrived and damaged . Call this evening and was told to call delivery person . So I then reach out to corporate. This person begins to tell me the desk can be delivered one day and the chair another day and the pick up of broken merchandise another week out . Very disappointed in the service I have received and neglect to fix a problem on there end . I will personally never step a foot in one of your stores moving forward
Yah I’m usually a regular but I’m going to have to find a new place since the last two times I’ve come in the printing center can’t do my order. The same order I’ve been doing at this exact same location for 8 months. Do us all a favor and find someone for that area and stick to them. I’m tired of coming in once a month or more and there’s a different woman every time who has no idea what my order is or how to do it even though I’ve done it the same way for 8 months!
Plenty of options to choose from and easy to find. Service is always great asking if I need any assistance. Prices not too bad and get the discount on returning empty printer ink.
Walked in to get a booklet (14 pages) printed, was told I would have to pay a 30% fee to have it printed right away. Huh? I do this all the time and have never been told that. Peace out.
While trying to checkout there were 3 employees in the front but only one register open, it wasnt busy but we were still waiting in a one person line for nearly 10 minutes while the other employee and what looked like a manager stood there talking while offering no help.
I waited in line to place a print order. When it was my turn I said that I wanted 125 color copies of 5 different files. They girl who was taking my order informed me that it would be super expensive and honestly cant be ready before tomorrow. I can understand letting me know that it may not be ready before tomorrow but by pointing out how expensive they are for color copies I felt like she was trying to talk me out of placing an order. So I didnt. I usually go to Office Max or Office Depot and will make sure that I do in the future
I remember when printing was only 6 cents, its now 12 cents! I needed black ink for MY printer and its $31! My goodness...its not cheap to print these days!
Sometimes you find a person that is very personable and obviously enjoys what he’s doing.I’ve gone to this Staples two times in three weeks and I found Kevin to be a pleasant person to talk to and help me.I bought a Amazon echo and then also came by to buy some office equipment for my business. I’m a little closer to the west cobb location however I’ll drive a few extra miles to go to the store because of the person that works there... Kevin. Check out the store you’ll be glad you did.
Not enough staff to ever get help. You have to hunt help out and most times the only people available are the staff checking people out up front. I would highly suggest adding atleast 2 additional staff to help out with customers needing assistance.
Knowledgeable staff. Answered every question I had. Didnt hassle me when I just wanted to browse what was new. Best office supply place on Acworth!
I come to this store for to make copies. I placed an order for $50 online the night before and phoned them to ask an associate if I could have them ready between 9 and 9:30am the following morning. I got my copies and when I was about to pay, the associate told me next time you have a rush job, that will be an additional $5! Thank goodness this is America and Im free to take my business to other places! You can suck it Staples!
I use staples copy and print for all of my business printing. The print quality is always fantastic. Copy center is seriously understaffed and Ann is the RUDEST person who I have ever encountered. Kudos to Nick for always being so nice and helpful. Due to my most recent experience with Ann I will not be returning to this copy center. The UPS store close by has won my business forever.
Ive been coming to this Staples for the past couple of years to print pictures. The staff have always been nice. However, the past couple of months have been the worst service I have ever experienced. I came in to print something. Was told to come back in 2 hours. I came back and was told to come in the next day. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told that the printer was broken. If I had known that before I wouldnt have come back 2 hours later. I came back the next day and still no print. Disappointed. Management needs to make changes. Or at least the employees should be honest when a machine is out of order.
This place is just not it! They charge you by per minute you are using their computer to print something. My little sister needed to print something for her project & it took a little while because she did research. At the end, the total was almost $30.. HOW RIDICULOUS!! Just for using basic internet with a black & white piece of paper?!Totally recommend The UPS Store
Update as of 2.22.17. They no longer ship USPS. Only UPS.Friendly cashier. Hard to find employees on the floor to help u find things. Bankers box i wanted didnt ring up the price on the sign. Postal service is limited but convenient as far as location (cant send media mail or have a signature request). Twice Ive used post there. Once there was no wait, once i had to go looking for employee after standing at the empty desk for about 5min.
The store is nice and well stocked for sure but the employees are slow and not really on point as far as getting things done. I stood in line for over twenty min with the same customers at the register the whole time then once the line started moving I finally made it to a cashier that not only ran the counterfeit pen across my 20 but she held it up to look at it as well. These are two things she did not do to anyone else’s money and the person before me paid with a hundred dollar bill. Straight up bs in 2018.
Horrible customer service in print area. 1 printed copy and and 1 page fax shouldve been 2.00 was$ 6.00 Because of their mistake my 1 printed page was on business card paper, so I went ahead and just paid for it, instead of having to wait and wait around more. I will go to office depot from now on. At least they acknowledge people when they are standing around for 5 or more minutes.
Went in to make copies and all 3 machines were broken. Tip, make sure they work before reauthorizing your card. I havent received my $ back yet!

Ive been a customer for years at this location and Ive never been treated like today. The girl at the post office was really rude asking the information in a bad manner, showing a bad mood.Im a customer service worker in this same area and I just wanted to let know thats not how customers like to be treated, other people may encounter the same behavior and rather drive down the street to UPS for a better service.Sorry about the review but I was surprised since every time Ive been there the employees has been great.
Got all the help I needed. Bought year end office supplies. Had an opportunity look around to get some ideas, as well.

Its our Go-To (brick-and-mortar) place for printers and printing supplies.Prices are about the same as other places but their HP and Epson selection is typically better. Other brands also available.Look at their website for specials as they are often better than online only deals at other stores (e.g. Target, Walmart, Best Buy), and with a better selection.If the person helping you is not as familiar with the product as you might like, ask for someone who is. They usually have one or more staff members familiar with that line or model. And for good reason. Printers and printers supplies is a huge portion of their sales.
I literally never leave reviews, but feel compelled to let the people know how bad the service is at this Staples. I’ve given Staples my business for many years and since moving to another side of town found that this Acworth Staples is closest to my house. But after having several (like over 5) bad experiences, I will never go back! The print department is where most of the bad service has occurred and they seriously need a major overhaul. I will drive out of my way to go to a different store from now on.
Staples is my Go To for all my printing, scanning and faxing needs with affordable prices. Just DONT get your pages in COLOR unless you really need them.
Worst customer service I ever have experienced . Their macth policy is extremely complicated and are very uncourteous when ask about it. Item was $3.00 more than all local retailers. Ivwas told I would have to prove it. By showing the excact same item on and price on my phone by the local competing retailers. They wont look it up for you like every other retail store in town. Then they said I could just buy it from retailers at lower price if I didnt follow their requirements No concern by any of the asscassoctes i to retain a sale.
I use it cause i have to not because i want to. Bad customer service and very frustrating. Shipping and printing dept is the only good thing here.
This store probably lost my business for Good today.. I called before making the drive here and I spoke to someone in the copy and print department, I told the lady that I needed to print out a lot of PDF files for school and I was on a budget and I asked what the cheapest option I had was. She told me if I emailed the files to the staples print me address that each page would of cost me 12 cents a page for B&W .. I drive here and give them the information to pull up my files and they tell me it’s 20 cents a page and the “self serve” option is the cheapest and they all just stand around and stare at me... okay? How does self serve option work, pointing to the thing isn’t telling me much. Nobody was helpful. I stood there for 5 minutes just to be aknowledged and there were 5 people behind the counter. Something that should of cost me $25 at the least ended up costing me $40..... Your employees need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to give correct information.

I thought that the 110% price match was guaranteed, but they decided to only apply a 100% price match, which I think is rediculous!! This is also not the first time this has happened to me at this location!
