I have been a customer since 2016 and Im not that customer is who calls or complaint but, of course when my storage bill increased to an amount that was not feasible I called and they understood and deceased it. Well now 2021 I moved out and experienced an misunderstanding with policies. After talking with Dameon he was gracious enough to go beyond the call of duty and make this wrong a RIGHT. THANK YOU! I WISH THERE WERE MORE OF YOU AROUND.

The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I called in to the call-in center which reviewed availability quickly, gave me a fanatic rate, and reserved for me. This saved so much time!! Eric (Manager) of quickly took care of me and communicated all the important information. The technology leveraged by Extra Space is stellar to open the gates and manage account information. I chose this location for the proximity to Lake Alatoona.

From the time I walked in the the door the gentleman Eric, was nice to show me a many options to help me find an storage that fit my needs. He held the locker for reservation for me to come back the next day with my mom. In our time of need we were able to secure a locker. Eric made it easy to understand our terms and conditions. I would use this location anytime without a doubt!

Met both staff recently to find a storage place for our vintage RV. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and attitude of both of them. Everything went very smoothly even though we are relocating from Florida and everything thing else we are trying to do has been difficult. This process was a piece of cake and we got exactly what we needed. The whole site was spotlessly clean and secure.

Such a quick and easy experience! Picked this location over the Lake Acworth UHaul a few seconds down the road. Overall a much better and more secure feeling and easier for getting into/out of on the busy road. George Muriel, the staff member who assisted me, was wonderful. So helpful and kind, showed me the unit that he had ready and was able to save me some money choosing the web special! In and out in 20 minutes and had same-day service and pick up of keys. Thankful for George saving the day!

The staff is very polite and helpful but every 6 months my unit price goes up $20 a month. I keep getting told thats the going rate but thats ridiculous. I always pay my bill on time. There should be some kind of discount for being a loyal customer, not an increase.

Professional staffing!. We had a issue with a drain that was installed in front of our spot for our camper. Erick informed us of the drain before we were even aware of the issue. He got everything taken care of quickly and with out hassle. Greatly appreciate the professionalism of the staff. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I stopped by to look into getting a storage unit at a SC location. Blake Fullen answered all our questions and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond by contacting the SC location to make sure he had his information correct when the system was showing different information than we had seen online. He helped us through the entire remote reservation process and made sure everything was set up before we left the store. We are very happy with our experience with Blake!

It was such a pleasure to walk into a beautifully CLEAN office, greeted with a smile and a firm handshake by the Assistant Manager, George Muriel, taken immediately in a comfortable golf cart to see a perfectly, well-maintained storage unit, that was actually BIGGER than what we needed! Service, a feeling of trust, and cleanliness go a long way when a company is competing in a service industry. After seeing two sub-par storage facilities on Glade Road, one with a police car in it with blue lights flashing as we were pulling in, I have to say, this IS the best, don’t bother looking at the rest! We are Happy Campers!

My experience was great from the time I placed the online reservation to the completion of the lease of the storage space. The Manager was more than helpful. He even offered all of a nice cold bottled water. We greatly appreciated that act of kindness. This has been my best storage space rental experience ever. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Great place and easy to work with. We needed storage for only a few months, and they were very accommodating to our needs. The units are clean, well kept, snow removal was never a problem, and there is plenty of space between the units for you to drive between and pull trailers if you need. The managers were great to work with and were very considerate of our needs. Thank you for a great experience. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Never got a call back from reserving online. Michael is nice, but a smooth salesman. Over the phone had one unit left, but several upon arrival. Practically pushed you to purchase a $30 lock. Also pushy on insurance. Wanted my review before I even signed up 😑 I’m paying $30 more for an independently owned storage because it’s definitely worth it.

Made reservations couple days ago. Went in today & spoke with Michael. He was very knowledgeable and Very nice. The property is extremely clean. He e explained the contract with me. If anyone us needing a storage unit, I would most definitely recommend this facility.
