I called the District Manager over a month ago regarding an issue I had with a male worker at this particular location. Because the call was made on a Saturday, I left a voice message. I have yet to receive a call back. Long story short; I went there to rent a utility trailer, but the office door was locked. While sitting in my vehicle, I noticed a phone number on their sign, so I called it. I found out later that the phone number was to their customer service.Fast forward, while at home, I received a call from the male employee. He asked why did I call customer service, then proceeded to tell me that he was at a storage unit. onsite. wile explaining that I saw the number on their sign, he continued to to interrupt me. I then added that all I had to do was look n the door for the local phone number. With a few choice words from both of us, I just ended the call.

They are extremely friendly and professional through the entire process. I would definitely use them again when needed

I, myself have been in Customer service my entire life and I have personally NEVER seen such an excellent team. I have had the unit since August of 2019 when my mother moved. I have always conducted business over the phone with Sara and she is a real rockstar!! I had to actually go into the office last month and I met a gentleman named Greg. Greg has a natural way about him that instantly sets a welcoming tone. It is rare to see that anymore and it should not go unnoticed. Sara, too is one of s kind. The 2 of them are the backbone to this location and I wish them both success in the industry. Greg and Sarah each have their own unique traits but both of them are true assets to the company. To be honest, I do not even need the unit any longer since my mother recently passed away, however, it does comes in handy. I have chosen to keep the unit which costs over $100 month because of 1 reason...the customer service!

Compass Self Storage is an awesome place to store my business items. Sarah is the GM and let me say she is the best! So helpful and very on top of things. Always courteous and always smiling!!One of the things I like the most about Compass On Wade Green is the cleanliness of the location as well as the maintenance of the property. I came in and rented a unit for my company yesterday, Sarah the general manager made everything very easy and fast. Sarah showed me the unit that would best fit our companies needs for the holiday season, she explained about the prices, insurance, gate hours, and every thing I needed to know. The manager of this facility, Sarah, has made this a pleasant experience. We had to rent a facility to store items after selling our house and she has gone above and beyond to be helpful. When I left the lock I bought from her in my other car, she let us borrow one. When our U-HAUL truck broke down there, she came outside and tried to help us with it and even called people from U-HAUL to get help for us, even though we didnt rent the truck from her. Then she invited us to wait in the office while we waited for assistance. I highly recommend coming here- you will not find customer service like this anywhere else!

Sarah and Stephanie have been awesome. We where relocating to Florida, I stopped in to buy packing supplies and was greeted with a very friendly hello. They helped me and my wife get everything we needed to make our move easier. We visited this location several times for more supplies and every time they helped us carry everything to our car and even help us load it. When it came time for us to move they went and got us Uhaul trailer from another location so we didnt have to go any where else. They made our move so less stressful. Had my RV (along with several others in the facility) broken into after only about a month at this facility. Manager called to notify me and told me police had been called - I left immediately to evaluate and my unit and when I arrived nobody was there. Had to call the police again myself to get added to the report. Facility missed other units that had been broken into/damaged (I had to notify them of one) and made no effort to repair the hole in the fence the thief cut.No concession was offered for my damage/hassle/insurance deductible. I understand their responsibility is normally limited but I now have to pay $500 plus be without my RV while it is repaired for the privilege of storing at this facility.
