David and the team were great. This is my 3rd or 4th car that I needed repaired in over 10 years and they never disappoint. He kept me informed of delays, told me where they were with finishing the work and also kept my insurance company informed so that they would cover the work. He even helped me turn in the rent a car as well. Now this is white glove service and the car looked brand new when they were done with it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Fantastic!

David Ratner and the owner were very helpful in working with us to restore our car after an accident where the whole passenger side of the car was hit. Front door, back door, rocker restored to look like new. I would highly recommend them if you’re working with insurance or paying for the repairs yourself.

To avoid increased insurance premiums due to young drivers I opted not to utilize insurance to pay for this repair. Autowise did a great job and repaired more than I originally asked at the original quoted price. (With great communication thru the entire process) Happy that I spent a little more money to get it done right with a lifetime warranty! The whole staff was very professional and knowledgeable. My sons car was wrecked and a total loss from the insurance. It took about a week to work out details for the pay off from insurance. Made repairs as a result of an auto accident. They were a God send and were instrumental in working with the insurance adjuster so that my car would not totalled. Write down their name and address and put it your glove box. You are going to want to keep the name of this wonderful family owned business on hand in case you are involved in an accident. The tailgate door latch on my 2012 Kia Sedona stopped working. I took my minivan to this location as we are returning customer. In the past they have always communicated with us and worked hard to resolve any and all issues. This time was no different. They immediately stopped what they were doing and looked at the malfunctioning lock and were able to diagnosed the problem. 20 minutes later we had a part in route and a estimate as to the cost. Outstanding efficiency.

They really take their time to get it right. They matched the color absolutely perfectly to the car, and with 3 stage paint, this can be tricky, but it turned out perfect. Terrible quality and customer service from Beverly and Michelle as well as the technicians. I left my car for five days because they previously repaired my front bumper and the paint started bubbling (due to their inadequacies). They repaired the paint but instead of sanding rock chips that were at the site of the bubbling they decided to paint right over the rock chips. This was never discussed when I left my car that they would be doing things the easy/sloppy way. I go to pick up my car, I notice this and then I notice another issue- the paint on the car where there is a painted stripe is smudged- the owner Beverly smudged part of the stripe right in front of me (and faded the same stripe while wiping it with an acetone solution). She tries to say she will fix it by wiping the paint smudge and not until me insisting it needs to be repainted does she agree that this work is not appropriate to leave a customer with. Today I pick up my car again and then I notice that the paint is sloppily repainted at the site of the error and it is still slightly smudged, and now the top of the stripe is faded on this side where it was not before. I address these issues and my overall dissatisfaction with the customer service and quality and staff member Michelle was unprofessional saying there was miscommunication and insisting that this was not her fault and incredibly rude. This same staff member- Michelle goes on to disrespect me by saying “all people make mistakes- I’m sure one day you will make a mistake and I hope people don’t treat you this way”. They offered to fix the mistake saying it would take thirty minutes. I would not accept such inappropriate behavior and service and refused to leave my car again. I notice when I get in my car that I am almost on empty and left the car with a half tank of gas.

Above and Beyond!!!! this little shop hidden from view destroys the huge repair chains, The Customer Service here is by far the Best. The repairs made to my car were just what i would expect, it looked like nothing ever happend. I have a very busy schedule, and they were able to handle the entire process over the phone for me. I was given in correct information. My headlight did not even have a bulb or its bracers and was loose but according to owner of shop it was working fine. An exhaust pipe was rigged in and hanging out and I was told it was because one was new and one old. The Porsche dealership attached it properly to look identical to the other. Car was delivered instead of allowing a couple days when owner returned to inspect. My accident was February and here I am in June and still cant use my car!
