The service Shannon and his team provided on my 2013 Grand Sport Corvette was fantastic. Shannon and the team worked diligently to find the right vendor to repair/replace the headlight lenses. Natalie looked for the best vendor, but made sure costs/timing were reasonable to all parties. During the down time waiting for the lenses to be replaced, Brian repainted the inside of my chrome wheels to bring them back to showroom condition. This is the second time using Auto Body and Collision Solutions and plan to go back to him if needed!This is an awesome place to do business with!

Fantastic experience! I came to Auto Body and Collision Solutions to have work fixed from another body shop and couldnt be happier. Natalie kept in contact with me for the entirety of the repair. She reopened the insurance claim, organized the rental, advocated for me and made sure everything was 100%. Shannon explained everything that needed to be done and why and made sure my vehicle was once again safe for me to drive. They all went above and beyond!

My whole experience was top notch, which is hard to find when you are getting work done on your car, as you never know exactly what you are in store for. The case with Auto Body and Collision Solutions is far exceeded my expectation after I was rear-ended and needed my bumper and tailgate repaired. Up front fair an accurate estimate, no surprises, and regular updates throughout the duration of my repairs. The office was always easy to reach and staff were great to work with, you can tell they take great pride in their work. I would quickly recommend them, and will use them again if the need arises.

Went to get my mirrors paint matched came back after they were done put them on and the driver side mirror didnt want to move so I took it back and they said we didnt break it no way we didnt even take the mirror out so I give it back for them to fix it they attempt to fix it I get it back doesnt move I bring it back they attempt again doesnt work bring it back again they said they would buy me a new mirror I call them to ask if my mirror was ready and they said yeah we just bought a new motor for it I said I thought yall were buying a new mirror and paint matching it they said why would we buy you a new one if its just the motor I said bc thats what yall said they said idk who told you that but we got the motor put in come by to see if it works they finally get the mirror working still not the same way it used to work I got tired of arguing and finally left I also bought replacement mirrors I was planning on returning after getting my stock mirrors paint matched but they took way too long so I couldnt return them and they didnt offer to give me a refund or say we would pay for the replacement mirrors not even an apology very unprofessional owner doesnt know how to run a business very rude wont take responsibility for his work

Fantastic and super-quick repair done to my basically new Nissan. I went to them for an estimate on a Thursday. By the following Monday when I dropped off my car for the work, they already had the parts ready to go. My car was back in my driveway by the end of the same week, shiny and new again. Great office personal and staff, very pleasant. They worked with my insurance to get the repair cost taken care of. Highly recommend and would us them again if ever needed.

I was up dated as parts were delivered and assembled, primed, and painted. Most of the front of my car was taken apart, repaired and back to me in 3 weeks . My car looks the best I’ve ever seen it . There is a review on here that me nor my secretary know about. Sometimes people call for services we dont offer . If so, she tells them so. We offer the very best collision repair and painting that can be bought . I take my job and our quality very serious. Its sad to see someone who has never had a face to face meeting with me, slander me and my shop in a review. If he ever had work performed by me and my shop, I promise he would not leave a bad review.

I worked here for just about two years. The painter and body guys at this shop are caring, attentive, and on top of their game. They will take care of all of your body work needs better than anyone i know in the business. The paint matching these guys do is second to none and the quality of work is better than factory. I highly recommend Street Rod Solutions and all of their staff. I had seen some of Shannon’s work before and was impressed. I referenced others on his work and All had good things to say about him. I recently took my Ford F-250 Harley Edition truck to him with damages done to the rear of the truck from a tire blowout. When I went to pick up my truck I was nothing but smiles!! They did an excellent job on the whole repair. All the paint blended perfectly. It looked brand new. I was very happy with the whole experience. My car got an overspray on it somehow. A lot of people told me it would have to be buffed out, which scared me because I knew that could hurt my paint, if not done correctly. My brother-in-law recommended Shannon Morrison to me. I thank God for sending me here! Shannon and his team are AMAZING!!! They care for your car, as if it were their own. He immediately knew how to get the overspray off, and it didnt require a buffer. He gently used clay bar and got it off my car by hand. It looked like it pulled off the showroom floor when he was finished! Theres no one else I would trust with my car! I highly recommend him to everyone I know!!!

Can I give them 10 stars!? This is best experience anyone could have with the unfortunate need to have collisions work done. The shop is down the street from my house and I always see nice, vintage cars at their shop, which indicates that they must be good at what they do if people trust their classic cars with them.I had an unfortunate string of events to where I needed my car repaired. The latest I did a number on a curb and my car. I was out running errands and got stuck at the AT&T store, which put me at the shop 15 minutes before they closed. I was promptly greeted at my car. I was showing the gentleman my damage looking for a quote, when we realized the severity of my rear tire. It was splitting, not safe to drive on, especially for my 45 minute commute to work in the morning. He immediately took action, contacting his boss and owner, Shannon. He told me they would do everything they could to get me a rental in the morning and Shannon would be in touch with me. (I didnt get his name, but thank you so much for your sense of urgency and helpfulness).Shannon contacted me that evening, we discussed getting the rental car and the plan for the insurance and repair. Shannon expressed that he had a good relationship with the insurance adjustors, and he stands behind his work. He would not be pressured into doing less than above average work to save the insurance company money by cutting corners.I had to get to work, so the shop picked up my car from enterprise where I left it on empty due to the hazard and time crunch. The shop put a quarter tank of gas in my car for me. (Again, thanks)Throughout the week, Shannon kept me updated of the status of my car and what they had completed almost each day. Much to my my surprise and joy, my car was ready the same week. I dropped off Tuesday am and got my car back Friday afternoon.My car was cleaned and polished, they even buffed my headlights because they were starting to get hazy. Shannon went over everything in detail, how they pulled each piece of individually and painted it. He also told me that the previous repair done to my car prior to my ownership, the car had very poor work done. Not matching the paint, they painted it a flat black, not the pearl black the rest of my car is, painting over my sensors, which inhibits their effectiveness, along with some other things.Shannon and his staff were very knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, and truly have genuine pride in their work. Which this day and age, is far and few between.A million thanks to the Street Rod Solutions and collision crew!!!

The owner called me the next business day to apologize and to make it right. I was extremely impressed with these folks.If I ever need any work done, whether at my expense or that of an insurance company, I will only take my vehicles to Acworth Auto Body and Collision!

After my wifes GLE350 was rear ended in a 4 car pile up it took the insurance companies seven weeks to decide who was at fault. Shannnon worked with two different insurance companies through five different estimates to get her car back to like new. He kept me updated on the progress with the insurance, and then with the progress of the repair, including some parts and issues the insurance company missed. I cant thank him and his team enough for making a real nightmare more bearable.

I have a ‘65 Backdraft AC cobra and I brought it to Shannon because of mechanical favor both wheels came off and I cured heavy damage to both front fenders. Hagerty insurance (they rock) gave me an option to total the car but Shannon saved my car!! I never had to call for an update and they kept me in the loop the entire time. When I got the car back it looked better than before the accident. Their workmanship was second to none. This is the ONLY place I will take my precious cars from now on.
