Not just the cutest store ever, but a real charm of Portland’s history!The nicest humans work here and the selection of gifts and decor is stunning, good quality, and perfectly-curated.I was getting a massage next door at Rise From Within (highly recommended 👌) and stumbled upon this lovely shop spontaneously.It was the warm and inviting storefront that drew me in, and the kind and welcoming team that made me want to explore.Cathy and the other ladies greeted me warmly and made me comfortable right from the start.They were helpful when I asked for specific items with “raccoons” to gift to my parent and helped me find the cutest goodies to bring back to my family from my cross-country road trip.The store was well organized and easy to navigate but full of amazing items. Everything you could imagine - from books to gifts to home decor, clothing, jewelry, holiday selection, candles and gift wrapping supplies, and everything in between.I was able to pick up a few things for my nieces and nephews, and well as for my parents.Their cards selection was phenomenal. Couldn’t help grabbing a few of those.Best of all, I had such a lovely conversation with Cathy. This is the art that is lost in most of modern retail, but it’s very much alive here in The Arrangement.The pricing is very fair and you are supporting a small, local shop and a dream. Cathy proudly shared that The Arrangement has been around for 42 years. It is also a woman-owned business. 👑Pinned this place as my future go-to every time I’m in town. So glad I decided to check it out.

Sweet little gift shop with a wide variety of options and price ranges, handmade or designed by local artists. The gal who works there is so kind and thoughtful. She helped me pick out the perfect present for my mom. Wonderful spot if you need a gift in a pinch!

Typical gift shop but less friendly service. Walked in briefly to check out cute little boutique and found 3 sales girls that didnt acknowledge me, which is fine, however, 2 of them were watching me like I was going to shop lift. They couldnt say hi because they were too busy watching every item I touched! Not a pleasant experience. Sorry.

I live in this neighborhood and have been coming to this store since I could crawl and have always received lovely service. Today, the cashiers were looking at me with unease and in such a dehumanizing way. They looked at me as if I were homeless or trying to steal something. I felt rather uncomfortable and they appeared to be too. I was just there to buy a card and they looked at me like I was scum. Also, one of the door entrances was locked and there was no sign telling you that it was.
