Purchased a gift for beloved female, family, member . Both my sisters recommended this fine business to me . I am very satisfied

I am sure this is a nice store with good quality products. I ordered three bags at approximately $80 each. I called to order them over the phone. I was asked to call back “tomorrow “. After multiple calls, on my part, I finally got my order completed. I will say The tone of voice used during the phone conversations made me feel that I was ‘a bother’ to them. I guess because I was ordering over the phone & they would need to mail my order. I was definitely informed that I would be payI got for shipping, which I said would be fine. My three bags arrived stuffed in a small box, so much so, that one of the neoprene bags ended up having a permanent crease in it. I ordered these bags the end of November for Christmas. I thought about it today when Casa Authentique popped up on my Instagram. I have unfollowed them today. They did not provide me with good customer service.

Despite what you may have read on a recent review, neither the owner or manager of this store has racist views. I have known both for many years and what has been posted is totally incorrect. Casa Authentic is active in the community, sponsoring charities that benefit people from all walks of life. This store is locally owned and welcomes everyone. Please don’t take my word for it...check it out yourself!!

$$$$$$ some nice stuff, but very pricey

This is among the best stores in Abilene. There is a lot here that you would normally have to drive to DFW to purchase, as no other store here is this high end. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I couldn’t even make it in the store. After grabbing a quick breakfast from Whataburger, i pulled into the parking lot to finish eating and sending a work email. I wanted to check the store out because i had heard good things.I waited in my car for the store to open. While waiting, I worked a bit on my Mac. As I was waiting, a Car parked near me. This was odd because the parking lot was virtually empty and there were spots closer to the door. I also noticed that the woman in the car sat and watched me for a while.I was finishing up a work email and phone call as the owner approached me in my car. She motioned for me to roll my window down and told me that “this is a private parking lot”. It was very condescending and rude.She assumed I was not a customer based on my skin.The parking lot was empty. I did not realize I was parked on the delivery side. I would understand if she had said I was parked on the delivery side, that the customer side was around the corner. The other lot was completely empty. I had just assumed the side with 5 cars was the right side.Instead, it was a “this is private property”. You could tell that she was telling me to leave by her motion and the fact she stayed to watch me.I will never step foot in this store. You apparently can’t be a black individual and be parked in a parking lot. Why would I try to be a black individual inside the store?Looking at the other reviews, I see that this is a trend. The jump to judgment when it comes to people of color is racist. I felt judged by the color of my skin.My education and appearance should not matter. I’m an ACU Grad, I have a Master in Business Administration and am finishing up an analytics certification. I don’t care if someone is homeless, treat them respect and kindness.

My daughter is a student at ACU so my sister, mom, 14 yr old niece, and my 2 other daughters (26 yrs and 17 yrs) planned a girls weekend to Abilene to celebrate me and my sisters birthday. We were downtown doing some boutique shopping & walked into this store...wish I would have just walked right back out. My niece and 2 of my daughters are biracial and as soon as we walked in the door 2 ladies engaged in staring & watching them the entire time we were there. Even if we were standing by with them they continued to stare and watch us until we finally walked out. There was a very nice gentleman working in the shoe department and a very nice older lady working the sale room upstairs but the other 2 ladies, one being the manager need to learn some manners. My sister bought something and then decided that she was going to return it because of how we were treated. When we approached both the ladies they acted like they had no idea of what we were talking about and the only reason they could come up with was that we all had drinks in our hand in which there is a sign that we didnt see as we walked in regarding no drinks or food allowed. We explained that had they politely made us aware of their policy we would have had no problem either throwing our drinks away or placing them somewhere where we could get them later. I explained to the manager that one of the reasons we came back is because I never want my girls to think that its okay to be treated unfairly due to the color of your skin. I am not one to throw the race card but this was legit racial profiling at its finest. Theres a first and a last time for everything! This was my first & last time visiting this boutique! Went into this store 3 times, twice one day and once the next day; bought furniture from a nice lady on first day. EVERY time I entered the store was not greeted but was asked very rudely what I wanted.We will NEVER shop here again . These folks need to learn not to judge a book by its cover (we had a budget of 25,000.00 cash) to do our project with. REMEMBER it takes YEARS to earn a customers trust and SECONDS to lose it

Clothing, jewelry, shoes, gifts, and furniture oh my!! Casa is the one stop shop for all your needs and wants. Only proper way to describe Casa is the Neimans of West Texas. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff.

Casa Authentique is a unique store and boutique. The sales reps are attentive and very helpful. I bought a Mothers Day present for my wife there and they even gift wrapped it free of charge. If youve never been, Id recommend at least walking through. The store is massive and has a seemingly endless number of furniture showrooms in addition to the shoes, jewelry, clothing and other accessories on the main floor. It is a bit ladies-centric, but its one of the more impressive stores in Abilene.

Love their sale floor and the lady who runs it. I always find really nice shoes at a great price here.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly. They have a great selection of kendra scott and other goodies. Well worth a stop to see what they have.

One of the best womens boutiques in Abilene. Been around a million years so they clearly know their market. Womens clothing, shoes, jewelry, bags, household stuff / gifts (candles, wall crosses, etc.). Prices are more expensive than typical Abilene mall shopping, but less than bigger cities boutiques -- bulk of items seem to be in the $80-200 price range.Brands carried include Joseph Ribkoff, Sharon Young, Foxcroft (shirts), Ivy Jane, Double D -- so you can see theres a range of styles from casual/modern to classic to western. Whether youre in your 20s or 60+, you can find something here to wear. (Their website lists all the brands so check there if you have a specific brand youre trying to find.) Theres almost always a sale rack with good deals, especially as the seasons turn (shoes go on sale as well).
