Great experience

Finance manager told me that I was given the 500.00 discount and that’s how we arrived at the sale price. I corrected him and told him that the price we arrived at was the internet price. He made a phone call, walked back into the office threw my paperwork in the shred pile and said he was told we need to part ways. 100 mile drive to purchase a car and when I called them on the price they wanted to part ways. Your business model, my money. So long KIA of Abilene.

I seriously wish i could give 0 stars. I have a lot of patience... but today, i was so close to screaming. I have never been so annoyed with a salesman in my life! I don’t understand what part of “NO” they didn’t understand! Not only did he try like hell to push me into buying a new vehicle, he ran my damn credit without even telling me! I’m beyond frustrated! I will NEVER go back, nor will i recommend them to ANYONE!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst dealership in town. Thankfully my husband and I love our car we got from them but our experience has been nothing but awful. After buying our vehicle we decided to refinance and cancel our gap insurance with Kia. We went in to cancel about 3 months ago and then never heard back. We called multiple times trying to get ahold of someone who could tell us the status of our cancellation and refund and were told about 4 or 5 times someone would call us back and no one ever did. Finally, we went to the dealership to see what was going on and we were told that they had no record of our cancellation. So we signed the cancellation form again, got our own copy of it this time and were told we would get a call about the status. We never got a call so we called them again. It took about 3 phone calls to get through and not just be told they would call us back for the 10th time and we were told they sent our cancellation to ethos over a week ago. My husband rightfully not believing them again called ethos and asked if they had received our cancellation form. Shocker, they had not received anything and said if Kia had really sent it to them over a week ago they would definitely have it. Thankfully we got a copy so my husband sent the form directly to ethos himself with no help from Kia. They are either very unorganized or just plan stupid and don’t know to use a fax machine. What was suppose to be a quick cancellation and refund process is now taken over 3 months and counting to even begin the process because of this dealership. If you want honest people who are willing to help go ANYWHERE else but here.

What a rip off. Got a letter in the mail telling me I want an iPad. I came in to get it driving all the way from Anson and the guy just laughed at me and told me well this is just a carrot to get you in here. Good job on making sure I will never own a Kia product in my lifetime.

Near monthly US Postal sent spam. Its large, spammy envelope-flyers are prime US Postal spam in the Abilene area. Its spam mail printer sources addresses from Equifax. 2. Spoke to salesman in person to pass details to Manager or Marketing to no avail--typical spam operation. And, no return phone call. 3. The day I went in person, I was told I can get a return call to speak to the manager; but, couldnt get a phone number to speak to the manager or marketing. 4. No Opt-out contact on flyer or in person--spam.

I had been just looking for a specific vehicle for several months. New what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. The salesman found just what I was looking for...finance advisor, Justin, jumped thru hoops and came up with a price and deal I couldnt pass up. He even helped me figure out a way to come up with a way to afford a higher payment than I could even imagine. Chris put everything together on paper and I left with a big smile on my face. A very nice young man helped me get both of my vehicles home. My experience with Kia on S Clack was above and beyond all but one dealership I have shopped at. Next to them was Lithia of Abilene and that was Phil Underwood (salesman) I give him 6 stars even though he didnt have what I was looking for.
