Good luck getting your vehicle in for service! I’ve tried multiple times and when I finally did get my vehicle in they told me they didn’t have time to do an update but please sign this form that they did inform me it needed to be completed. Then I call to bring it back in for the update and there’s nothing available for over a week and I need to leave it all day. They also have no loaner vehicles that I was promised would be available for me to use! Very frustrating experience!

The service department is rude--he argued with me and spoke over me (Mike). My wifes 1 yr old Escalade developed a crack in a wheel causing it to leak air (no accident--a defect). Despite purchasing the extended warranty, we were told that isnt covered ($900 part plus labor). This should not happen on a vehicle this expensive, but the behavior of the staff is unacceptable. Your staff needs training on how to treat and respond to customers respectfully & appropriately.

This is a great dealership. The people are friendly and the waiting areas are clean. That said, I hardly required and the waiting areas because the service department cranked out the oil change and tire rotation on my Silverado in under an hour. Great job Lawrence Hall.

Having difficulty programming garage door opener on my new 2018 XT5. Following by the book instructions and 2 hours in the driveway by the salesman to no avail. Using the transmitter with a new battery did not work and now the garage door opener in my 2013 XTS is inoperable! Any assistance would be most helpful!
