I would rate less than one star if there was an option. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from AUCS, and its Chrysler Minivan. When we got it they had just gotten it out of the shop from some repair. About a week and a half after we got it it had trouble starting, has gone worse where I have cranked the engine for 2 hours and nothing. I called the service department for help with my lemon, and they tried to tell me there is no lemon law on used cars, my father was a car dealer in Sweetwater Texas, Dodd Auto Sales, and my brother in law is a mechanic. Then they tried to say its because it was sold as is, no this one had warranty checked on it. Im not a rich man that can just pay big bills for repairs and they offer no solutions to help. They may be hearing from my lawyer soon.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Vehicles look and sound great, but they dont have the vehicle what I want! Ill keep checking though.

Horrible customer service and below substandard mechanics. My son was buying a truck from them immediately experienced engine problems from day one, they put it in thier shop and took thier time replacing motor when it quit until warranty ended then failed to properly connect the transmission to the engine they installed which led to transmission blowing up when they drive it blowing a hole through cab floor throwing shards of metal debris, flames and smoke allover them into cab. They refused to cover the repairs for the damages caused by thier sloppy mechanic work and refused to put my son in another truck which nearly cost him his job and expect him to continue to pay for the vehicle thier sloppy mechanic work destroyed to the point insurance declared the vehicle totaled and put my son, his fiance and my then 3 week old granddaughter at risk of serious injuries. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

Great customer service with Eric. Easy transition and vehicle was really nice and reasonable down payment and monthly payments especially when I have such bad credit. It was nice to drive away in a newer vehicle with decent miles then something 25 years old. Would recommend and go back for another vehicle

Overall, It was a great car buying experience, the only issue I have, is that I have to take car to the shop already, as my headlights stopped working. And Im taking it to a shop where I live as its closer and am needing my car asap to get to work

Sales team was awesome! Truck had a couple small problems and they fixed them pretty fast and payment department girls are polite. Highly recommend these guys!! Not so much on their shop. They put a motor in my sons truck and we have antifreeze leak and some burn wires and the exhaust has fell off.

Buyers beware. Do not purchase vehicles here unless you plan on having a lemon and plan on paying to fix the recalls involved with the vehicle. They may be able to get you into one but it all go downhill from there. I recommend going to a certified dealer or a different in house financing dealer these people are slimy

I unfortunately got a car from there that I took back for repairs barely a month after getting it.They claim to check out every car before selling it is a flat out lie. Im so disappointed I got scammed by Miriah. This companyshouldnt even be in business.Honesty and integrity are things YOU WILL NOT Find there. END OF WEEK 2 UPDATE.Still in the shop. I called and was informed the motor that was ordered to replace mine had to be sent back due to water in the Engine.so ANOTHER was ordered. . Where are they getting the engines from? The scrap yard? Still very difficult making it back an forth to work.They give all used car dealerships a bad name. SMH. they d WONT even supply a subsitute I havent even made my first payment yet.Will continue to add updates if this keeps it from happening to anyone else

3rd time been in the shop in 6 months Lee at the mechanic shop would rather argue about my still in effect warranty than try to get me my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time the lady who I deal with when I purchased was excellent but have no good to say about the mechanic shop the dealership is excellent they have worked with us my complaint is about the mechanic shop

Took forever to get car finance had car for the weekend and put in shop on Monday still haven’t received call about it.. good pricing and easy financing just takes forever they do give a 100 dollar co pay for the first year with warranty that’s good they also say that we will get car back with no check engine light so that’s good as well just would like to drive out new car before the payment is due already..
