I wouldnt recommend 1st choice at all. they repoed my fiancés car to 2 and a half hours away because they stopped taking his payments out and blamed him for missing payments when it wasnt his fault. the lady on the phone told me to shut up when I told her that its auto pay and it was their responsibility to take out his payments. now they have taken a car that helps us take our daughter to daycare away. 1st choice is a joke dont buy from them unless you want them to blame you for their mistakes.

Just don’t buy anything from here. Not worth it.

Attempted to purchase a car from this lot on First Street. Unable to do so now bc of previous reports on file. Would have dearly loved to be a part of this, but they were unwilling to put themselves out to give us a second chance. Not their fault totally,but I feel they could have tried a bit more to accomodate us. Will give them a point for effort,just not enough to care to get & keep a customer.

When I bought my truck, all of the employees were very nice and polite. They told me that if I ever ran into hard times, not to worry. They said, that they would work with me, so I wouldnt lose my truck. Well hard times hit. I ended up in the hospital, two times between thanksgiving day and December 26. And again in January. Was in intensive care 20 days total. I came within seconds of losing my life twice. And lost my job, after working there nearly two years. I managed to get a job while still recovering and weak. (To get my bills caught up). I was a month behind, and had to renew insurance, to keep my truck. The second day at work, they came and towed my truck away, without warning. So, dont believe anything they say, when it comes to them having sympathy. That was Feb. and because of no transportation, I lost that job. And, Im just now able to find a job, that I will be able to walk to.

I wouldnt 1st choice motors. One of the most unorganized companys I have ever seen. I would look further if I were you. Pretty much called me a thief when it was their bookkeeping Dept who made the error

Straight out of the gate RIPPED ME OFF for a grand that they advertised over the radio saying they would match my down up to 1k (the main reason I went to their lot to begin with) when asked about the grand they stated they would take it off the cost of the truck for tax reasons when in reality they jacked the price of the truck up by a grand then took that grand off . Then when came time to sign the contract they tried making it so I would have to make my first payment a week after I got the vehicle and my 2 k down.lots of lies and bs should have walked away. Got a flat had no jack or tire iron or even the tool to lower the spare .that btw was bad.They will also disable your vehicle without notice if just a few days late on 1 payment! So if you dont mind with a very shady company then by all means go see 1st choice motors .

1st choice motors is awesome i wouldnt let anyone work on my car but 1st choice motors the mechanic Cody is a nice and respectful young man

Good for their niche...preying on those less fortunate. Cars overpriced to the tune of 100 percent. Finance charges are the same. Good only if desperate. Lucky not to be in this category.

Sold me a bad car, don’t buy or lease through them!!! for your safety, when i went to go get my car for the first time i told them the tire looked low and all they did was put air in it and sell it to me, they sold it with a cracked rim and it ripped my tire and they wouldn’t replace it because “it’s too late”. the engine stalls everytime i turn it on, i can’t return the car because my credit score will lower.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.. We bought a car that is suppose to have a year warranty the motor gave out 5 months later and they didnt fix the car.

I bought my 2002 Toyota Solara from here on December 3rd 2016, since then Ive had minor problems with it. The sales person Jerry was absolutely polite to me, however after the sale, I called to see if could find out why the motor was blowing a cloud of smoke out of the engine, it was the valve cover gasket, and I had a loose strut in the rear passenger side. My friend who works on cars new exactly what was wrong and the My mechanic they have in the back tried to play us as fools. So my friend went up there after they tried to find what was wrong with it and personally showed them took all but five minutes. Second, none of the employees are polite, except for the head mechanic. Especially the women who answer the phones, once you buy a car they could care less. So, I took my car to the shop the second time because the GPS tracking device blew a fuse in my car causing me and my 9 yr old daughter to nearly have a fetal accident at a green light when my car failed to go, and stalled out, luckily I made it into a parking lot. I just called to take my car in to let them know I had to have the tracking device disengaged due to the blown fuse. The woman who answered was rude and inconsiderate, Im stating this because if my car does this one more time and causes an accident and if injuries occur, this may help someone else if it happens to them. I have recorded this. If you buy a car from dont expect gratitude from anyone in this place, unless your spending big money from here. I bought a 2015 Journey from honda a year ago and they still treat me as if I were family everytime I come in for service on it. Yes I still have my journey but I wanted a work car. My mistake to try some where new. Ill buy my next vehicle from Honda.
