I couldn’t be any more upset, unhappy, & regretful when it comes to Kia, they actually deserve NO STARS!!! My whole buying experience was awful. I purchased my first new vehicle, a Sportage, with them April 29. My windshield got a rock chip approximately 2 weeks after my purchase! I was so upset but they assured me that since I purchased the warranty, that it would be replaced. Mind you they tried to make me use my insurance first before me making them look up my warranty. It is now November and I still don’t have my windshield. My car has been there twice for an oil change and each time my windshield was supposed to be replaced & wasn’t. It wasn’t here one time but nobody even told me, just had me drop my car off and inconvenience me for the whole day. Another time, windshield was broken but obviously nobody checks it before scheduling appointment and having me drop it off and go without a vehicle all day. These people lie so much and everyone tells you different stories. I’m so frustrated with my vehicle purchase overall (too many things to list) and will never ever buy from Kia once I’m done with this car! I’ve been waiting for a windshield replacement for 6 months and that makes no sense. Who wants a brand new car with a broken windshield??? My advice, Go somewhere else!!!!! I wish I would have every day!

Kia as a vehicle is awesome, but the buying experience at Kia of Abilene was horrible. Beyond pushy and aggressive. Even threatened to sell our vehicle to another couple if we didnt hurry and buy it. My wife was nearly in tears. The offer for our trade in was beyond low and when I brought up that Edmunds value was much higher, I was asked Well is Edmunds going to buy it? We should have walked out but we really wanted the car and due to the shortage werent sure we would find another one anytime soon. I would definitely recommend the vehicle, but not this dealership. Go buy somewhere else. Also watch the financing they offer you. When I questioned them about it, they were going to charge me double the interest rate than what I could get locally. Dont take anything they say or offer as the best deal.

Drew Martinez is awesome. My car was totaled and I had sprained my ankle. Drew called me and took all info on the phone, found out what I was interested in and brought the car to my home for me to test drive. Outstanding service and amazing deals. I have a new 2021 Kia Soul and I love it. Kia of Abilene keep it up.

Will never go back here. The vehicles were nice. But the salesman we encountered was beyond pushy, intimidating, and aggressive. We have never gone back, will never support the dealership in any way ever again.I have owned a Kia in the past, and have no ill will towards the brand. But that one salesman left such a sour taste in our mouth that we have never dared go back and shudder every time we drive past the dealership because it brings up that encounter every time without fail.

Service department is terrible all new staff cant seem to fix car dont know whats wrong with it my information says take the car to Kia to reset the navigation in the clock they say its going to cost $900 to replace the whole entire unit they cant fix it and unfortunately its not under warranty they said. JD old customer service manager was super major loss when they lost him all new staff nobody knows anything about what theyre doing will be going to the general manager and further up the line to find out how to fix my $30,000 car

Went in for service. As soon as I pulled up, someone came to greet me before I got out of my car. We went over that I needed to have done and he gave me an idea of how long it would take. Everything went as planned. I appreciate being walked to my car and having my door opened for me. As a person, who pays attention to details, I appreciate the extra steps to make sure I was taken care of.Note to the sales dept: stop being so pushy. As I walked around the dealership to kill some time, I was asked if I wanted to purchase a new car before being asked anything else. If you had stopped to ask, you’d know I already purchased one and no it wasn’t from your dealership but that’s because you didn’t have the option that I wanted.

It is now October 2021 after trading a Kia inApril of 2021 and was told my $600 gap ins check would finally get to me in August. Not a da** penny. Gave me run around after run around. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS! AND LIARS! AND THIEVES! ESPECIALLY THAT FINANCE GUY! Will never do business with them again! They lost my whole family and friends as customers. And we buy new cars often! No sir! We talked to finance guy and he looked it up and said check never was sent out. First time I went in they said check will come in end of May. Second time I brought my husband in, said August. Then in August told me there d be a two hour wait to talk to someone. I was treated terribly and made to feel like I was not intelligent.

First class customer service!We purchased a vehicle with Kia last month, and we were truly impressed with the customer service. From start to finish, our sales associate was personable and attentive. Every person we worked with was so helpful and mindful of what we were looking for. Never pushy. 10/10 for the purchase experience, and a special shout out to Anthony!The service department is equally impressive! We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle,and there were some pen marks on one of the seats. The service department pursued every option to make it right, and ended up repainting the seat and delivering it to our home when it was done! Simply outstanding and highly, highly recommend!!

I love my kia soul but no matter how many times they tried to fix my car the mysterious noise has never been fixed! Its pretty disappointing. The workers are super friendly and are always welcoming. Ive just learned how to turn up the radio to ignore the rattle of my little car. On the other hand Kia has the best peanut butter cookies ever. This dealership is the real deal. I recently completed a trade-in and used car purchase. I appreciated their consistent communication via phone and email. The terms for my trade-in & purchase which were negotiated online over the course of a week were honored when I visited in-person. Their attention to detail and customer service were top notch. I especially appreciated the professionalism of Drew Martinez & Rob Saltus from the pre-owned department. They took care of us, and that is a rarity at most places. Now that the manager was willing to go beyond and seek anything I needed and give full clarity. I felt I needed to give a better rating. Customer satistifaction is there from the manager. Went in for an oil change and after they rotated my tires, one tire fell off and there fix was to keep all damaged parts on truck called it safe to drive. Pics of a before and after of just the rim. They did replace the rim but when I finally accepted the truck and went to jump into the truck. My side step nearest to the tire that came off was somehow very loose and they wouldnt do anything to repair it. They said the mechanic that did my tire rotation and oil change told them it was already like that when it came in to their shop. I know it wasnt like that when I took the truck in. It seemed to me as not to blame the Kia company for the step coming off cause of the tire but very likely when the tow truck picked up the truck to tow back to the shop.

Terrible experience had told them that I did not have a down payment over the phone and that I did not think they could get me approved without one not only that but told them that I already had my own lender that didn’t require a down payment however the sales manager Calvin told me there banks was “special” and really believed he could work with me. So I gave my info and they ran my credit only to tell me I needed a down payment and that they would not work with the lender I was already approved through because it was out of there “lender range” well that was one excuse then came back with a second excuse saying they have already had trouble with that bank. Also I drove 70 miles there just to get told what I already new about needing a down payment. The sales guy seemed alright but I will however never refer anyone to them!

I was looking for a TELLURIDE for my wife, and couldn’t find anything in Dallas. I began searching outside of DFW, and found exactly what she wanted. Our sales Rep and Manager were helpful and friendly. They delivered to my office in Dallas on Halloween!I noticed a few days later that I was missing a valve stem cover, Robert mailed some to us. About a month after buying, my wife took her first road trip with our two boys (lap dogs). She got out of the TELLURIDE to restore her personal comfort, and an alarm began to sound. It was a child rear seat warning ( each of our boys were in rear bucket seat). Robert to the rescue! He called and walked her through the settings to deactivate the feature.My wife LOVES the TELLURIDE! Lane assist and blind spot, make her feel safe and she can drive in DFW with confidence.Thank you Abilene Kia!

Highly suggest you take pictures and videos of your vehicle before getting it serviced here. They broke my engine cover and denied doing it. Then refused to pay for it. Calling me irrational. I would recommend driving to another dealership if your Kia has issues. Worse experience!!Since Im unable to reply Ill edit my review.Why would I call the service manager when it was he who call me irrational, and got loud with me? Hes already denied breaking it, and said he would speak to the GM about maybe getting me a new one. His words were, ill think about it yeah. Id rather deal with another dealership.

Thank the Lord for everyone working here! Me and my dad are on a cross country road trip, from Tucson, AZ to Charleston, SC and we happened to get a flat tire in Abilene. We called up this Kia and told them, obviously very stressed out about this emergency, and they got us right in, luckily were able to patch it, and had us back on the road within an hour. Everyone there was so incredibly nice and they took the stress off. We also have my cat with us and I was concerned they wouldn’t let us have her in the lobby but they were very accommodating. THANK YOU again Kia!! I highly recommend coming here for any service needs.

Update August 2021: if I could give no stars I would. I was a loyal kia customer until recently. The sales staff repeatedly lied to me and raised the price of the vehicle I wanted by $6000. Instead of admitting they raised the price, they tried to convince me it was a different vehicle! Too bad I can read and saw the VIN was the same. They did eventually admit it and apologize but Ive never been repeatedly lied to like that before. Be careful if you are considering buying from here. They are liars and conduct very shady business. It was the worst experience Ive ever had. Im still shocked they treated a repeat customer this way. Never again! Toyota is right across the street!

Salespeople there are shady.I agreed to cosign for a friend. The person handling the paperwork there actually tricked me into signing as the primary and my friend as the cosigner when he knew well what my intention was.Not only, but no matter how many times you tell them to quit calling you, they still do on a daily basis. After assertively yet professionally telling them to stop calling me, I noticed my phone started getting flooded with spam callers, to the point where Cricket automatically enabled spam protection.Trying to get the cosigner to take over payments now without my name on contract or refinance to get my name off but KIA said they wont do that.Theyve also been known to double charge people and been a slouch when it comes to sending back the money. Guess theyre only fast when taking the money.

Unsatisfied with the optima I had been pressured into buying and being extremely overpriced. You’d think if you spent $30,000 on a car you’d have more such as tinted windows, heated seats and dual climate controls and a sunroof and maybe more extra features but I have none as my optima is as basic as it gets. My credit was ran over and over again putting a ton of inquiries on my report and my payments are killing me as I can not get ahead with anything right now. I will never buy a new car again especially from Kia. It’s really unfortunate how much greed was in my situation when a car that should of been 22,000 Ended up 30,000 completely messing everything up for me, but I guess as long as the salesmen are content a customer does not matter.
