I took my 2021 AT4 in for repair after some ran into the side of it and Kenny and his crew did a great job with the paint and body work. I have used Sheppard for many years and a great bunch of people!

I recently messed up my 2020 Toyota Corolla and it was taken to Sheppards Collision Center and repaired there and I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the customer service that I received and the care and attention that my car got.Since they are a VERY THOROUGH business, it did take a little bit of time to receive the parts for my car after they were ordered but I am EXTATIC with the results.If you need body damage and part replacement for your vehicle,I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM.I have never been so pleased about something of this magnitude EVER until I had to go through it myself but they did a FANTASTIC JOB and if I ever need to have repairs again, I know who to go to.THANK YOU TO KENNY AND THE GUYS because it is tip top condition and I couldnt be happier.😉❤️💯😁

I HIGHLY recommend Kenny and his team! I have used them for years from large accidents to putting a license plate holder on my car. These guys are top notch! I’ve had so many horrible experiences at other places. My first time here, it was a “handshake” type experience that you never see these days. Since then, my other 5 visits were each the same (again, Some were large wrecks and several were small cosmetic issues too).

Requested an estimate and they wanted to keep the car for half a day to provide an estimate to turn in to Farmers insurance. In addition they wanted insurance assignment before providing the estimate.I have been in the vehicle business for 30 years. I went to a competitor and they completed the estimate accurately for me in 20 minutes. It was prepared and emailed an hour later.Farmers insurance accepted the estimate for processing.

I wouldnt consider any other shop in town. Kenny and his crew are always friendly and helpful. Ive had several difficult to work with English and German vehicles worked on here, and the work is better than Land Rover did on their own vehicle when I needed a repair in the past. Pain-free experience at Sheppard Collision Center all around. My insurance company trusts Kenny more than any other shop Ive dealt with, and that helps make a normally anxiety-filled situation much more stress free...Thanks!

Charged me $30 to replace a turn signal bulb. Technician was finished in under 10 minutes. Pricey.

Kenny fixed my 325ci BMW several years back after a minor wreck. He did excellent work! Then I attempted to replace the back window switch on my 2007 Chevy Suburban but the switch broke off inside the frame. I called Kenny and he immediately worked me in the next day and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes.This is an excellent business and very friendly helpful staff. They kept rescheduling me 3 times every month for my 2012 Altima Coupe and decided they are going on vacation and wont fix it. They than said my car will take too much time and back up on the shop for other cars to not get fix just for a hail damage. It was a waste of time and my car could of been done 2 months earlier and I could of had kept half of the cost, but my boyfriend knew someone half the price and will be done in 3 days.

Took them a few weeks to get me in from all the city damages flooding in. But very well done job, photos will come.

Kenny is great at handling the customers needs going above and beyond. Sheppards is the #1 collision center in the Abilene area.
