We got into a accident and had our car brought here for repairs. Unfortunately after they started putting it back together they found some hidden frame damage.Thankfully they got our insurance company to total it out instead of finishing repairing and fixing the frame damage. Due to safety I was extremely grateful for that. And was glad they cared about our safety. And then, since our parts were back ordered and our days with our rental had expired, they covered our rental for the week our insurance company wouldve if we hadnt of used all our days. In a really tough time they went beyond what they really needed to and I am really thankful. Thank you again Gerber!
Took the wifes 2018 Impala here for some front end damage repair. The staff was excellent!!! The mechanics definitely went through the damage inspection with a fine tooth comb. They didnt B.S. her with what they found and what needed repair. They kept us up to date with the status of the vehicle consistently. Did I say the staff was awesome!!! Picking up the car was a breeze and they handled all of the insurance stuff. Definitely recommend!

We were rear ended at almost a complete stop by a car going 75 mph. Our insurance company suggested this a for repairs. We received great customer service at first, but the repairs took longer than planned with no communication about what was going on until we called them after they said it would be ready. We think they charged the insurance company the highest possible amount instead of totaling the vehicle. They even told us anything over $15,000 would be totaled by the insurance company. They cant get paid if they dont do repairs, right? When we saw the bill to the insurance company it was literally just over $14,900. We also dont feel like the work was all that great. After driving it on the highway we are concerned that it isnt as safe to drive as it should be. We will be contacting our insurance company and taking our vehicle else where to be checked out.

Absolutely blown away. Went through Geico after hitting a deer and taking out half my front bumper. I was kept up to date every step of the way. Not just a status update of completion (which they finished a full day early by the way) but of every bit of work and what they had left to do. Unprofessional and completely missed $40K+ in damage.The receptionist, Jessica, was rude and had terrible customer service. She is a big reason we did not use the company. They never called us with updates and left us in the dark on everything. We always had to contact them for updates. Besides the unprofessionalism, they wrote a $9xxx estimate for damages to our vehicle and completely missed that the frame was bent. We ended up taking our vehicle to another body shop to find out that there was $50K+ in damages and that the vehicle was totaled. This vehicle would have been dangerous to drive if we would have let Gerber complete the repairs.It seems that they work for the insurance company, not the customer! NOT RECOMMENDED

I went and picked up a my brothers car, that has been setting there a long while. In the snow and ice, these guys helped me jump start it, let me borrow a gas can to go get some fuel for it. It got stuck getting it the trailer, helped me push it up on it. These guys are really good people
I should have taken my challenger to the dodge house. I hit a curb a couple months back when Abilene had icy roads. GEICO recommended Gerber so i just followed instructions and made an appointment. When i arrived they couldnt locate me in the system and treated me as a walk-in. They did their estimate, gave me a time frame, and did the repairs. I paid my deductable and picked up my vehicle. Car has a nasty pull to the right. I brought this to their attention and was told they dont handle tires. It was subbed out to Discount Tire. Which is understandable. However they told me the bushing on the driver side alignment needed to be replaced. That is what was throwing every thing off. Only problem is Geico didnt include that in the estimate so they want me to pay out of pocket for it. Its funny because my car drove flawlessly prior to the accident and with the covid pandemic going on no one returns my calls or answers my emails. Was suppose to send in another estimate Ive yet to hear back. As far as the body work and customer service. Its adequate at best. My car still needs to be repaired so, yeah. Should have never came here. Just my personal experience.
My experience with this business has been nothing but positive. From initial drop-off of my vehicle, to the continuous progress updates from Sam and to the final checkout with Holli @ the front desk - the whole experience made the repair of my unfortunate accident so smooth and easier to bear. They even helped me with returning my rental vehicle! I appreciate the great work theyve done.
Do NOT come here! The receptionist are rude. They suck at calling and giving estimated times. They miss damages on your car that were specifically pointed out. I am VERY disappointed with this company. I wish I would of went with someone else that actually knew what they were doing.

Had high hopes when I chose Paceline to repair my 2010 Platinum Ford F-150. I had hit a hog and the damage consisted of a slightly bent bumper, knocked out fog light, hair stuck between tire & rim, cracked fender cover, dented drivers side door (which also caused my front drivers side mirror LED turn signal to stop working - which was an aftermarket add on that had been put on by someone before I owned the truck). So anyways, I go to pick up my truck, and they dont do a very good job at detailing inside or out, just to let yall know. The first thing I checked was if they fixed the blinker on my mirror. It wasnt working. So I turn on my hazard lights to see if the passenger side was still working. Nothing is coming on. So I was freaking out a little. Then the front office guy comes out there to check it out and pops off the 2 orange reflective lenses & there were no wires, LEDs, or anything... just a thin little (already used) reflector. Apparently that is how they come from the factory. I wasnt aware of that. I just thought the Platinums came with the blinkers already installed on them. I have since then been informed and researched it, and they do in fact just come with the reflectors. But that still gives them no reason to take the ones that I had in it when I arrived & replace them with regular ones. They should have never even touched the passenger side one to begin with!!! The right thing to do would have been to call me and inform me of what was going on and what I wanted done before they proceeded. So I guess the mechanic back in the garage snipped the wires on mine and did who knows what with them??! I dont think they are very cheap. The reflectors I now have on there are super cheap... you can just tell by looking at them. Anyways, that is one complaint... I have a couple more. The fender cover is still cracked and they never touched it. The new fog light they put in is noticeably dimmer than my other one & wasnt levelled very well... it points more toward the ground than its supposed to. Lets just say that unless they try to make this right, which is highly unlikely, then I will never be taking another vehicle there ever again, and will spread the news to as many people as I possibly can. Rant over.

My car was repaired in August, it is 5 months later and will be bringing my car to them for the 2nd time after my mechanic found things they didnt repair accurately. Wont be using this shop ever again for body repairs!! Dont recommend them either!!

This is the third time in the last 2 years I have had to have a vehicle repaired. All three times the staff has been friendly and helpful, the workmanship has been superb, and they kept me up to date as the repairs were being made. I have used four other shops in town over the years, all have been good, but I will continue with Paceline for any future needs.

Tried to get me to sign vehicle acceptance before looking at the car. They double sided sticky taped my bumper pieces, parts were loose, seals were not replaced. I asked for a quote an another part of my car so i can get bumper damage/everything fixed at once. Never called on that quote, until time to pick up then someone says oh to touch up that area itll be $500. Doesnt do me much good after theyve had my car for a week. Not sure whos working here, they had all these pieces taken off the car, they didnt even bother to repair anything prior to assembly except for the bumper.

We had our car repaired here after an accident and overall it was an acceptable establishment. They were a little slow with getting parts but Michael, our collision professional, was very helpful and attentive through the whole process. Overall, the staff is friendly and the work done was satisfactory.
Back in 2017 I hit a coyote in my car. It tore up the front bumper and fog light and a few other things. A claim was filed with insurance and the car was taken in for repair. Paceline was very polite and initially were easy to work with. The car was repaired after a few minor issues and I went on about my way. The next few days I noticed the front bumper coming back off. It seemed odd so I returned it. They merely pushed the pumper back into place and that was it. To no avail a few weeks later the same issue came up. I took it back in and the same push it in routine happened. It stayed for about 3 months. Then I started having issues with it again. I managed to get back in to the shop just after the new year. And despite having a lifetime warranty and not hitting anything, or having any potential damage caused to the bumper, they refuse to do anything to the car. I understand its been some time since the initial repair was done but I was issued a lifetime warranty that means basically nothing. This shop is friendly but the quality of the repairs is not there, and they wont even stand behind the repairs! I will not be back after this ordeal.
Dropped my vehicle off for a busted headlight and some bumper work, and got it back looking brand new! They had excellent customer service, helping me through-out the process. When I received my car they had detailed it very professionally. Not to mention they worked directly with my insurance company (USAA).
My fiancé and I had just recently dropped our vehicle off to have repairs done involving two different incidents, that involved two different insurance companies. You would think that would be a nightmare to deal with, but Paceline made it a breeze. We were placed with team Josie & Scotty, and they definitely did not disappoint. They were very friendly, and made sure we knew exactly what they would be doing with our vehicle. We left without any worries, nor any unanswered questions. They even had us a rental car ready to go as we were walking out the doors! They also made sure to update us every day with their progress of our vehicle, and gave us the details on what they were going to be doing next, which made us feel very involved. The best part was, they were finished with everything in a matter of days! Then when we picked our vehicle up, it looked even better than it did the day we drove it off the lot, it was SO CLEAN. They definitely went the extra mile. Over all, it was phenomenal service, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with vehicle repair needs!

I took my 2012 Yukon Denali to them after an accident. The staff was amazing and very comidating to me and my son. They even took the time to draw with him as I was walking the car looking at the damage with the employee that was handling my claim. The work they done on the car was perfect. I had a small issue with the alignment of the steering wheel. When I called about this minor issue they got me the same day and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. I will recommend them to everyone and I will be using this company from now on.
I was involved in a hit and run that took out my left taillight and bent the metal in so I couldnt reinstall the replacement I got. On a chance I went in to see of they could bend back out the metal so I could fix it and not only did they do the whole replacement in less than 10 minutes they did it as a courtesy! Highly impressed and greatful to the owner and the nice ladies who helped me at the desk. Thanks again!

I had to bring my vehicle here for some body work, and not only did they an exceptional job, they were very informative of what was going on with my car and ever took the time to explain the logistics of what was fixed and how they did it. They even had to fight with my insurance company, and they expressed genuine concern about it, even though it wasnt their fault whatsoever. The receptionists, Najwa and Holly, were extremely friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable every time I walk in. And Michael Truelove, the customer service manager that handled my repairs was amazing. He personally contacted me to inform me what was happening with my car, and he treated me with the utmost respect, which meant alot to me, because as a female, most auto shops treat me like a child and talk down to me for not knowing more about the logistics of my car. Michael actually took the time to explain it to me, and did it in a way so that I didnt feel bad about myself. Ive had an extraordinarily wonderful experience here, and I will definitely use Paceline in the future, and recommend to everyone that I know, that they should too.

Did a great job on repairing some damage to a 2017 Corolla IM. Theyre good at communicating the status of the repairs and very professional. If we need body work in the future, no doubt we will go here.
My car was towed to Paceline after I was in a car accident. Since I am not from Abilene, I was not sure what to expect. As soon as I was discharged from the hospital we went to find out what our next steps were. As soon as we walked in they knew I was the owner of the wrecked car. When I was asked what insurance would be covering the repairs, I said Geico was the insurance of the person who hit me. There is a Geico adjuster that works out of the building. He came over and gave me a direct phone number to speed up my process. After I went next door for my rental car, I got my belongings out of my car. They went over all the visible damage with me and explained exactly what they would to find further damage. The whole time Najwa asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything for my injuries. They entire staff of Paceline was wonderful and helped make this horrible day a little better.

This review is for the formerly known company PACELINE NOT GERBER. Gerber stinks. My initial visit was pretty simple, straight forward and quick service in just 3 days for my front bumper. Well second time around, the repair fell apart, I moved away 1900 miles and they still helped me get the repair fixed. That guy Cody is not only a professional but a straight gentleman. This guy handled this complex issue like a freaking gentleman. All businesses need this dude as a prime example on how to do business and get things done. Salute to you and Paceline for getting this resolved. 100% Recommended (Abilene)
So first they told us the car would take a month to fix when they kept it for 2 months. Secondly when we got the car we still had to take it back for another 3 days due to the driver door not having the rubber seal so when it rained the water would come through, and finally the reason why Im super upset is because when they fixed our vehicle they never told us they replaced the driver side door. It wouldnt have been a big deal except recently we went to trade in our vehicle, the sales person ran our vin number on the driver side door and it came back as our car being a total loss and that it was a completely different car when that was not the case. So apparently that makes the car hard to sale and made them hesitant to take the car. We went to 3 different places and they all said the same. I feel like paceline could of said something or fixed the vin so we wouldnt have had that issue. Extremely disappointing!

I took my Ford Focus to Paceline in early March and I have never had a more agreeable experience at a mechanic or body shop. David Jones is the one that helped me with my car. He made sure I knew everything that was wrong with it and i was kept updated twice a week on its progress. He was also able to work with my budget. I will defiantly use them again.

Just got my car back after having to return it for an incorrect install of replacement parts, after the run around they put me through and the last final comment that was made when handing me my keys I can say I wont ever be refering or recommending this place to anyone ever. I do however recommend you stay as far away from this business as possible. Check out Lawence Hall Collision, or Phoenix Collision, or Mabes Body shop before settling with these guys. Or just hope you dont have any more issues after they fix it a first time. Their lifetime warranty is just expired icing on their other cake of lies they like to feed you

Over a 2 year period, Ive had TWO vehicles taken to Paceline in Abilene, Texas.Not only did the jobs get done quickly, they were perfect! I couldnt ever tell that either vehicle had aquired ANY damage. A big out to SHANE, he took tremendous care of my vehicle and kept me well informed during the entire process.If you have small work or a total overhaul due to un-planned damages, take your vehicle here. The work is easily a 6 star rating out of a 5 start scale, the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD & they are not satisified until perfection is accomplished! I took my car there to be repaired when I got it back I heard flapping didnt pay much attention to it few months later the fender comes off my husband said it was missing the bolts or plastic things that hold it together I took it in because it was under warranty it was their screw up not mine and they will not fix it Im highly pissed off and will never do business with them they do not stand by their warranties.
