Best auto body facility in Texas. Willie is an awesome owner who will work with each customer as if it were his only one. I had a deer strike that took out the entire front end of my truck and they made it perfect and new again at an affordable price. Willie and the folks at Big Country shot us straight and saved us money. We needed PDR and replacement work done and the car looks better than I could have imagined. Estimates of time and money were all accurate. We will be taking another car to Big Country soon and have full confidence that they will take care of us.

There are so many body shops in town, it can be a bit hard to decide, but the reviews I read here indicated these guys were the place to go, so I gave them a call and set up an appt. Well I was not disappointed and neither was my daughter, since her car needed the repairs after her front left fender got a close up of our garage. I have never dealt with a company that went so far out of their way to help. Willie went all the way across town to meet with the delivery guy to inspect the part before I accepted it.After inspecting it, he said he would not accept it.Even though this meant that they would not get the opportunity to do the work, he still chose to make the decision.You will not find honesty and integrity like that anywhere. I trust these guys with ANYTHING that needs to be done.I wish more businesses had a guy like this working for them.I would recommend these guys for ANY job!

Went by Big Country Collision to ask a few questions about some minor damage to my truck (major scuff mark and large scratch). Lionel immediately said, hang on, I can take care of this right now. I certainly didnt expect him to say that or do anything. He buffed the scuff out and made the scratch look so much better. He was incredibly nice, polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.........
