Great place, this place reminds me of the way the Hardware store used to be in the old days. Also, this place has just about every and anything you are looking for. Love this store.

This store is a blessing. Great service, as it has been for many years. This store saved me quite a bit of money because they can find that odd part that cant be found in a big box store. And its priced lower compared to the big names in the area. 5/5.

I cant thank those guys enough!!! Our house is very old and just put together with odds and ends (it seems). I called all the major stores for 1 plumbing item and none of them had it.Thank God Hodges saved the day! The guys in there are so polite and helped me out. I will be going there from now on. The younger guy even removed a fitting on the end of my old broken piece that I needed. #TwoThumbsUp

Hodges has the inventory. More important, they have terrific service! I drive right past the box stores. Thank you, Gary, for helping me with the poles, flanges, etc today. Thanks, too, for the wonderful calendar. Happy New Year!

You name it they have it, old school hardware store very interesting place. Highly recommend. They have always had the hard to find items, great place. Love this place and highly recommend. Not for the faint at heart. A true mans hardware store. Highly knowledgeable owner, a great help.

When all the big box stores fail you, this place will help you save your repair problem. It looks a little junky but they have everything! They helped me out of a jam numerous times.

Old fashioned hardware store. They have unusual and hard to find items. Staff really knows their stuff and are very helpful.

Ignorant. I try to call to find out if a product is ready and they cant even be polite enough to day please call back or please hold. Just pick up the phone and hand it up. I dont deal with ignorant rude people.

Terrible customer service. Hodges is known for carrying hard-to-find items & parts for older appliances; and their poor attitudes show it. They act as if you HAVE to spend your money there. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and forgotten about. I was just about to hang up when Gary answered. When I told Gary I had been on hold for 15 minutes, he actually LAUGHED. No apology. Nothing. This is not my first experience with Hodges horrible customer service and attitudes. My best advice to is locate another store that cares about treating their clients with respect & dignity. Or buy new.

Today is a day when Hodges lost my business. I noticed several weeks ago they had several pieces of siding that matched what is on my house. I checked with them on price and it was quite reasonable. I work 2 jobs. I had off today (Sunday) hopped in my car and off to Hodges I went not even thinking it was Sunday and they may be closed. In any event I pulled into the small parking lot and noticed no other cars but it still didnt occur to me that they were closed. I pulled my piece of siding out of my car to compare it to what was in their bin. There were a couple pieces that were close so I thought I would make a purchase. Just as I was deciding a guy came over to me and asked if he could help me. I explained what I was doing and asked him if he thought I had a good match. I asked if he worked their he said yes I own the place. And with that he said were closed on Sunday come back tomorrow. I told him that wouldnt be possible could I pay cash and take the 2 pieces of siding with me. He said NO this is not a serve yourself business and walked away from me. Clearly, he was accusing me of trying to steal 2 pieces of siding. He acted like he caught me doing something wrong. I have NEVER taken anything that I didnt pay for or wasnt mine!!! My wife and I enjoyed occasionally walking through the store to see what things we could find but today that interest in shopping in this business ended.

Old time hardware experience, if they dont have what you need you dont need it. Pickers paradise, like an indoor yard sale. If you want modern service go to all your other corporate owned stores and just be another face.

Truly a store where u will find everything u need and if they do not have it then they will tell u who does so u can finish whatever it is ur fixing/working on

Hodges true value is very good at helping customers at trying to get hard to find pieces they really need anything wanter (exp...Ineeded a tub part,went to home depot they sold me the hole tub piece, that later had to be later returned went to Hodges & they sold me just the Piece I wanted) no more normal no less. 5 stars for hodges

They have a little bit of everything. Sometimes items are brand new and there are second hand items available. Great service.
