Found what I was looking for. I went in for some motion lights. Found them and was really happy with the service in the lighting department. I then went to the plant department on my was to check out and decided to get a succulent. One of which is on thus display in a tall blue container. Then when I get to the check out they said that now they needed to charge me for the pot. They were separate. Set up o. The display like they were together, but unbeknownst to me and Im sure others, they were separate. 6.98 each. I only purchased the plant I wanted. The pot was Def not worth 6.98 to me.The cashier even went to show me several times by pulling out the plant from the small pot several times and repeating that they were separate in price. I just thought it was something odd and almost false advertisement as the entire display has all of the different succulents in white and blue pots, as if they came in them but they dont. FYI...

The man working in the paint department today was so nice and more importantly, knowledgeable. He helped us with getting paint and at the same time, helped several other people. He knows paint because he was a painter for many years ( I think he said 26 years). We have been at the paint counter the past 3 or 4 days in a row, at various times of the day. All the other ladies who helped us did a fine job however, because they were so much younger, didnt have the life experience to be as knowledgeable. Im sure, if they stick around, they will gain the knowledge he can share with them. Home Depot would be smart to let him work along side the others so they can give as excellent customer service as he did. I wish I could remember his name...but youll know him when you meet him!

You will be on your own unless you can flag down an employee. We have seen customer service die in this business. It has been a long and painful death. Not only are you not greeted or asked by anyone in orange if they can help but you will have to check yourself out. I know that this is a new trend and not limited to Home Depot, but it is at its peak here. In the last 6 times I have gone in, not once have I heard can I help you find anything? In fact the last employee I flagged down to ask where are....He pointed, not a word was spoken. Cool. At least it was the right isle.

Friendly and helpful staff. My last few visits have been much better. Check in store for exclusive discounts on limited stock.I use the HD app a lot, and the free shipping on most items is nice. Packages arrive quickly and aside from one exception, are flawless.The ship to store option is a good feature, and the pickup desk reps are fast, and organized.

Good selection. Finding what you want is dependent on finding someone to help you. That is relatively easy and everyone was knowledgeable about what was where. Getting help once you get to the correct aisle is a little trickier, but seek and you shall eventually succeed. Most, once found, are very willing to assist and are friendly and honest. Unfortunately there are those that really couldnt care less regarding any assistance beyond the initial locating of the right area of the store... and arent shy about letting you know. Most, though, are very helpful and personable and these far outweigh those that should make way for those who want to work.

Home Depot is a great large box hardware store to suit your needs small to large. If you need it for your yard or house building projects to decor. You can usually find it here. A grade Lumber selection. I just wish they would carry more power tools in stock and not just online orders

Went in to look at shelves for my kitchen and bought 2 sets Halloween lights. The big draw was the over sized dark angel complete with feather like wings and a huge Excalibur like sword. Motion activated so he turns his head to follow you or just to scare the bejesus out of little kids. I loved it.

Great prices and nearest to central park. Makes it more convenient for shopping. Had amazing customer service by Daniel and a gentlemen from Colorado that was incredibly knowledgable about building aspects and store layout. Had a small over charge issue that was a simple fat finger problem but there customer service center took quick care of it and had us on our way. Our cashiers (plural because we have made multiple trips for multiple projects) were top notch, friendly, and welcoming. We are excited to have such an amazing crew at this home depot. Look forward to MANY more visits over the next two weeks.

We recently bought a range, and refrigerator. They delivered them for a little extra, and took away the old ones, and installed the new. We are very happy with both keep up the good work.Mel

This store doesnt have anything that is needed when you need it. Their inventory is not vast. I dont know why they dont have so many different things that other home depots have or even Lowes. They really need to get it together and stock the store with more than just minimal items. The staff are very friendly very helpful. But the store is often out of things or they just dont sell minor things that I can get at Ace hardware.

Pretty busy. Didnt find what I was after on the shelf, but saw it nice head and got it down. why in the heck can I only pay with good ol American currency at one of the registers, even when I am the one ringing the sale up? So if Im getting the part out if inventory so I can buy it, I am the one ringing out and bagging it, then I should be on the payroll! Haha!

Amazing store for almost anything you would ever need! (Besides food haha) I work with the merchandising execution team here and its an amazing experience and everyone who works here is super nice and kind! Except like 2 people who are sorta just bossy but the bosss are all amazing!!

Would of been better if there prices were not so high. Plus having wrong labels marked for what your buying. Good paint do not recommend getting wood. Rude service. But the lady that worked the paint section was really nice.

Bought a new rug for the man cave. My favorite color is blue, home depot had a few blue rugs in which gave me a choice. Enjoying the rug.

Big box hardware store, better priced than smaller hardware stores, staff may not have the knowledge youll usually find in smaller stores.

They never have the things we come in looking for. Lack of stock has cost this store at least 1,500.00 at this point just from my fiance and myself. We needed a freezer they never have them and we needed an ac they didnt have them so someone else got our money. Its about supply and demand and well there was no supply to meet our requests.

Terrible experience! The employees that I managed to catch were rude and uneducated when I asked for help. One employee told me to rip out my hallway carpet to put in thresholds, three employees stood talking about personal matter walk away like I was interrupting, and when I asked one to call someone who could answer my questions said no, its not my job. I did get a manager who was very helpful but when I went to check out, an hour later- for what should have been 15 minutes tops, the checker turned his back and went behind a post, and when I asked if he could check me out turned back around as he slid his cellphone in his pocket.Too, while I was up front waiting to speak to the manager, multiple employees were notably upset and actually arguing about who was going to help another female customer. The one star given in this review is for the manager willing to assist me.

Its a good hardware store. My only complaint is they need way better pressure washers. Had to buy a different brand elsewhere because i had replaced the first one from here. The second one also had a power problem, but on the other hand all of my other power tools work awesome.

Home Depot is pretty much my favorite spot to shop when it comes to tools whether its outdoor tools indoor tools and whatever I need its always there. My only problem is is that the last few times Ive went in there Ive noticed people following me around. I finally realized that it was security and they for following me around. Im going to give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe because Im in there all the time theyre checking me out. And thats why they got the four stars instead of the five. I will do a up-to-date on this review and let you know how my shopping experience goes the next couple times that I go in there. Just to make sure that Im not being profiled. Look for the update.

We ordered over 2,000. Dollars of product. It is Sunday. Quiet day at depot. We wanted to check our cement blocks to see if they were finally comming there . Scheduled to deliver tomorrow. David the manager was called after we were told to get the hell out from the back of the store. We have picked up things there. This small minded guy in the back,was on the fork lift and told u to get the hell out of there. I said ok little man . Rude an I was mad. We talked to the David manager. Told him there were no signs to keep out in back. We r now not going to our home store again. We will go to olympia wa. 45 miles away. Also products at Elma Bayview. The David boss was so rude as well. He wanted us to be lectured about how sorry he was. I asked him to check our order. He never asked to make sure that the size of 14 pallets were and the arrival time. I told him to. He would not let me explain about the situation. Oh Im 71 tomorrow and I will have a better day then. Also plan to spend my money out of a town that is good to us. We also run a business but the right way. To add to this journey. My birthday took my sadness away from the male disrespect I got from the boss David and that employee .The next day we got a delivery, late but that was ok I still got to my party on time. But....the big blocks were delivered but the wrong color!!!Omg, we were told we would have to go into store and start over. Paper work,pmt.ect. They were gray not black that were special ordered. We got 2 pallets out of 14. The independent driver,great guy, went all the way back and picked up 12 more. Always review your order sheet. I still. Made it to my birthday party on time. Then Like I said our business runs with a high rating. Will the manager retaliate and write us a bad review? Jus my opinion 🤷 Ill let you know the rest of the story. Adding to this story. A store in a low income area that used to be reasonably priced, but has gone the way of other corpor- ate big boxes and pays thier employees the bare min. and few have been trained in the trade they are selling in...a big mistake In this area. They should have journeymen in their trade salespeople, paid accordingly, If you can find someone, that is.

As usual I went in for one thing and ended up with five things. It is one of the only places that isn’t out of half the items that I need. It is difficult to get down some of the isles because of all the carts stacked with over stocked items.It seems they have hired a lot more people because there is always someone close to help load heavy items or find things you need.

Only one employee was helpful the. Guys at the service desk need to be more helpful

Whoo hoo! Thanks to Pete in the appliance section, we ordered a washer/dryer combo and saved us $450.00 on line after taxes!However, I was surprised that they didnt have a military discount in this section.

We purchased a whirlpool refrigerator may 2018 with extended warranty. Since purchase it freezes everything in the fridge and ice grows in the freezer. I have had multiple repairs and still cant store food. Fruits and veggies freeze and so does any dairy. I cant store my babies milk. The last repair took months for them to send anyone and the very next day and glass bottle froze and shattered everywhere. Luckily it wasnt a child that found it this way. I still have sticky stuff in crack I can not clean. Not one single manager has called me back after three have personally promised to do so. This is a complete ripe off. I have lost throusnds of dollars worth of food. Wish we tossed this thing out from day one. Do not buy appliances here.Update: they closed by last claim without the repairs being completed. Blamed the service center. Now my warranty is about to expire and we have delt with this for three years, only to have to buy a new fridge. DO NOT BUY!

Love home depot, but what man doesnt. This store is no exception. Ive never had a bad experience here, but it is often hard to find customer assistance and then when you do they often dont have anymore knowledge than you do. Still, I love my Home,Depot.

Staff was courteous and helpful. They had everything I needed and the staff saved me money by telling me they would be having a deal on the carbon monoxide detectors next month.

Great selection of tools at fair prices. Unfortunately this trip I was there to swap out a broken Husky tool since Home Depot warrants them for life and the staff member that attempted to help me walked away after 5 minutes of not being able to find a product they had more than 20 of in stock. 30 minutes later I was able to locate the product in the wrong spot. After that it was a quick and painless swap and out the door. Just need employees to be more knowledgeable of their products and where to locate, and accountability of those that stock items in incorrect locations.

I like the ceiling fans they are clean with no dust on them and not many people seem to pay attention to those small traits although I certainly noticed the cleanliness and it makes quite a difference - same as a hotel when it comes down to it... you go into a hotel and if there is dust in the air filter its kids gross right? This store has always been sketchy as far as not being able to have any help inside but they fix that problem there is people that will help you inside now but its their product you cant trust now theyre board and lumber went up 700% and then went back down again you can trust that kind of pricing scheme so I dont recommend the store to anybody

There was no one around the outside garden area to answer questions that me my wife and a nice old lady that asked us if we new how to care for a plant! We are very disappointed with the lack of associates to help only a cashier that doesnt know much.

Never use their custom kitchen cabinet and countertop design folks to help you. I cant emphasize NEVER enough. My $25,000 order has been an epic failure: wrong sizes, wrong styles, wrong pieces, screwed up delivery, screwy delivery process, etc. What I told them I wanted and what they finalized with me on paper was NOT what they actually ordered. I ordered in January 2021, half my order had to be returned and isnt supposed to be returned until june, not that I expect it to be correct then either. Our remodel timeline is now in shambles. I received the obligatory apology but nothing else. I actually paid them more money to actually get what I originally wanted, too long of a story that is because I simply need this remodel over.

It seems to be rare to find someone to help in any department. Luckily using the site for my store helps to locate items Im looking for if Im note sure where to look.

The Home Depot is an awesome place for home projects. The staff is always kind and helpful. But they have limited wood selection compared to most Home Depots. Still an awesome shopping spot, offering active Military and Vets a 10 percent discount.

You walk through this store and the employees who are on the floor are really helpful. Until you get to the garden department. That lady either hates her job, or hates people. Its like she was mean on purpose, and not just to me but to anyone who approached her.

I will not shop at the store until COVID is gone as they allow people in who are not wearing masks and then serve them. They also do not require distancing. Home Depot is endangering other customers and their workers by not standing up to these selfish nut cases. I have reported Home Depot to the State, but a cashier said that headquarters just pays the fine and does nothing to enforce the mandates.

Stopped by to get started plants. There was not much variety compared to past years. I asked an employee where the pansies were. He pointed me to the vegetables. I looked all over. Never did find any pansies. Lots of petunias, some violas, calliebrachoa, Gerber daisies and shrubs. But no pansies.

Selection is so so service is hit and miss and the layout is a bit funky. Plants from here often die.

I havent been into any home Depot since the Covid situation started; Mostly because I was unwilling to wait in any line to buy anything! Today I was very pleasantly surprised with Home Depot! There were no lines anywhere coming in or at check out. There were plenty of staff throughout the store pleasantly responding to questions. Actually it seems like more than I have previously encountered in this store. And, most importantly the people in the store were all really nice and eager to help. There was a very chill vibe that I could feel almost immediately when I walked in. Good leadership and management making this a safe and comfortable place for customers and staff! I was really pleased!! 😊

Worst home depot i have ever been to. I drove 2 hours to pick up an item that I paid for. Only to have to wait for help for 30 minutes. Then to find out parts were missing from it. The manager was to busy to talk to me but over their employee phone offered $20 a $300 item. I had to find all the parts in their store on my own to build the missing part. No apologies. Store was much dirtier and disorganized than my local one in Warrenton oregon

Im new to the area so I stopped in to see what they carry. I found some carpet strips that I needed. Found out they deliver to Oyhut Bay and give military discount like all the other Home Depots. Great cashier (Yesenia) who helped me when I couldnt get my coupon to work. Great store with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I had a lovely experience at the Home Depot where I had gone to buy a garden hose so I could do some pressure washing. It was easy to find, easy to park, help to find my item was readily available and PLEASANT. Wide, well-labelled aisles made reconnaissance for future missions inviting, creative and fun. Workers seemed to be enjoying being there, doing their jobs. Imagine that!?! Even other shoppers seemed upbeat and engaging, like going to the Home Depot is a treat, not a chore. It was almost like a toy store for adults...

Pretty sad. The associate debated with me about an item that clearly stated what I was asking for on their website.Nevertheless, our of 5 normal items I needed on this trip they didnt have or didnt carry since they were classified as a smaller store.

I have done a lot of painting. I ask at every paint purchase to enter my paint colors into the computer so I know what color I have used so if I need the color for any touch up, they will have it. The last three times I have asked, the colors are not on the computer, only the last one purchased!! I will no longer purchase paint here! What a disappointment and waste of time! You just lost my business!

For being located in Aberdeen its not bad. The employees are friendly for the most part and do their best to help customers to the best of their knowledge. If they cant answer your question they will find another employee who can assist you better.

They dont carry anything for RVs because they dont want to get sued if someone hook something up wrong. however you can buy it online through their website... very inconvenient and defeats the purpose
