Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were so patient!! It took me hours to decide which car I like. They just waited and we’re so nice even 2 hours past their closing time. The next day spent hours with me again showing me all the options in the car. Since the purchase I’ve been able to ask questions and they have followed up on everything as promised. Both Carlos, the sales person and the manager are very nice and helpful.
Went there with my sister because she was going to buy a truck from them. Me and the kids went inside to wait while she was on the phone and the greeting we got was awful. Very judgmental and their lucky I wasn’t there to buy a vehicle from them because I would have walked right back out the door. Now the guy who was selling her the truck was very nice and very friendly. But the other staff needs to get some help in customer service.

I do not recommend getting a vehicle from five star. I’ve only had my car for 4 years & all the electrical on the dash board is malfunctioning & it’s going to cost 4-500 just to diagnose it. Not excluding parts & labor.
We told Gary Gallinger what we were looking for and scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I have purchased my cars and trucks over the years from many dealerships in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington. After visiting two other dealerships in Port Angeles, and trying to get a good deal on trading our full size truck for a small SUV we gave up and went home. We felt that the sales staff wasn’t comfortable dealing with people our age. Our daughter had bought a Jeep from one of the Five Star dealerships in Aberdeen and wanted us try them. She gave Five Star Ford Lincoln a call and told them what we wanted. The sales staff emailed us several SUV offers and approximately what our trade deal would be for each vehicle. We picked a SUV and drove more than two hours to get to the dealership. The sales Manager and staff had the SUV cleaned and waiting for us to test drive. The trade in offer and the sales price were great. Everyone connected with our deal was helpful and courteous. I felt that this dealership has people wanting to listen to your vehicle needs and then working to match your expectations. It was a long trip going to dealership, but driving home in a new SUV was very pleasant.
Picked up my 2019 dodge today. This is the fourth time I have bought a vehicle from Gary Gallinger at five star. He has always taken such good care of me and treated me so well. Damon the manager is easy to deal with and quite a hoot. I believe both Gary and Damon truly put their costumes needs first. I have spent 43 years in retail management and I know what good customer service is. I can honestly say I have experienced great customer service every time I have been in. They take care of me during the purchase and also after if I have any questions or service needs I hope I never buy another car ever. But if I do I will not go anywhere but five star Ford and I will never deal with anyone other than Gary and Damon. By the way Gordon in finance was also fantastic.
I’m not that impressed with the person checking us in the service department. He has zero people skills but my main disappointment is with most of the sales department. It’s mandated that we ALL wear face masks. While having our oil changed we couldn’t help but notice how many of them thought their face masks should be worn hanging off an ear, off their chin or around their necks. One salesman was helping customers and another thought it was stylish to wear his mask on top of his head like a bonnet.We don’t like wearing them either but shouldn’t we all be setting an example? I wish I could post the pictures I took.
By far the best dealership I have ever been to. Everyone was kind as well as professional. They did everything they could to help me as much as possible. The vehicle buying process was easy and enjoyable. Sam my sales associate was polite, helpful, generous and took care of everything to ensure the process was as painless as possible. If your looking to purchase a vehicle ask for Sam. You will not be dissatisfied with the service or employees here, they truly care about theyre customers.

Ive done a few deals with the chevy side. I decided I wanted a new f150 so I went to 5star. This is the worst dishonest dealer that I have ever been too. First of all they were pushy rude. Offered almost 4k lower then fair market value for my trade. Like ppl dont have the internet for kbb? The sales person/ sales mangers are argumentative and overly fake about what they can do for the customer when in fact they are looking for any number they can fuge in there benefit. They lost a repeat customer who always keeps money local. I strongly recommend if your looking here to shop around

Bought my second vehicle from Five Star last week. Based on my experience for both purchases, I consider this business an All Star dealership. Sales, finance, and service department personnel treated me professionally and timely.Got a great deal on a Ford F150 4x4 SuperCab. The particular model w/accessories I wanted was not available on site, but they were able to find one and have it delivered within 3 days. I never felt pressured throughout the process.Once I took ownership, the Salesman spent an hour helping me program the on-board computer features (iPhone, Media, Mapping, etc.). Explained all display/push button functions, and answered all my questions that came up during our training session. I felt a sense of rushing and felt he would stay stay with me as long as it took to ensure I was comfortable.Anyone shopping for an automobile or pick-up truck should seriously consider a trip to Aberdeen, WA

He was there to help us, not sell us. He was beyond knowledgeable. If there were doctorates for understanding vehicles, he would be a tenured professor. Phenomenal, exceptional, awesome, helpful, painless and easy arent words you would normally hear when describing a dealer experience but trust me my sales team at Rich Hartmans Five Star Dealerships in Aberdeen, Washington were that and more.I was looking for a 2018 Lincoln Navigator to replace our old minivan (something nice for my wife to drive) and came across a very well-equipped low mile Navigator at Five Star Fold Lincoln. I figured Id just call them and see what the details were on the SUV. I call and started up a conversation with Pat Noll at the dealership and just chatted about the SUV, why it was leased for only a year (owners’ daily driver) and other pertinent information. Pat was open and answered all my questions without trying what I call the dealer conversation (monthly payment, etc.). I finally got to the point and told Pat what I was willing to pay for the Navigator, he didnt seem phased and simply let me know that hed call the dealership owner and ask if he would accept my offer, simple as that. About an hour later I get a call from Pat, and he lets me know that we have a deal (remember the easy word above).So, we go through the normal conversation about a car deal. I tell him Im going to finance through my own bank, once again; no, “well you should finance through us;” he simply asks what interest rate I was getting, tells me he probably cant match that and proceeds to getting everything handled. At this point he needs to hand me over to one of the financial managers and I think, uh oh, here we go.I get handed over to Bud Erickson and all my fears are alleviated very quickly. Pat has briefed Bud on the car, the financial information and the agreed deal. Bud runs me through the numbers, doesnt even try to up-sell me on anything and emails me a contract with nothing more on it than Five Stars standard document fee (clearly documented on their website) and a trip permit fee to drive the SUV back from Washington to California.Pickup day comes; the dealership sends a driver to pick me and my wife up from the airport. We get to the dealership and within an hour were on the SUV driving around doing some sightseeing in Seattle.I could go on forever but I want to be really clear! I cant reiterate how great Rich Hartmans Five Star Dealerships, Pat Noll and Bud Erickson were to buy a car from. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this dealership and their sales team to anyone, which is why Im writing this review. Everything was seamless from start to finish. You cant go wrong trusting these guys.On a quick side note, I didnt even look at the SUV before I purchased it. I know it sounds stupid, but the number of pictures that they provided to me and the description provided the sight picture I needed. The Navigator exceeded my expectations when I picked it up. They even included new floor mats while leaving the older, almost new ones in the SUV, new wireless headphones and a myriad of perks I was surprised at.Dont be afraid to call Pat or Bud if youre in the market for a new or used car, you cant go wrong with these salesmen or Rich Hartmans Five Star Dealerships!

We recently purchased a truck through this company and we signed papers on June 14th and they let us go home with the vehicle, then they decided to wait almost 2 weeks to tell us that the loan was not approved due to me being on FMLA. We finally jumped through hoops to get everything documented last minute since they waited so long to tell us and I was treated with nothing but disrespect and unprofessional conduct regarding my personal medical info. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this company and will NEVER reccomend this business to anyone.

I bought a 2013 ford escape. CHRIS Stewart was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I told him exactly what I wanted and he listened and within 20 minutes I had picked out a car. First I was at the other Five Star Auto Toyota and the salesman was not properly prepared didnt know where the cars were that were printed out for him to show me. He showed me a white Avalanche which I loved but when I open the door it sounded like metal on metal. When I told the salesman that there was something wrong he said no they all sound like that. The top of my head blew off. I had no more patience for this man. So Chris was a breath of fresh air. Took me on a test drive answered all my questions every time I email him he responds quickly. Gordon was also spectacular and Damen. Everyone treated me with respect answered all my questions and I felt like they went out of their way for me. I love love love my new car.

After buying a F-150 had an issue with my door locks the service manager went over and beyond to help me get the problem figured out and fixed in a timely manner. Have nothing but good things to say about my experience buying a new truck recently. My salesman Ricky Dunlap answered my questions and allowed me the time to make my decision. From what I experienced the Five Star Ford Sale group operates as a team and worked hard to gain my purchase and make me a satisfied customer.

By far the worst service Ive ever got in my life. Ill never buy a car from these people. I was in the middle of a deal in Olympia had a car bought and ready and these Knuckleheads call me and tell me that theyve got a car ready for me that I could get it I could be the price and all this other stuff. They promised me a two-day test drive promise to get me in so on and so forth that was on day one so I decided that I was going to leave Olympia and take them up on their offer. After several weeks of jumping through hoops and driving back and forth and spending many hours in their establishment not only did I not end up with her vehicle that they had promised but I also wasted close to 12 hours sitting around and really close to a hundred hundred fifty miles of driving back and forth throughout the several times of going back and forth so to you followers of mine I could never recommend this place to anybody. Theres a reason why I stopped buying anything from Aberdeen and this further proves the lifestyle in the mentality of the idiots that live there. So if you want to waste time to time gas money Indian efforts be sure to stop by five star cuz they can waste your time better than anybody Ive met. Enjoy about five star rating. Oh wait you only earned one star and if I can give you no stars in a thumb down thats what you get.

If I could review without a star I would. Took our new/used vehicle in for service (under warranty) and noticed the following day they removed the license plate frame from the dealership we purchased it from and put theirs on. I did not authorize this. I didn’t purchase from them because of bad experiences and now I will drive to Olympia for all my services. I filed a complaint with Ford (I am a former Ford employee) and drove to Olympia to get new frames. Was told by former Five Star Service employee that Rich Hartman tells his employees to do this and doesn’t care about complaints. Shame on you guys!!

My vehicle wouldnt start, so I towed it to 5star in aberdeen (next to burger king). I paid 515 in parts and 550 in labor costs for a fuel pump malfunction. Okay they did it in a day and i was happy with the timely manner because i had to go to Portland airport for a trip. On my way (40 mins of having the car back), the check engine light came on. So, I rode it out and made it to Portland and back, having a vacation during the process. I went back to 5star and told them this story, and they wanted another $150 to diagnose the light coming on.... nope, not today 5star. Went to early tire on port dock instead. Better service, and they stand behind their work. AVOID 5STAR AT ALL COSTUpdate: early tire looked at it and found it was a leak in the fuel pump area 5star just repairedUpdate2: returned to 5star telling them the issue that early tire told me. They agreed to hold onto it and see if it needs more repair and cost (their error they will fix) stars pending what they say/doUpdate3: since I started this saga, Ive run into brick wall after brick wall. I can tell you my mistake first, when I went back (OP) and spoke to the employee, I left when he gave me an answer I didnt like. My error is just that, instead of leaving, I shouldve spoke to the manager (service parts). Ive found the managers to be attentive and wanting to give 5 star its name as the other manager said. After speaking to the manager and explaining I paid for the first diagnosis, and this issue shouldve been caught/resolved then if it was something new, he agreed to hold onto it for me (update2). I got my car back today after just leaving it with them, and they couldnt replicate the issue and said they cant work on it until the check engine light comes back on. But at least they cleaned it up and tried and said come back if the light comes on. Well see if my vehicle issues come back TBC?!?
