They always treat me well. I drive from Olympia to get my oil changes and service done because they are so great. During my last visit Kevin was treated belligerently and remained calm and professional throughout the interaction. In summary, they treat EVERYONE well.

Called in with a simple question and got transferred over and over to several different departments and finally it went blank for almost 10 min. I guess they dont want my business!!!

Great Dealership. I felt welcomed, not husseled, from the moment I arrived. I just relocated from Alaska, moved to Ocean Shores, and wanted to buy local. Im glad I stopped in their Aberdeen dealership. Turned out, I didnt need to go any further.The sales representitive was extremely knowledgable about the different models available in the Jeep Wrangler line up. He listened to what I had to say regarding use, style, budget, and features I was interested in. His experience and 5 Stars inventory put me into the exact vehicle I was looking for.Once we selected the vehicle, the Finance Officer quickly guided me through the documents necessary to close the deal and I was off. If you are really serious about purchasing a Jeep, you owe it to yourself to give these folks a shot. You will be glad you did.

I’ve tried to bring my Jeep into this dealership 3 times now for simple fluid changes and every time they have a 2 -3 week wait before they can even look at my Jeep, only try to go here because it’s the closest dealership to my house but I’ve decided to drive to Olympia so I can get what I need done next day and continue to drive my car without worries. I just don’t understand how they expect someone to drive a car for that long on bad fluids and make it to work and back while waiting for them to call so they can change fluids.

I had a horrible problem with a Chrysler Pacific Hybrid that I purchased there (a unrepairable recall that made the car literally too dangerous to drive or even park indoors, etc). Initially, I had a bad experience with the dealership - but finally my problem got bumped up to the upper management and we were able to find a solution that worked. My advice if you have a problem - dont give up. Sometimes the first person you deal with cant solve your problem, but keep trying until you find someone that can. I had originally given them a one-star review but Ive changed it to a three-star because management eventually stepped in and made things right.

One of the worst experiences I have had with a service advisor in decades of servicing at new car dealerships. no names mentioned the gentlemen was the epitome of a know it all and somebody you would rather have working with a wrench than a telephone. Good luck I will take my business elsewhere.

What great place. The property is clean and the sales people are not pushy about selling a car. I was able to walk out with the car I wanted, at a very fair price and a more than fair trade in value on the terrible car I drove to the dealership. DJ was a smart, well mannered military veteran who helped me get the car that I wanted with very little effort from me. Harbor Chrysler was amazing they made us fell very comfortable and did everything in their power to get us in an amazing car with a great interest rate. First of all, I didnt end up as a customer at all. Im traveling through town from Colorado on vacation. I ruined a tire and have been unable to find a replacement in town since its an unusual tire. I came to the service department to see if they had the tire I needed. Terry tried to find a tire and didnt have it stock. He then proceeded to help me find the tire I needed. Since we are road tripping it, he helped me find another place on our trip to get the tire. He searched and called several places to find one.Way above and beyond service for a non customer. I wish I could do more than leave just a good review. Such awesome customer service. If I lived in Aberdeen I would make this my dealer for life just because of this help that Terry didnt even need to do. Kudos Terry.

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.I spoke over the phone about my vehicle about It changing gears over very hard. I was told “that’s what jeeps do. Don’t waste your time coming in for a service to tell you that In person.” Months later I decided to get it checked anyway. A new transmission. New transfer cable and a recall on my vehicle all done that kept getting delayed day after day with my vehicle sitting there while I’m in a rental. Several times calling to ask “just wondering when my Jeep will be done because I haven’t heard anything and It should have been done yesterday.” “Oh it’s not ready. It’ll be ready by two.” At 3:00 It still wasn’t ready. It went another two days after that for another issue found. (Which is fine! But just decency to LET ME KNOW)Got my paperwork & Jeep back - the ticket on my keys states “ parked next to the wash bay “. I get my vechile it’s filthy inside and out. Never was washed after service. Interior was never taken with care or caution. Grease and dirt stains on my interior that I’ll be paying for someone else to clean.I called to speak with management to have them make It right- STEVE was rude. Told me my “business was elsewhere anyway”.Unbelievable.LAST TIME AT THIS PLACE.

I had vehicle problems while driving through, right before closing. I was really needing someone to just take a look to see if it was safe to keep going ony vacation. All the mechanics were busy or gone, and Jim at the service counter came out and scanned the code for me, and **crawled under my van in his shirt & tie** to look for anything obvious.I cant express how grateful I was for him helping like this!!Absolutely would recommed this dealer for excellent service!

I used to support shopping local for a long time. This purchase ruined that for me.Nobody enjoys leaving a car lot and finding out during the delivery that the 60+ thousand dollar deal I signed is a done deal and to finish everything and go outside for delivery and be shown the dent and gash in the rear door and cab of the truck.Not to mention the lying that took place by the sales manager and salesman when I specifically asked what towing capabilities this truck had and they told me 30,000 lbs, later to find out they lied and its really 20k pounds. Their response was oh sorry thats our bad. But itll tow anything you need.. I informed them when purchasing the truck I had a 43ft fifth wheel thats dry weight is 16k lbs and loading it, Im already pushing my limits.Doesnt sound like a very safe way of doing business. Now I just have to hope my rear end or tranny doesnt blow the first trip I take and all of the sudden, my warranty wont cover and is void.Another thing that is bs is the 110% kbb value. I traded in my 2013 F150 and they had a complaint about a quarter sized dent in the tailgate, but sure didnt mind selling me a brand new Ram 3500 with a dent in the cab of the truck and door thats around 5 inches in size... so they gave me 17,000 and turned around and washed the truck and put it on the lot for 25k. That also goes along with lying about the options my truck did and didnt have.If I didnt absolutely need to move my fifth wheel, I wouldnt have made this deal.... lessons learned the hard way suck.
