WOW PHENOMENAL!! If we could give 6 stars we would! After a horrible customer service experience at Apple Chevrolet in Red Lion, PA earlier in the morning, my husband and I called Shawn/JR at Preston Chevy to see if they could help us find the same truck. We should have started at Preston Chevy to begin with (and will return for business in the future hands-down). From their passion for the company to making the overall buying experience enjoyable, specifically Shawn and JR went above and beyond to help us purchase the vehicle we wanted at a very reasonable price. The customer service is well worth the travel in the MD, VA, PA area (our travel time was 2.5 hours one way). They offered options but didnt make us feel pressured like other dealerships we had been to (especially during this car crisis), they made us feel comfortable and worked to offer us the best deal possible. I just recently purchased a 2017 ram 1500 hemi from preston Chevrolet. Ian Gillies my salesman and I have to say, this was the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Every single person at this place is genuinely great. They went above and beyond so I could get the truck I wanted. Drove a few hundred miles to get it and stayed late to make sure I could leave with it. They had a new hire, Christian sat in on the sale to learn. Very friendly and is going to be a great salesman. They offered theyre opinion then left it up to me on everything. Which is what a sales person is supposed to do, thats theyre job. Neil gillies the sales manager was also part of the sale and was also just a great dude. Great job to all three of them, I couldnt be happier with the truck and experience. If you want a great environment/friendly people, great experience, the feeling that your buying from a good friend/family, or just need a vehicle. No need to look any further, this place will do you right. Again, kudos to Ian, Christian and Neil. Thank you for the awesome experience and great truck.

The service department, as always, are accommodating as always. They were more thorough with the service on this go around, and hopefully will correct the issue that reoccurred from the last visit to correct same issue. Additional parts were replaced to correct problem. Will see if this repair will last longer then a month. Im not faulting the service department, its a manufacture issue. Keeping fingers crossed!!!

Went in not really expecting much to happen to be honest. Was interested in a Trailblazer but was shown respect when told it probably wouldnt happen. My salesmen was Jack Spooner and he went back and forth with finance explaining what I wanted. We finally looked at some Trax models and he pulled them up on the computer to check out. I settled on one and he quickly informed finance. While waiting for some information back he was polite, offered me some drinks or to get me a snack. Had a normal conversation about things we enjoy, how lifes going and he showed interest when I was speaking. That was pretty amazing as most people just tune you out to just get the job done. Darren in finance was fantastic. Made the process fun, informative and personable. Never laughed so much while committing to a vehicle loan. He is very good at making you feel at home while your working with him. Overall this has been the best experience Ive had while purchasing a new vehicle and I will continue to shop there in the future as well as recommend to others.

I got off work about 4 a.m. and went home, I couldnt get any sleep and already planned on going to the dealer later that day, so instead webt sooner in the morning towards opening hours. Found my sales man and started browsing cars with one already in mind, things didnt work out so I needed a newer model car to fit my financial affairs. Test drove one car that wasnt for me personally and then he found what later became my car within 10 mins. A short story even shorter, after a few hours, I walked away with a gem that my family keeps praising. Really good staff and my solution today.

Very small dealership delivers ((((HUGE))))) RESULTS. My salesman Glenn Andreasik handled my 2020 C8 order like I was the only customer he had. Sat down with me went over all the options, made it very easy to buy. The General Manager treated more than fair with the price. ( no PRICE GOUGHING, like a lot of other dealers do). The finance guy Darren, had me in and out in 20 minutes with a lower interest rate than quoted. So I can tell you first hand. Bigger dealerships are not better. I have been attempting to work with this dealership since August in reference to a reimbursement for a camshaft cover on a Chevy Cruze, as part of the extended warranty campaign by GM. Since the part had already been replaced, GM instructed me to work with my local dealership to get reimbursed for the work. The first time I submitted the paperwork, the dealer admitted they lost the paperwork, so I had to visit a second time to resubmit. I called a month later to check on the status, and they told me they are submitting the paperwork right now. I called three weeks later and was informed GM approved the request, and they had no further information.Today, I called GM directly to get a status on the reimbursement, and was informed that they never received a reimbursement request for my vehicle from the dealership. I am now working directly with GM to get reimbursed.Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated with the entire experience regarding something as simple as submitting paperwork to GM. The entire thing reeks of incompetence. They lost the paperwork and then lied to me saying that it was submitted. I am now going on four months to get reimbursed for what amounts to $61.99. If they cant handle something this simple, Im not sure how the service department can be trusted to handle anything with any kind of complexity.

Good morning. I had the opportunity to try and acquire a vehicle from this dealer. I went in wanting a High Country 1500, they didnt have that in stock, but showed me the 2500 series, and I immediately fell in love with the vehicle, but I wanted the 1500 series. After being told they can have one there within a weeks timeframe, and giving a security deposit I still have yet to see a vehicle. Now after asking for the money back, Im getting the run around about them processing the request thru their accounting department. Long story short they were not what I was expecting, and its taking close to a Month and I still have yet to receive my refund.

He told me it sounded like too much work on their end and informed it was best NOT to drop it off and to find someone else to deal with it. What a complete lack of customer service and courtesy. Purchase: 2018 Nissan Armada SL (Used)Date: September 26, 2020Would give 2.5 - for Accounting, pre-sale, and registrars customer service.Arrived at the dealership, based on a Carfax ad, for a vehicle with no visible damage, nor any prior damage. I called and verified this, prior to driving to Maryland.Test drove the vehicle, no issues. Had new brakes and tires (dealer stock), so I could not expect top of the line. I also conducted a quick visual inspection of the vehicle before price negotiations started. Note: It rained prior to arrival, so the vehicle was wet. I then conducted a more thorough inspection of the vehicle, and noticed a broken left tail-light, and a 4-inch dent in the lift gate beneath of the taillight, as well as some issues that would be resolved during detailing.I was initially going to pass and move on, but I was advised by Sales Consultant S.T. (used Initials, as his name doesn’t really matter) that they would make it right through an I.O.U form. Nissans over the phone estimate to fix the dent was $600, and Preston Chevrolet advised they would replace the light. After going back and forth, I agreed to a full set of Weather Tech mats (Which includes, all three rows and the cargo area for a total of $407.80. On the IOU form, we wrote, “Full set of mats” but did not put a price. I asked the dealership to make the purchase for me, so that there were no issues. They advised they did not have a Weather Tech account and “all I need to do is make the purchase, and email S.T. and General Manager C.G.” I purchased the Weather Tech mats the same day and emailed both as requested.Fast Forward:What I was expecting to receive: based on my conversation with S.T. ($407.80 and a rear taillight).What I received: A check for $304.00 on October 29, 2020 and the correct taillight November 2, 2020 (I picked it up two weekends after). I had to consistently text and call for both.S.T. would blame C.G. because it wasn’t taken care of.When I received the check, and asked S.T. why I only received $304.00, his response verbatim: “Chris my manager and I priced it out that day, the mats billed out to be $304 we didn’t agree on the trunk liner..”I obviously saved everything. Here’s what makes NO sense, a full set of mats without the trunk liner only costs $259.85 delivered on the Weather Tech site. I would not have agreed to receiving $250, instead of $400, as I was already expecting to take a loss on the $600 I thought it would cost to fix. The actual cost to fix the dent is $950 and that is not at a certified Nissan Service Center. Nissan was around $1100. Additionally, I immediately lose on the resale value because there is a damage claim attached to my VIN.Back to the purchase date: As soon as I arrived home, I noticed a six inch crack in the windshield when I went to place my EZPass by the rear view mirror. I immediately called S.T.’s desk phone to leave a message, because the dealership was closed. I then called and tried to speak to S.T. for the following 3 days, but he would advise he was busy with customers.S.T. sent a generic thank you email, and I was able to advise him of the crack. S.T. called me and advised that I would be able to bring the vehicle in for a windshield replacement under warranty, as he recently had the same issue with a customers used Chevrolet Tahoe. I was pleased with the response, and asked for a date to bring it in. S.T. advised he needed to reach out to service for their availability. A few days pass, I call again, S.T. then advises that his manager C.G. said no, they already agreed to replace the rear tail light and that’s all they are willing to do.The rear tail light has nothing to do with the front windshield and they should not have sold the vehicle with the crack. Unfortunately, I did not notice it, because there’s black dots behind it.I do not recommend shopping here for a used non-Chevrolet.Edit: their response below has not been fulfilled, nor does it address my concerns.

Well Im not sure how to start this review of my experience at Preston Chevrolet other than WOW!!!! Rob is the the epitomy of efficiency, knowledge, and no-nonsense car dealings when it comes to a good salesman. He PERSONALLY prepped the truck for my arrival, amazing! With Neils blessing from the back office I drove to Maryland to see these guys and get a deal that no one in Lancaster, Pa could touch. More for my trade and a smaller bottom line by thousands. The paperwork for a new truck is more involved than purchasing a house by now but Darren made the mundane experience enjoyable and quicker than ever before. I would make the drive over and over to deal with these guys....it was so worth it. The perfect truck for the best price anywhere. Great job fellas. I look forward to our dealings in the future!

Amazing service. Robert Dawson, thats the gentleman the assisted me with my purchase today. He was a rockstar. This place is easily 5 stars. The only downside, was that they were short staffed today, so things took a while. However, that being said, the service that I received was amazing. Frank the finance guy, did some work, some good work. He found me a good loan. With the numbers I needed. They never tried to force the issue, or try to get me to spend more than I was trying to spend. Overall, this place did a great job, even if it took a bit longer, I know I got top notch service.

I do not always come out and rave about a car dealership, but I will regarding Aberdeen Chevrolet. A few weeks ago I brought a 2015 GMC Terrain in to diagnose an issue with its all wheel drive to be covered under warranty. This is a very professional team. First of all they provided me a brand new 2019 Equinox off the lot to drive for a few days while they diagnosed the problem. The few days went on to be about two weeks, no complaints on my end! I would rather be in this position while the extensive repairs were being made, they did not stop until everything that needed to be replaced was done.. While there, I had them detail the vehicle, what a THOROUGH jobs they did! The previous owner of this vehicle id not take care of it inside. Aberdeen Chevrolet has an exceptional detailing team! An oil change too, at a really reasonable price for full synthetic. I was really impressed with everyone in service that I communicated with and the Terrain is perfect. I trust them, and will be back in the future.

May 19, 2020 Update:I decided to give Aberdeen Chevy another chance. Its not uncommon for things not to go right from time to time. So, I scheduled another appointment with them, this time for the 15K service. I scheduled the appointment for 8 AM, thinking this would be the first vehicle serviced, I made sure and reiterated several times that I was WAITING for the car. I went for a walk and to get some coffee and came back a little more than an hour later. They had not pulled my car into the shop yet. If it wasnt going to be worked on right away, and I told them (Again, several times!) I was waiting -- dont you think they should have told me, Hey, we have a couple of cars ahead of you... But no. No problem! It wont take long..Just so you know, the 15K service is an oil change and an inspection of brakes, wipers, etc. It doesnt take an hour, certainly not longer.I am through with these people. I have no idea how they stay in business, unless people here dont care about their time. If I was working with a customer and showed up an hour late with no work done, Id be fired.I would avoid this place... Ive had two bad service experiences and two bad sales experiences. Again, no idea how these guys stay in business.______________________________________________This is a very small dealership so the selection is limited. I went there for service for my car and apparently theyre not used to working on Corvettes in spite of selling them. Had to wait for oil of all things to be delivered. It wasnt bad service at all, but I do wonder how theyd handle something more than just an oil change.

I have mixed perceptions about this dealer. They do not seem concerned about your time, only theirs. No sales pressure, but seems a bit unorganized, so I may take my business elsewhere. The shop was small and not sure about the quality of work, but the service person was very nice! Just not too sure about this dealer.Still waiting for a direct reply about ordering a vehicle. This rating is for service.They got me in same day, which was good.I had my truck diagnosed by a trusted Chevrolet dealer before relocating up here.Nonetheless they tried to rope me into paying a 95 dollar diagnostic, which doesnt go towards the repair. Unlike all GM dealers Ive worked with.After spending over three hundred dollars, the service rep didnt explain the repair, didnt have a basic inspection of my vehicle done like all other dealers, nor treat me like a valued customer. Didnt explain the success of the repair. The Technicians are great service reps not so.Ted in sales is 6/5 stars

Fantastic! They was polite and courteous. They told me approximate times it would take to perform a service and offered me a soda, free! I know this sounds cheap but no other company would ever do this. Little things like the soda keeps me going back to them. Keep up the great work standards you have.

JP Chevorlet service dept was maybe the best Ive ever experienced. I literally waited like no time at all. They provided me with courtesy transportation and 4 hours later they were done installing my splash guards and side bars on my truck. Awesome! Keep up the good work....

As a repeat customer, I was not surprised how courteous the people of JP are. From the moment I pulled on the lot everyone was bending over backwards to assist the wife and I. From the owner, to the men on the front line. First and foremost, the men made me feel very welcome. A very knowledgeable crew had the answers to all my questions and concerns without hesitations. Alignment issue and dash lights on. They cleared the dash lights and couldnt do they alignment because car is too low in front, so they charged me 80 bucks and the lights are back on after driving a mile down the road to NTB. Unbelievable.

When I contacted the dealership to schedule the appointment, I was offered a same-day time slot! Unfortunately, I could not take that time slot, so I was scheduled for the next morning. My expectation was to drop off my car on my way to work and pick it up on the way home later that afternoon. When my phone rang within an hour of drop off, I was expecting to hear that I needed additional service. Imagine my surprise when the call was to notify me that my vehicle was ready!From start to finish, everyone I was in contact with was professional and kind. I received a thorough explanation of the results of the 27 point inspection and not once was I pressured into having service performed that wasnt necessary, which most people dont believe when they hear that I have my vehicle serviced at a dealership. I proudly tell those folks that they are wrong and encourage them to experience for themselves!
