The absolute best courier out there rite now, if you have to ship an international package, just bring it to them and they will pack and put it together for you, the whole entire team is very professional in what they do, i love this UPS Store!

Walked in to make colored prints from a flash drive. Greeted by two employees, neither of which knew how to print an 11x17 in color. From a flash drive. Incompetence.Drove to FedEx in New Tampa and walked out 5 minutes later with colored prints in hand.

You cant print from a USB. They intentionally lock the capability from the copy machine, and the only option is to use the computer, thus adding an unneeded $3 fee on top of the reasonable $0.15 per page fee. Most places allow you to print directly from the copy machine without a $3 technology fee.

They mustve changed management.i had nothing but professional photocopy work done there.turned out better on their machine then at the printing comp.i went to in pinellas county.and cost 1/3 of the price.excellent work and employee guidance also was outstanding...will go there for all my copying needs again..

Rude and unhelpful employees. It’s worth the drive to Wesley Chapel or even calling customer service for better service (which says a lot). Won’t be returning.

Store manager Julie is extremely rude and unhelpful, she got loud and had an attitude with me and another customer. Rachel was helpful and got the job done that Julie could not. She is a excellent employee.

Ladies thank you so much, I cant thank you enough for all the help today, the staff are polite, attentive, professional and friendly. It is a crazy day for me between work and kids but this girls made my day. NOTE if you dont have time to wrap your Christmas gifts, this store sell beautiful holiday envelops and boxes and very affordable. Highly recommended.

I had to return a couple large boxes to Amazon. I am 75 years old. I am not strong.The counter people were neither pleasant nor helpful. No smiles. No greetings. GRUMPY. No effort to understand my situation. No help when they told me I had to do some repackaging. No “thank you.” No receipt for my package. Did I mention GRUMPY.These are difficult times….I understand. But most retail employees have been trained to “fake” a greeting and a smile.At most other UPS store locations I have found the help to be very accommodating, kind and understanding. Not this location.Go to some other UPS store….any other UPS store.

The employees always do a real good job packing whatever I’m shipping. Great customer service. Friendly employees.

Sending Christmas gifts at this pandemic time is not as easy as before. Thank you to this UPS Store staff, you make everything easy and smoot for us. From suggesting us holiday beautiful boxes and padded envelops, taping and adding some paper inside to add protection to the items super thumbs up. Very helpful, the price is not so bad as what my other friends telling me. They are quick but careful. I told my wife about it and she is very happy we found new place to trust our shipments most especially we just moved to this area. Thank you again ladies.

I am sorry, but today was the first time stepping in this facility. Had a UPS drop off. They were really rude to a customer and yelling at her for coming in after 5pm for a notary. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Doesnt look good, as a customer coming in. There was a line, so various people can vouch for this behavior. My transaction was quick and lady that helped was nice to me.

Went in this store to send off a return item and asked for a receipt for my records (which I have gotten every time before) and the rude associate said it would be emailed. I explained to her its not connected to my email and wanted the receipt for my record of the item being returned and still nothing. Will drive a little further for future UPS needs just to have better customer service experience!!!

Really nice store. The staff there was very sweet and helpful. They packed and shipped a fragile item I bought for my niece. She said it was well packed and arrived safely. Highly recommended.

I am moving to New York and need to ship a lot of our stuff, Am so happy and satisfied going to this store to asked rates for shipping, At first, I thought it would cost me a couple of thousand of dollars but to my surprised, it cost me almost half of whats in my head, Plus the owner helped us bringing our shipments using his truck. Great service very nice people, good customer service highly recommended and I learned new things to save money on shipping using UPS Freight. Am very very happy thumbs up to this store.

Not all employees wear masks and none remind customers to wear masks properly or to respect others by social distancing in the very very small space.

Tried to charge me $4 to print one black and white copy…”because their employee had to use the computer to print it”Never again will I come to ups.

I had an unusual situation. Very large, very heavy and fragile doll house needed to be shipped from Florida all the way up to Wisconsin. Kurt, the owner, was fantastic. He used his own pick up truck to go retrieve the doll house, and his wonderful team wrapped it very carefully for shipping up here. Everyone I spoke with was always cheerful and helpful, and I can’t believe how they went out of their way. I totally recommend them!

Always slow, even when youre the only customer in the store. Understaffed or untrained employees contribute to the back up.Plan on at least 10 minutes just to check an item in.And no masks on employees.

Just went there today and Amber at the Zephyrhills store near Publix really helped me out. I had told her that the package contained a circuit board to be returned to Amazon and was valued at $529. She shook the packaged box and noticed that it rattled on the inside which was not a good thing for electronics items.. Then she opened it up and added air bulbble wraps to cushion the packaging and then voila no more rattling. Thank You so much Amber for being so conscientious and caring... Great job!!!!

I cannot say enough how wonderful, patient, and helpful the entire staff was with my many needs today. As unprepared as I was, they made all of my tasks so much simpler and were so kind and helpful. Anne was a total joy to work with, I simply cannot say enough how wonderful she was. I will absolutely return. Thank you!

Very helpful and professional the only place I go to pack and ship.

Ive only been to this ups store a couple times. One time to take photos to apply for a passport and another time to ship a package. Each time I was serviced very quickly so I have no complaints here

The UPS Store on Gall Blvd. in Zephyrhills,FL by Publix great experience. MJ and Allysa provided top-notch service. I brought in a My Little Pony Canterlot & Seaquestria Castle w/ a light up tower and I was really impressed by both. They pulled off breaking down the tower and making a smaller box possible.

Highly recommended for freight service.

Always rude, I will drive to the Wesley Chapel store just to avoid going here. Also have no clue what they are doing. To top it off, they will charge you $1 just to tape a small box shut. Most shipping stores have tape out for free to use.

Just visited to drop off a package, I use this place all the time. Masks mandate signs all over and I walk in, stand in line social distancing waiting my turn with a mask on, like everyone else, and I notice one of the young girls working there didn’t have on a mask. Fortunately she wasn’t the one that helped me, I would’ve refused her assistance.

Terrible customer service. Package mailed out through this store was damaged and not delivered but returned to this store. Was never notified and had to track and start an investigation into location of this package. It was returned to this store and I was never notified. They were of NO help in getting a refund or returning cost of shipping. Dive to Wesley Chapel folks

Rude. They dont acknowledge new customers, just briefly look up & then look away. You have to wait even if youre just dropping off prepaid parcels. If you dont like your jobs then dont work here.

These ladies do a phenomenal job of treating customers with kindness. Heavy packages? They help you out to your car, and always have a smile on their faces.

Hours listed not accurate, says open 10-3 Sunday but just went at 1:40 and it’s closed and locked.

I asked if a Fragile sticker can be put on box I was shipping.. BECKY told me at first.( I can not put any other sticker on the box. Expect the address sticker) I then said the other UPS STORE in Wesley chapel puts the sticker on the box. BECKY then says to me ( all the UPS stores are owed independent ) and also says ( BUT YOU CAN BUT A Fragile STICKER from here to put on) WHAT IN THE WORLD IS REALLY GOING ON HERE.. GOT TO LOVE IT.. SMH

1st time ever shipping a package. I overnighted it costed me 123$. Ok expected. Package was late even was lost at one point. Had to call to find out where my pack. Never called to let me know that they found it. I had to keep track. Got refund check for less than i paid, and wrong address. I will never do business here again

Never had a problem with this place, theyre very friendly. To those that had a terrible experience, maybe the constant in the equation of your experiences is closer than you think.

Its sad when a companys services are so bad that they make you crave the ease of use of a government-run entity like the public library. This particular UPS charges computer time by the minute and then intentionally throttles internet speed so downloading even something as simple as a single page PDF document takes much longer than it should. Their computer is so old that it, too, contributes to the slow processing speeds and printing any succession of documents is a plethora of continuous clicking; no doubt intended to keep customers standing at the desk while their charges mount up. And if that wasnt enough, their staff, seeing an aggravated customer, proceeds to act on the offensive rather than attempt to understand the customer and resolve an issue. Not only will I not be going back, Ill be calling corporate to demand my money back. Horrible business and customer service practices.

I got there at 6:05pm and they were already closed, all I wanted to do was ask about my package that was Supposed to have been delivered, when their hours of operation clearly states 8am to 6:30pm Monday though Friday, if they had negative stars to give I would have.

May as well disconnect the phone line.They employees literally just ignore it ringing. You can call from in store and watch them ignore it.Then after waiting in line they tell you needed to call for appointment for notary service.
