Nice sized store, conveniently located. Lots of shops in this strip mall, including a Publix grocery store. Plenty of parking. The store itself has all of your standard office supplies, a copy and print center, computers, printers, accessories, etc. Staff was available and pretty cheery. I dont see a reason not.to recommend shopping there. Google says they open at 9am, but they actually open at 8am on weekdays.

Great experience with Gwen. Shes very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She saved me! Id been searching everywhere for a primary notebook for a kindergarten student. (Frustrations were high, seriously...lol) She saved the notebooks for me at the register and somehow knew right away I was there for the notebooks as soon as I walked in the door. (This woman is AMAZING!!!!!!!) She even directed me (with ease) to find other things I needed. Shes a blessing! Thank you, Gwen! You helped make my day that much better. Gwen is highly knowledgeable of this store and its products. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Shes WONDERFUL!!!!!!!! Gwen deserves to be the manager of this store. Thanks again, Gwen! Great place to visit for quick office items. Unfortunately, they are shutting down this location in mid January 2021.

I was greeted the moment that I walked in the door, and from that point on, each Staples employee that I came into contact with did their absolute best to ensure that I had the best possible customer experience. I had an important printing job to complete for the organization that I manage. The job required assistance, and I had my young children in tow. During my visit, I was in contact with the printing staff, check-out staff, and general manager of the store. Each treated my family and I with the utmost care, doing all that they could to ensure a smooth experience. Each person was patient, kind, polite, and knowledgeable. Ive been managing the organization that I work for twelve years. Every year, I dread this particular printing task! Ive been to many printers and have experimented with many different ways of printing the name badges we require during our annual show. This year, the Staples staff ensured that the task was finished quickly and efficiently; I couldnt be more pleased! More than that, however, I value the exceptional customer service I experienced. The staff here are the best!

The manager is always very nice. Today she helped me by the clearance items and also as she walked around the store. Jaime was also super helpful. He asked if I was a teacher (I am) so I received an extra 10% off and a goody bag! This store is always clean and well organized.

Price matching. And Kayla is the best employee they have. Shes very kind and super helpful. She needs a raise!

Went to ZH Staples to bring in spent ink cartridges - no one at registers, manager walked by twice but I couldnt get her attention. Waited for 17 minutes then left. Less than impressed!

The people in the Copy Center are very friendly and helpful. Ive taken several projects to them, and they find a workable solution for me in a timely manor. Ive been very happy with their knowledge and professionalism.

Its ok. The employees were friendly but the prices on certain things, are insane. This Staples needs some major competition so they will have to be competitive with prices.

The printing service here is great! They are quick and when something goes wrong, they fix it.

Check website first. If you find website same product cheaper, they match. Saved me $50. Its Staples, dont expect much but they have good deals. Nice people

Great selection of office/business supplies, electronics, office furniture, pens, pencil, markers, lamps, computers, laptops, tables, computer programs, software/hardware, paper, card stock, desk/floor mats, inks, toners, copies, adapters/connectors, cables, extention cords, cordless devices. They have the people to help you find what you need. If its not in store, they will take the time to find a listing, order it and have it shipped to your business/office or home.

I mean its a good staples its small and they are only open for a few hours a day. When it first open the hours where better now there not the best

After a visit to the Zephyrhills Staples last year and three trips to the register to buy a video card just to told all the freaking boxes are EMPTY, I quit going. A associate here in town wanted to get a new computer for his business, After checking every store in town we decided to try Staples as a LAST resort.We werent wrong. Picked a laptop, response, We dont have that one, off to a second laptop, same response. So we go to the All in one systems at $1000.00. Spend about ten minutes looking at specs and checking to see if it would perform the necessary functions. Tell the clerk, Well take this one. Know what this idiot says?????? Oh, we dont have this one eitherWhy or even how a company of this crappy service stays in business is beyond me.Sincerely one very discusted customer.

I just went to the Staples in Zephyrhills tonight. I was going to buy a laptop but I was there over twenty minutes and not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed something. I went to the cash register but no one was there so I left. Very disappointed & I will take my business elsewhere.

Went in this store 2 times with the intention of buying a new computer. We were totally ignored. Asked for assistance and was told someone would be with us in just 1 minute. Waited several minutes and left in frustration. Probably wont shop here again.

Took my computer to ask what was wrong and the tech there said the mother board was gone and it would be cheaper to but a new computer than to fix it. Just to let you know that I took it to a computer guy in Zephyrhills and he said it was a power failure because of a broken wire in the plug in on the computer . told me where to take it and it was fixed for $50.00. will not trust Staples ever again. You need to hire someone that is willing to help and not a salesman pretending to be a tech.this was March 24th at the Staples store in Zephyrhills Fl.beware take your needed repairs to a business that repairs and not sell

Place is a joke I took a video of this as I entered the store,waited up front to pick-up an order that I called on since corp sent me an e-mail telling me it was in..Waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up by the register.. UNREAL..After a final arrival gave them the printed paper of the order. Could not find it in the back another 20 minutes. Only two employees at 7pm finally found it at the register underneath..Hate this place always like this...Get some real workers!!!!!!!!!
