Went today this morning and with a pandemic going on and covid19 variants more contagious a customer driving a lifted silver pick up walks in without wearing a facemask putting employees and customers at risk yet no one spoke up. You dont see issues like this across the border its ashame that in my own country lack of respect.

Manager Tony and the staff at this location seem like they actually enjoy helping you. No job is too big or too small. They will remember you, your name, and what you usually need after just a few visits. Eager and efficient service... always.

I thought I was shipping through UPS since this is the UPS store. I will never ship an envelope through you again! I hate the Post Office. They keep losing my mail. I guess Ill have to go to FedEx. Hopefully they dont use the Post Office!

I had a problem with my credit card, have it send to this location, as soon as they received it, they return it the same day, awful service.

Just retired to travel in my rv. Had a package shipped to another ups store with no issues. However, when I had one shipped to this store, and arrived to pick it up (the day after it arrived), I was informed that it had been refused because I didnt call first. I didnt call the other store first, but I was informed by the two women in the store, quite rudely, I might add, that well thats not us. Quite rude and unhelpful.

I had great customer service here. No matter what I needed: send a package, mail a large envelope, make copies, they were always extraordinarily helpful. I had a friend who worked there but the restnofvthrm didnt know that as she insisted we not tell them, keep it professional.

Great customer service from Amanda. UPS office from 32nd st is the best in yuma. I have had terrible experiences at the other ones. Bad attitude, as if they hated their jobs. I was very please at this location.
