Matress buying is pretty expensive and for a first time buyer like myself it was kind of confusing. Luckily the workers here were very friendly and helped us to the extent possible, attempting to stay in our budget. Even though it was late when I entered the store (around 7:30 p.m.) on a Thursday evening, the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, polite and courteous, and even tried to save me money. He subtly pointed out the many advantages of shopping with this store, but it wasnt in a confrontational, high pressure, pushy sort of way at all. My entire transaction was, frankly, enjoyable. It was quick and efficient, and I feel like the prices are reasonable and honest.

Went to look and shop for a new bed. Our salesman, Oliver, was low pressured and answered the questions with suggestions to fit our concerns. So many choices, but no rush on the decision making.
