Was very disappointed in the sales I received, I had advised them of my medical needs!! They sold me the worst adjustable bed... the owner Susan couldnt even call herself, she had her sales representative calll.. what a joke will never buy locally again!!

AMAZING 4 month return policy. Most places wont let you return a mattress if you decide you dont like it. Understandable, its a hygiene issue. However most places wont even give you in-store credit towards a new mattress either. Mattress Warehouse does both. 4 whole months to either get a full refund or 100% credit towards a new mattress. 4-8 months gets you 75% credit. Great deal. I feel very comfortable buying a mattress knowing its risk-free if it starts to feel uncomfortable a few months down the road. We almost bought a mattress from Conns but hesitated due to their strict no return policy on mattresses; very glad we stopped at Mattress Warehouse.

When we purchased this mattress, we asked for an early morning delivery and were told that it would be delivered after 8:30 am on Sat the 15th. It is 3:28 pm on Sat. And just received our first call from the delivery man.Salesperson should have told me it would delivered on Sat and we wouldnt have waited since 8:30 am. I am a lot miffed about this.

Cant compare the quality of service and prices....let me explain, one month ago I purchased furniture at Ashleys on fourth ave. At time of purchased they promised that all merchandise would be delivered within a week. I got the furniture within two weeks and spent a whole month waiting for my matress. I eventually cancelled and decided to walk into Mattress Warehouse on 24th. Walked in and was warmly greeted. Cant compare the service. I highly recommend it to everybody, and the prices are even better. Thank you..

If there was a no star on this review it would get one this place has been nothing but headace i would not recommend this store if it was your only option its taking me almost half a year to resolve a on going issue i understand its a manufacuter issue thats not my problem why carry that brand give me my money and id go somewhere else but they want me to take my mattress in so they can send it out to get fix what im suppose to do then without a mattress sleep on box springs and the mattress arent that cheap in price for them to be doing this im sure theres other places ive could of bought a cheaper mattress if i wanted to
