I would actually give them a zero. Ripped off a elderly women in Winterhaven. She paid allot of money 💰 for a used golf car from West Coast. It broke down. They picked it up before the warranty expired but because the son didnt work on it the same day he said the warranty expired then charged the elderly women $165 for bringing it back 12 miles away and never told her! We could of brought it on our trailer. Shame SHAME on your business for ripping off the elderly. Please share your story if you have had the same experience with West Coast! 👎👎👎👎👎

I wouldnt give this business ONE PLUGGED NICKEL! The gentleman on the phone was so RUDE I dont even know how they stay in business. Oh, thats right...they stay in business by NOT honoring first-come, first-serve and get GREEDY and try and force you to rent for six months even though youre first in line to rent for 1 1/2 months. They have their little ATM machine running because of the snowbird business down in Arizona and the way it is right now. Forget customer service. Forget doing what is morally right. ALL that matters is the MONEY! Of course, it would be so simple to rent to the customer ready to make the reservation now and let others know the window they have to operate in but NO! Good luck on your business model. Eventually that mentality brought down Macys and Sears and by creating all the ill-will youre creating by telling first-in-liners to go screw themselves (in so many words) youll eventually crash too! I wish I could be there when you close your doors!

Great service! They came out right away. Replaced the batteries on our company golf cart the same day. They did a great job! We will definitely use them again.
