The honesty, integrity and excellent customer service we have received from Johnny and his staff over the last year has been outstanding. We purchased a new 2020 cart from Premier last August. Unfortunately we experienced a mechanical issue that could not be resolved. Johnny went to bat for us with Ezgo, and today we took delivery of our brand new 2022 cart, with no out of pocket expense to us. Johnny is a very knowledgeable, super nice guy and aims to please. We got a very good deal on our EasyGo golf cart. They installed the enclosure beautifully. Shane delivered our new cart. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic I found my way to PGCoY to find a set of “wheels” for my 83 year old mother. Michael and Diego were great salesmen and talked me into getting a second cart (the one I liked from the sale floor). Johnny, the owner, worked with me over the phone and found a way to make this socially distanced sale!!! I L❤️VE how quiet my “jitney” is! I can hear nature all around me on the ranch here in Texas!!! When I called to order a charge meter for my Texas cart, Johnny gave me his honest opinion that all I needed to do was charge my cart every night! Lost the sale of a charge meter, but gained a very satisfied customer!!

My mother had a golf cart picked up from Welton to be worked on and we got it back only to discover, it had been dropped off a trailer at 45 mph and hit a fence . Driver dropped it!!!!! They never told me about it! A young man at a dealership I met, told me !! Still have not received a phone call and they must know that I know!!! CON artist!! Do not do business with Johnny!

While trying to explain why our golf cart enclosure was installed incorrectly, he told my husband to tell your wife to cool her jets!

We shopped all over San Diego, Online and finally landed at Premier. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with and we are looking forward to taking position of our our candy apple red beauty in a couple of weeks. The staff was knowledgeable and answered all thousand of our questions. SUPER friendly and easy going!!! I was able to order the golf cart of my dreams!!! They were even able to install seatbelts for all four seats! I would highly recommend Johnny AND PGC of Yuma!!!

Rented from Premier for a River trip. Good phone customer service. Fair rates. Good golf cart right there and ready when we got there. Beat the heck out of trailering ours all the way across the desert. Will be repeating next month.Happy 4th of July!!

Friendly staff. They are always willing to help any way they can. No pressure sales and parts and service will make sure you have what you need and not have you buy more than you need. Prices are fair and up front. I will be doing bussing with them for a long time. All of my friends use them and at all different parks. New and refurbished Sales, Rentals, parts and service, and even storage. They cover it all.

I wouldnt give this business ONE PLUGGED NICKEL! I dont even know how this business STAYS in business! Oh, thats right...they stay in business by NOT honoring first-come, first-serve customers and get GREEDY and try and force you to rent for six months even though youre first in line to rent for 1 1/2 months. They have their little ATM machine running because of the snowbird business down in Arizona and the way it is right now. Forget customer service. Forget doing what is morally right. ALL that matters is the MONEY! GREED - Pure and simple! Of course, it would be so simple to rent to the customer ready to make the reservation NOW ahead of time and let others who come in on the backside know the window they have to operate in but NO! GREED! Good luck to you on your business model Premier. Thanks for not giving a damn about your customers! Eventually that mentality brought down Macys and Sears and by creating all the ill-will youre creating youll eventually crash too!
