UPDATE: My wife and I decided to go after the owner messaged us. I have to say, Carly was great to us and now I see why I read so many comments about her.We came in on a Saturday morning to get our laptop checked out since it wouldnt turn on. We had bought a new charger so we knew it wasnt that. When we came in we were the only customers there and they would close in an hour. They didnt have time to do a 30 minute test but they said they had an appointment open for Monday at noon, so we agreed. So there we were, trying to open the door but it was locked. There was a paper on the door saying there were closed due to Memorial Day. Terrible service here. Made us waste our day by even coming over.

My dog broke my computer screen and I work from home. So I needed a fix ASAP. I was able to take it in the same day I called and they were able to get back to me within a few hours and set me up with an external monitor for free so I could still work while waiting for the screen to come in. When it came in they fixed it the same day. Excellent customer service and well priced!

Where do I begin. Karly was pleasant, professional, and competent. My first encounter was when my Lenovo laptop crashed completely. Karly was able to get my system up and running within hours.Next I had a critical part of my backup system lock up. My USB thumb drive would open, but not allow me to access my most crucial files in the password protected Privacy Zone and my external hard drive would spin up but not open. Karly reported the problem was related to my not having completed the set up on my new Toughbook laptop. She walked me through the process and figured out how to set up and open the secure zone on the thumb drive and restored all my important work data.I cannot say enough good things about Karly and Computer Solutions. Both times I have been there my issues were resolved promptly and courteously. I strongly recommend them and will continue use them for the duration of my assignment in Yuma.
